Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Jenny Ling recently and I had an absolutely amazing experience. The whole team was professional and friendly. Dr. Ling had great attention to detail and was very patient. She explained everything to me clearly and was very gentle. The whole appointment was smooth, the surgery was super clean, and I walked out feeling so relieved and happy with how everything went. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had to make an emergency appointment on a Friday night after my son lost half of his front tooth. Dr Jenny was great - very calming and sorted his teeth out within an hour. She was great with my son who is not a fan of dentists. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Excellent. Not like all the aesthetic, cosmetic focused surgeries these days. Excellent dentist Dr jenny Ling. excellent nurse, patted me when I had a painful procedure. Reception staff very efficient and nice. Dentistry is not easy, no one likes to go! But a very professional competent woman and a kind nurse does make it better.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of the long term patients seeing Jenny (Dr. Ling) referred by my husband (then boyfriend) more than 15 years ago and I truly appreciate her profesionalism during my every visit. She just 'knows the drill' and provide options with detailed explanations to help me make decisions for my long term dental health. Jenny has always been keenly pursuing new enhanced knowledge in her area of profession as well as extended medical area (acupuncture wow...) of which she sees opportunities in the future to be incorporated in her service to her patients. I feel peace in mind and look forward to seeing her being able to blend it into dental practice in the near future!

Negative experience: I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. Terrible service! My mum had a tooth flux developed over the Christmas, with her cheek badly swollenand terrible pain. I was very happy to find this dentist open and explained the complexity of the situation over the phone. I was assured that the have a specialist confident and experienced to do emergency extraction. When we arrived to the dentist, my mum was taken inside and when the dentist done the check we were explained that they will not be able to help, due to complexity of the situation. The dentist advised that we should go to the emergency for the antibiotic drip to be completed. When I said that the problem and bacteria are inside and that what needs to be taken care of, we were assured that antibiotics will help and basically throven onto the street after the dentist took the hole mouth Xray. They did not want to provide the x-ray , explaining that they have software issues, to which I replied that we paid big money and they have to provide the photo which they reluctantly agree to give finally even though we paid $500. After another internet surch I luckely found another dental clinic, "Wise dental", who said they have emergency dentist on duty who will be able to extract the teeth. They were happy to see us straight away. Wise team was very helpful. Unfortunately they had to take another Xray, as the photo provided by Spakling dental was in the wrong format and the dentist was unable to zoom or to change the shade to see clearly. So basically we paid the money for nothing and were literally ripped of. Wise dentist was very surprised that no medical help was provided by the 1st dentist as it was obvious the teeth needed to be extracted ASAP. Wise doctor extracted the infected tooth without any issues! I am very very greatly to the doctor and the team at Wise. I think that Sparkling Dental can not call themselves doctors, as they do not have interest of patience at heart and are only interested in making money! They could not even provide a proper X-ray that we can use in the future. Shame on you! You have totally forgotten the hypocrite ouse you gave about not harming and helping people in need and pain! Do not use this clinic as they will not help and rip you of!!!

Fantastic experience: I went there for an emergency weekend procedure to cement in an inlay. So impressed I returned for some much needed care. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Not many after hour dental emergency in Sydney metro. I didn’t go to the first one I called as the receptionist didn’t sound very professional. Sparkling Dental answered my call promptly and professionally. Even more impressed when Dr Jenny Ling turned up. She knows her craft and made my daughter feel very assured. We had to come back for a wisdom tooth surgery and suture out. Dr Ling and her assistant performed very well as a team. Though the fees are a lot higher than our usual no gap fees, we feel the quality and professionalism are there.

Andrea displays a kind and friendly demeanour towards her customers. I came back for whitening as they were doing a 2 for 1 deal so I came in with a friend and we saw Jenny and I have to say I’m pleased with my results. Fantastic experience: I travel from the south part of Sydney to see Dr Jenny Ling and have done for years (even if there are years in between my visits :). She provides a great service and has great flashy looking equipment which makes things feel a lot more modern than other dentists I've visited. I've never had to get a filling since I've seen her or had any teeth issues!

Negative experience: Lovely staff. They are quite gentle, however, I feel they do additional things that are not required (inc large x-ray). My dental history is excellent, but on the several occasions I have used the service for both a dental check up and clean by hygienist, on ALL occasions (4-5) I have been charged over and above my health cover rebates for additional items that I've never had before at other practices. I have questioned these charges with staff with no outcome. Recently tried a new dental practice, to compare if maybe I was just requiring additional 'items' and interestingly, they said I was fine and didn't need anything extra. Which has been my consistent experience to date except for Sparkling Dental. I will not be visiting again.

I am amazed when every visit to sparkling dental, Neutral. bay, I leave confident that the work done is to the highest standard.. Their up to date technology along with procedures create a pain free and very satisfying consultation every visit. So convenient to be offered the tooth repair immediately post the check and assessment. A great team and very understanding ! One last thing:- I now live in Wa and have just returned to Neutral Bay for one week and to visit my great dentist. “Great”

Why?? well the Delightful staff especially Katrina, are genuine, happy, sincere and very professional and exceptionally hygienic , and the best is the super fast and very thorough and efficient Dentist Dr. Jenny Ling. Dr. Ling was so fair to my wife and I, she honoured our quotation for dental work well past the six month window. Thanks for that Dr. Jenny. Fantastic experience: Very modern surgery with younger, gentle, focussed dentist. I've always had average experiences with dentists due to bad dental habits, I can say that hands down this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Actually looking forward to my next checkup now.
