Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Taoran wang today and I’m really glad that I did. My friend Candy (she works at their front desk ) recommended her, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Dr Taoran was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Candy was also lovely as always , definitely a very positive visit, I’d happily come back!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Taoran. She handled everything with so much care and gentleness, making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. What impressed me most was how smoothly the whole procedure went, no inflammation, no pain, and I felt very comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was okay, and worked with such precision. It’s not easy to find a dentist who combines both professionalism and genuine compassion, but Dr. Taoran truly does. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Negative experience: I need to leave a very negative comment about Dr. Bounlevang (Steve) Hovilai. I am a senior and have had many different dental procedures done in the past, so I understand what quality dental care should be like. One of my crowned teeth broke, and I likely needed to have the roots removed. Since my long-time dentist had retired, I was searching for an experienced dentist to do this delicate job. I received a brochure from Ermington Dental in my letterbox and chose Dr. Hovilai, assuming that an older dentist would have more experience. Unfortunately, I did not check his online reviews first — there were only 3 likes, which I now realise was a warning sign. From my experience during the appointment, I felt he was rushed, careless, and inattentive. While using pliers in my mouth to remove the roots, he was chatting with his assistant about golf — surprising about her plying and asking whether she had a handicap. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as my procedure required full attention. As a result of his approach, my tooth broke further two or more times. He then wanted to cut my gum, at which point I stopped him and left immediately. I no longer trust him and cannot recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Steve— he was absolutely amazing! Quick, gentle, and professional. Made the whole experience smooth and painless.

Fantastic experience: This is our second visit and can't recommend this clinic enough if you've got kids. The super friendly receptionist was very bubbly and immediately put on ABC kids when she saw I had kids with me. My son has seen Dr Taoran twice and she's super experienced, relaxed and efficient. Costs for appointment and procedures are quite reasonable, especially since we don't have private health or Medicare cover.

Fantastic experience: I had four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Steve recently. With his excellent skills, the procedure went smoothly and the recovery process was a much better than I had anticipated - no swelling and I was pain free and back to normal by 4-5 days. He is also fantastic and very patient with my young kids, taking time to make sure they are not nervous and feel comfortable sitting on a dentist chair for a check up. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had gum problem concerns before, came in to see Dr Steve earlier this year, had a clean done with him. Now my swollen gums problem have settled down a lot!! Fantastic experience: Had a terrible toothache in the last couple of days so I called around looked for a last minute appointment and ended up finding this clinic and their reception helped to get me in to see a dentist as an emergency. So thankful to the team and staffs who kindly offered help!

Negative experience: A courtesy call would have been appreciated to let me know you guys were running 40 minutes late absolutely no respect for peoples time . Do not recommend and wont be coming back

Fantastic experience: I feel compelled to share my experience with this practice. I recently had four upper front teeth removed and a dental bridge fitted. I grew up with some very painful experiences with the dentist. My level of paranoia about dentists was close to 100% My procedure took place over 4 visits with Ermington Dental. I can whole heartedly say that the entire process was 100% pain free. The completed work, far exceeded my expectations, I am extremely happy with the completed bridge. Fantastic experience: Didn't get a chance to book a consultation with them as they were busy today. However, the lovely receptionist and Doctor were able to take time out of their schedule to call me and give me advice regarding my wisdom teeth. I could tell they care about their clients. Highly recommend and will be visiting them in the future for sure.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing the team here for years and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Steve extracted two of my compounded wisdom teeth over the last couple of years. By rights this experience should never be rated with stars but he did an amazing job. Recently my family and I have been seeing Tiana she is the best. She explains what I need so well and really drills down on the importance of taking care of my own mouth. I can’t really comment on price as I’m not sure about how much other dentists charge but I’ve always found costs reasonable. Would recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I've had 3 sessions at this practice recently, with a few more yet to go. Not only are their rooms beautifully clean & well equipped, but the staff were all very down to earth, friendly & welcoming, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the dentist & dental nurse. Needing quite a lot of work to be done, a detailed plan was typed up for me, including prices & health fund item numbers so I could check where I stood with them before making such an outlay. All this was discussed properly with me by the dentist in a very organised, yet down to earth fashion, fully informing me of the process as we went. But the thing that has impressed me the most is the fabulous way the dentist & dental nurse worked together, not just as as a team, but with an obvious respect & care for each other and me, the patient. It had the overall effect of making the room a calm, relaxed, easy place to be - so very crucial given what's going on! Thankyou so much for this!! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable staff all round.

Positive experience: Booked a consultation to check on mouth ulcers but ended up having a compehenive consultation with X-rays and a full clean of the teeth which was no help to my ulcers at all. Then was surprised with a bill of $195 for the teeth cleaning when I only wanted time to talk about my ulcers. Everyone there was very nice however i was dissatisfied with the communication between staff and client.

We both had a very thorough first visit which included a detailed look into our dental structure and overall teeth health with the use of the surgeries in house X-ray. The surgery was clean and well set out. My husband and I were very happy first patients and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jenny Ly and her team to our friends and family.
