Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr. Duraković and his assistant Lucia enough for such thoughtful and genuine care. Dr. Duraković is incredibly kind and patient, always focused on what’s best for his patients and making them feel comfortable. His calm confidence paired with a great sense of humour made a huge difference in easing my nerves. My tooth extraction was surprisingly smooth and painless, and he showed so much understanding and compassion when I became unwell during the creation of my mouth guard impressions at a later appointment. Paired with Lucia’s warm, supportive presence throughout, the entire experiences felt comfortable and reassuring.Both make sure patients comfort is top priority. They provide an outstanding level of care. I’m so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Negative experience: Won’t be coming here again!! I walked in to the office in brutal pain/swollen jaw scared. The dentist did not make me feel comfortable at all, he was rough and did not care that i was in pain and wasn’t making me feel comfortable which is why i balled my eyes out, he was also really Rough. He was getting super frustrated because i couldn’t open my jaw and has used comments such as “omg i have never had anyone that couldn’t open your jaw” “is your jaw broken?” . After the teeth was removed, pain was getting worst not better, and my swollen jaw wasn’t getting better. I went to a different dentist and they gave me an xray and said that this dentist has left a piece of my tooth in my root and there’s fluid in my jaw. This dentist has pulled up my xray after removing my teeth and has said its all okay now and you will start to feel better. How do you look at an xray when your a dentist and not realise there’s still a tooth in the root??? NEVER going back here and i don’t recommend anyone to go here. Go to another dentist! Absolutely careless !

Fantastic experience: Senad is an amazing, kind and patient dentist, that always puts his patients best interest first. After a few not so great experiences with other dentists, my neurodivergent son was hesitant to see another dentist, however after his appt, which included an extraction, my son said he felt safe and felt comfortable with Senad and wants to only see him from now on. My family will not attend anywhere else for dental care now that we have found Senad!

Fantastic experience: I had a major front tooth chip when I was a child. The dentist here fixed it up for me SO well, you couldn’t even tell it was chipped. For 12 years that repair lasted me, seriously. I came back to the same dentist and he repaired it again. Lovely guy, Dr. Senad, and the receptionist is friendly too. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Doc was absolutely amazing! Went in for a check up as one of my teeth broke, he was able to fix it then and there. Cost effective, polite and overall very friendly. He will be fixing any other concerns I have.

Fantastic experience: Went and got a tooth removed, and was very nervous about it - not a fan of going to the dentist (no offence to the doc here). I cannot say enough good things about him or this place as a whole. Wheelchair accessible, VERY kind staff, and honestly one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Fantastic experience: 100% Recommend. Cost friendly. Lovely staff. It was my first extraction Dr Senad and his assistant Lucia talked me through it all. Good mix of professionalism and humour to lighten my nerves. The clinic is clean and facilities/equipment up to standards. Dr Senad joked about being the “The gentle dental guy” which was true considering he tugged my tooth out without me flinching. I called last minute the day before and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning.

Fantastic experience: Went in earlier today for a tooth extraction, by far the best dental experience i’ve had! I kept being passed off at other dental clinics which only made my tooth worsen but almost immediately once i showed the x-rays Dr Senad was very helpful and HONEST! I needed that tooth extracted and i felt every bit comfortable during the entire procedure. His assistant (apologies, i did not grab the name) was very friendly and comforting when i addressed i was nervous as well. It was done before i even knew it. I was recommended this dentist and they did not disappoint! I will be coming back to extract my wisdom teeth from here as well. Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency. Staff were great, explained everything as it was happening they allowed my sister in the room as well because I was a little bit afraid price for extraction was around 280 and it was like $40 for the x-ray price prices may vary but that’s pretty good. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction done today these beautiful people were so patient and helped me through the extraction and checked on me regularly. I called at 9am and was sitting in the chair by 10.30am the same day. They explained everything so well! I will be bringing my family here for our regular check ups

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and their kind support was exceptional. The extraction itself was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well I felt afterward. Even during the extraction, the tooth was out, even before I noticed. I truly recommend this place for anyone who is in need. Their professionalism, combined with their kind support, truly makes them stand out. Negative experience: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in to get an opinion on my wisdom tooth as it was giving me a lot of pain and potentially get it removed if need be. The lady on reception was lovely but the DR was extremely rude and forceful. I was already super nervous when i first went in the DR did not explain anything or introduce himself. He had a 5 second look at my tooth and decided he was going to take it out without even doing any x-rays to see whether it was possible or if it needed to be surgically removed. When i started to cry he asked me why i was crying and “how old i was” and then continued to huff and puff because i was nervous to let him rip my tooth out. I would never in a million year recommend this DR to anyone this place needs some serious help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your working in the healthcare industry empathy is something you need to have and you obviously don’t have any.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in logan. Incredible pricing far better then any other dentist in the area marsden area. I spent more time chatting to the incredibly friendly receptionist than I did sitting in the chair with the incredibly skilled dentist and his amazing assistant. Honestly 5 stars isn't enough for this practice.

