Fantastic experience: We are travelling around Australia and stopping by in Mackay to explore this beautiful area as well as catching up on some dental work. Had an appointment with Dr Allen Guo and it was such a fantastic experience! He is caring, professional and walks you through each step of what to expect next. Very satisfied with this great experience and unfortunately we have to move on ! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time in my life where I have had a marvelous experience in the dentist's chair. I suffer from Primary Progressive MS and experience very bad nerve endings in my teeth. Dr Simi was extremely understanding and gentle. I had my teeth cleaned and went back to have 2 fillings and went back the 3rd time to have some cosmetic work done to my front teeth. Dr Simi and the lovely dental nurses looked after me fabulously and did a fantastic job on my teeth pain free. I would recommend if you are hesitant to go to the dentist please strongly consider Dr Simi and the team at Northern Beaches Dental Mackay. It was a beautiful experience right from the start entering the dental clinic, the lovely girls at the front desk were very helpful. Will be back in 6 months for my scheduled clean. She required bridges to fill in some gaps where she was missing some teeth and the final result is absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: Recently I had dental implants and I unfortunately have other medical issues to address. Dr PK and his staff have been very professional, caring and understanding with my case. I was very anxious going ahead with my treatment and now, I look back now and I do not know why I was feeling this way. Fantastic experience: I called Northern Beaches Dental for an emergency apt as was released by previous dental service due to not being able to numb the area sufficiently, or pay nearly $2000 for full sedation. I’m going on a cruise in 5 days and have excruciating pain in the back tooth, which is cracked. The Receptionist was extremely understanding and professional and assigned DR PK to me. DR PK took one look, saw the crack and was honest to let me know, only option was extraction, that they aren’t about charging for root canals just for money. and honest to say this will be difficult to numb. It took the maximum anaesthetic. You feel confident and safe in Dr PK’s hand’s because he truly knows his stuff ! I have been to 3 other dental surgeries regarding this cracked tooth for over a year. One offered root canal One said brush with sensodine Other couldn’t numb area so released me . I started to feel quite anxious as could not get the help I needed , until this surgery If I had of give to Northern beaches from the start to Dr PK , he would have saved that tooth. I was so happy and impressed with DrPk that I actually hugged him and the staff. Brilliant Dentist and Surgery

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kate Moon is a wonderful dentist, I was most impressed. Very competent, clear, caring and understanding. She has great hands, works efficiently & explains exactly what she is doing & why. She took the time to explain the pros & cons of each course of action, including costs. Dr Moon clearly puts her patients needs first - highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The Northern Beaches Dental Practice is the best dental practice I have ever been a patient of. I have lived and worked in many countries and having just arrived in Mackay I asked friends and colleagues for recommendations. From the lovely receptionist to KP himself, I am always kept informed of what my out-of-pocket expences will be and offered various options to suit my needs. This practice ethos is about giving the patient the best care possible and is not finance driven. The treatments I have had so far have been of the highest standard, I will recommend them to the four members of my family.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, caring and understanding. I had Invisalign with Dr Simi and she has been so understanding, due to personal reasons I stopped having regular appointments and starting falling behind on my treatment. Dr Simi sent me text messages to remind me to wear my Invisalign and keep my treatment progressing. I really appreciate the time and effort they have spent during my treatment. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. My fear of going to the dentist has kept me from doing so for years and as a result I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. Not once was I made to feel bad about myself while being at this clinic. I would recommend Dr. Simi Jacob and her team to everyone. She has returned my smile and confidence which I had lost for many years. She is the best dentist I have ever had.
