Fantastic experience: Best dentist! I don’t even live near them anymore but it’s worth the trip.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with this dental clinic and like many people, I’ve always been nervous about dentists — especially remembering how painful it could be in the past. I attended with an emergency and was looked after by, Dr Jade Tan and her assistant Bonnie. They were incredibly friendly, calm, and reassuring, and took the time to clearly explain my treatment options and the costs involved. I honestly can say this was the most pleasant dental experience that I have had in my entire life. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone feeling anxious about dental visits.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only just recently started going here. My first time was with Dr. Keerat whom I had a check-up and clean with (she was incredibly sweet and super kind). I was planning my wisdom teeth removal with her but she left the practice so Dr. Chris picked up where she left off. I had two of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by him. He took such great care with my treatment! I barely felt a thing.

Fantastic experience: Being self conscious of my teeth for a few years yesterday that changed. After seeing doctor Chris I can finally smile for the first time in years. From the amazing ladies at the desk to the dental assistants they are there to help and look after you in every way possible. Amazing staff. Amazing practise it’s hard to believe you can feel so welcomed and comfortable at a dentist!

The extractions went very well with no pain during the procedure and recovery has exceeded expectations. After extraction care and instructions were clear and the team was readily available to address all concerns and questions.

Fantastic experience: I had to discuss a procedure with my dentist that I needed to get done, he gave me different options and suggested which was the better option, I really appreciated it as he also gave me estimates of prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the charges and thought that it was very reasonable. All the staff there were very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for looking after me, I will be back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first procedure visit to the clinic as I was looking to change dentists to one closer to home. All staff were polite and friendly. I had a replacement filling and clean done. Dr Dan informed me of my issues and explained all of my options in clear language and included the associated costs prior to me committing. I was very appreciative of this. He was meticulous and treated his staff politely, which was nice. There was less discomfort than experienced at my previous dentist - actually there was no pain at all. My teeth look and feel great. I’ll definitely be returning

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t rate Dr Chris highly enough. I was absolutely terrified of getting my wisdom teeth removed, however he was incredibly patient, friendly, gentle and professional and made the experience an easy one. I have been seeing Dr Chris for several years, since a previous dental clinic quoted me 5 times what MDS did for my wisdom teeth removal! Very reasonably priced for an incredibly high standard of work. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Emily is wonderful! I first came to this dental surgery with two broken teeth and major dental phobia from bad experiences elsewhere. My first visit here I was extremely anxious and shakey but Emily talked me through the procedure and was incredibly kind and patient. The second time I walked in still nervous but feeling confident in my new dentist. Once I was in the chair to my surprise that nervous feeling went away and it was a completely painless experience. Emily is very thorough, talks you through everything and chats away like you are talking to an old friend. She is very open and honest with pricing, which is very reasonable I might add. The other staff are lovely too. I have been very happy with my experience here and am happy to have found such a patient, caring, skilled dentist. Thanks Emily and team :)

Everyone was lovely. Reasonable prices. My dentist, Amy Kim, was fantastic! Extremely competent, gentle and informative. Will keep going happily now and would very strongly recommend them to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I called morning of my appointment as a new potential patient. I was almost in tears on the phone with terrible tooth pain. I had been going back and forth with my previous dentist about this problem tooth for months/years! I was fit in within 2 hours!!! I had all of my options clearly explained and chose a tooth extraction that went very well! Highly recommend the dental studio. They will be my first call each time from this point on.

Negative experience: I have previously been here and had a great experience however as my usual dentist was unavailable they booked me with Dr Amy recently. The clean was borderline traumatic, with pressure and scraping on my gums and instruments hitting my front teeth as they went in. A clean and check up took an hour and overall it felt she was very inexperienced with a poor skill level. She didn't discuss 2 issues the previous dentist had mentioned and I didn't want to bring them up, I just wanted to get put there as quick as possible. So I guess my review is of Dr Amy and not the whole clinic so just check who you are booked in with as it wasn't an experience I'd want anyone else to go thru

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend this dentist enough! Ive avoided dentist visits for far to long due to bad experiences in the past but needed to urgently see a dentist because of a severe toothache. The whole team was so nice and understanding and Dr Henry was amazing!! He took the time to explain things to me and constantly made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole visit. Because to this I am now so much more confident in going back for regular dentist visits and definitely will going back. Fantastic experience: I have found my dentist!! I was needing a wisdom tooth extraction and was very anxious after having terrifying experiences in the past. Dr Chris Cheng was very patient with me during the whole thing! There was no pain and looking back there was minimal discomfort. I got two follow up calls to check in to see how I was doing and the pain afterwards was hardly noticeable. By 3 days post extraction it was like it never happened. Very kind and friendly team! Have recommended to all my friends!

Fantastic experience: As someone that has a phobia re dentists due to childhood experiences, & being petrified of needles, it's an ordeal to visit the dentist. I broke an eye tooth Thursday night, & was able to see Dr Chris on Sunday (my prior commitments prevented attending sooner). He happily applied topical anaesthetic when requested, & I can honestly say I didn't feel the needle. 1st time ever! The tooth was repaired & looks natural. Thank you for minimising my distress.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment with Dr. Chris and his beautiful assistant, went in to have my filling fixed that was causing me awful pain but unfortunately it couldn't be saved, leaving me to make a huuuuge life decision of removal or root canal. I am a drama queen who wanted sedation because of my major fear of anything going in or around my mouth but Dr. Chris made me feel at ease and calmed me and assured me I would be okay and I am making the right decision (and financially) to remove my back tooth. The anesthesia was my favourite part, obviously. And within 2-3 minutes, that badboy was gone out of my mouth. But I feel so much better and feel silly I waited so long to do anything about it. I'm really grateful to have had such an understanding and caring dentist and assistant. Thank you so much!