Fantastic experience: I came in absolutely dreading the worst prior to my appointment, however after speaking with the lovely reception staff they helped ease any anxiety I was having, Dr Senad was super patient and kind while I was in his seat, pausing in moments when I was distressed and helped show me what he was doing to eat my discomfort, I'll certainly be coming back to have my future cleaning work done and wisdoms removed in the near future, Thanks again to Dr Senad and the Staff for all being incredible during my appointment

Fantastic experience: Arrived at my booked appointment for an emergency Dental session, Right from being greeted at Reception the Service was nothing I have experienced for Dental. Jessica and Dr Durakovic made my agonising situation disappear within 20mins, Oral exam, Oral xray discussion on Options given clear and understandable advice then I chose to Extract. Procedure was Quick and efficient and the communication to keep me calm was next to none so caring so affordable and after care advised is working wonders. Fantastic experience: I have being seeing Dr Senad since 2005 after an emergency trip where he had to fix the mistakes of another dentist that left me in a terrible situation. Since then he has pulled 3 teeth, given various fillings, fixed multiple broken teeth and has seen all of my children and my partner. He is the only dentist I will go to or take them to in fact I travel from the Redlands each time to do so. His professionalism and patient care are always his number one priority and he is always honest. He is never going to tell you he can fix something and charge you for it if in fact, the best option is to take another course of action. I'm pleased to see that he has a phenomenal dental assistant by his side and could not be happier with their services. Pricing is always great. Thank you Senad for the amazing services you provide. It is hard to find a dentist you can trust but I am happy to say, I certainly have.

Negative experience: Email was sent to clinic about our experience we’ve had no response. It was a very stressful and rushed environment the minute we walked in the consult room. The Dentist came across harsh and rude sometimes condescending… however, he settled down after I spoke up and he noticed I was annoyed. Dental assistant constantly spoke over the top of the dentist and in general just spoke too much, was very abrupt and intense, accused me of not noting reasons for my appointments when In fact I did when booking on health engine, she complained I booked in 2 family members for a half an hour slot and they don’t have enough time, however, it was their receptionist that called me in the morning and squeezed my daughter in (originally booked for next week). She just had a bad attitude. A very unpleasant experience overall, they need to just relax and slow down and learn to communicate to people in a nice and calm manner. Was not a nice place to bring my 8 year old daughter dentist was very rough with her. One good thing was the receptionist was lovely from the minute we walked in. Add on: my daughter had 2 x lacerations/cuts to the inside of her cheek truly believe it’s from how rough they were being.

Negative experience: This is the first time that I ever write a review about anything, I took my mom to this dentist to check because she got sore teeth and the dentist advised to get it pull out. He gave my mom two injections for the numb but my mom still feel sore and when she told him she still sore he still try to pull it out and he said that my mom was very sensitive even he touch her with his finger she still scream like she in pain, at the end he end up gave her two more injections then she finally feel numb then he be able to pull it out but not gentle at all. I don’t know how to explain all the situation but we don’t have good experience with this doctor at all he not listen to his patients and act like we give him the hard time.But who stupid enough to want more injection if we don’t feel pain. The front desk stuff were very nice( sorry about my grammar) but I just want to share my experience with this doctor today and I’m very upset about this and I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to any of my friend either.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would, reception was lovely however I cannot believe how rude the dentist and dental assistant were. He could not find the filling and charges me more money to go oh there it is when you could easily see it and he did not wait for the anesthetic to work before drilling. I told him to stop twice and they said it is just cold and the vibration from the drill im sorry but i think i know what pain feels like. Additionally the appointment felt so rushed, for the price I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will gladly drive an hour to go to my old dentist over this place.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at the hands of the Russian dentist. He pulled out my crown like a bull in a china shop and when I grabbed his arm because the pain was unbearable he told me very sternly not to do that. I will NEVER have another tooth pulled. Not where the story ends unfortunately. The crown was a gold one and he told me is was worth a few bucks so he would return it to me. That never happen and when I asked for it he pretended he didn't know what I was talking about. An older women there said it was worthless and not the same gold you make jewellery with. Not the point. I was also talked into a useless false tooth that cost me $850 and I've never been able to wear it. My advice is to steer clear of this place it's toxic.

Negative experience: Been going to the same dentist for over 25 Years. Have now moved and wanted a dentist close to me seeing im now single and on an old age pension. Staff at the front desk were lovely. I only had to get a back tooth out and was the experience from hell. The dentist was heartless and appalling. I screamed twice with the 2 needles and nearly choked on the exray stuff in my mouth. He didnt give a stuff. It was all over so fast. He kept saying open your mouth wider when i was suffering. I wouldn't take my dog there. NEVER AGAIN. The worst experience ever. !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr senad is the best dentist I have ever come across. He and his staff are wonderful!!! I would highly recommend them. I would give them them ten stars if it was possible.

Negative experience: My partner went there for a filling, and ended up with her tooth being pulled (which is understandable I guess). The whole time, the dentist (Dr. Durakovic) was arguing with his assistant and ignoring her advice. He was rushing the whole thing and was clearly trying to get my partner out of the door. He gave my partner numbing injections, and tried to pull the tooth while she was clearly indicating it was still extremely sore (a sharp pain) and that she could feel the whole thing. My partner started crying and complaining of the pain, meanwhile the assistant told him to slow down and stop for a bit, to allow my partner to recover. He did not do that, instead he tried to push her to keep going and was trying to open her mouth, saying that she was fine and it wasn’t hurting at all. Ended up giving her 2 more numbing injections, all while continually arguing with his assistant (who was telling him to take his time and not rush my partner). He was not professional in any manner. In addition to this, he kept asking his assistant which way he should put the mouthpiece/film piece for the X-Ray. He was visually confused, which indicates he’s not confident in his practice. In addition to this, he asked me to leave the room for the X-ray (which I was doing), but he ended up physically shoving me out while I was leaving, when I was leaving at his first request. The two lady’s were absolutely lovely; the Dr. not so much. Not professional nor was he nice in any way. Extremely forceful and cold hearted. If I’m paying that much then I expect some decent service from the Dr.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is amazing , so down to earth , i was petrified of the needle but the dentist was very calming and made me feel at ease by joking around with me ,after giving me the numbing gel it took approx 3 mins to get the tooth out i was so amazingly happy with the service and price .The receptionist is very helpful and lovely and the dental assistant is amazing also , i felt very at ease and comfortable at this dentist , thank you for your patience with me .

Negative experience: I suffer from PTSD and complex trauma, so going to the dentist for me at the best of times is extremely scary. But now I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to sit back in that chair again?!! The 2 ladies were super nice and understanding. The dentist himself however, was rude, abrupt, condescending and didn't explain to me or let his assistant explain to me what was happening or that he was going to use excessive force and remove my wisdom tooth instead of the tooth that was actually hurting. I had no idea he was going to rip it out until he started yanking on it! He was extremely rough and almost ripped my mouth open while trying to pry my tooth out which I'd been previously told I'd have to have removed surgically! I was completely traumatised and walked out of there hyperventilating and shaking balling my eyes out and I'm still in shock an hour later. I do NOT recommend going near this dentist. EDIT: This dentist also gave me a fat lip! I didn't realise until the anaesthetic started to wear off and l felt like my lip was sore so I looked in the mirror and there was some dried up blood on it. I figured it was just a bit left over from the extraction, but no my lip had actually been busted! Now it's painful and fat and I look like I've just been beaten up by my boyfriend! I wish I was able to post pictures!!! This is NOT acceptable and I will be doing something about it!

Positive experience: I have always HATED going 2 the dentist.. I needed a few extractions & new dentures. These guys made me feel so at ease, they go above & beyond ensuring every step was explained & they always took in2 account my fear of any dentist. The procedure was explained in detail and any concerns were referenced. I felt the focus of conversation was very professional and practitioners were very skilled in their craft. Negative experience: Absolutely worst Dentist I have EVER been to!!! Avoid at all costs.. the main Russian Dental Surgeon must have got his Degree online some dodgy site unbelievable! Exactly a year ago, I needed my temporary Caps replaced I had this procedure done only to last 5 months- just before Christmas last year ( over the years I have had this procedure done by at lest 6 different Dentists all of whom the temporary lasted at least 2 years before they started to feel fragile ). I believed at the time the sneaky Russian hadn't left the UV light that binds the temporary cap together long enough, because it was no where near as long as all the other Dentists I had been to BUT i told myself it must be fine he clearly knows what he's doing. Obviously not to only last 5 months, I informed the Dentist he said I must have been biting into apples/steaks/Breser Blocks ( not the case at all ) he gave in after saying I would shame his Surgery and gave me a Free procedure only for them to last a week!!! So now THIRD time lucky a week later- just before Xmas last year...again he gave me a free surgery only for them to break 6 months later last weekend biting into TOAST!!! seriously TOAST!! AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS!!!
