Negative experience: I'm disappointed that the service wasn't as good as it used to be. Dentist was rough giving injections. They weren't as friendly as in the past either. I have a new dentist in Baldivis. I'm over 65 so having good treatment is important for my well-being.

Treatment was explained clearly as was the after care. Grace in reception helped immensely by getting me seen and Dr Serena knows her stuff. Fantastic experience: After a long time of not wanting to go to the dentist due to past experiences and of course cost, I found myself having to book anywhere due to tooth pain. I'm sooooo glad I chose to come here, it came down to looking at reviews the design of their clinic( looks to be an old church) and where it's situated The dentist was so understanding and made me so comfortable that I was able to get everything sorted. Dentistry isn't cheap no matter where you go it's going to cost, but it's well worth it to have the peace and comfort of someone who knows what they are doing, understood how one got to the point of painful teeth but didnt judge on it. Thank you to my dentist and her aide and the tips they gave on looking after my teeth in the future. Much appreciated and look forward to my appointed check ups

Fantastic experience: I would give this place more then 5 stars if I could ! To my story . I had a implant from a different dentist for 3 years ago . My implant brocke and I went back to get it fixed . They told me we got to start from the scratch and to the hole think again. No first thought of help or option or even warranty given. The bill was 3700 and a 1 month process. Frustrated and looking for help I thought I will try my old dentist and drop of my spare parts and made a appointment. The All saint dental group ! That lovely lady from England was able to get the implant fix at the same day and bolted it back in . The quick help and repair cost of 370 blow my mind . I’m so happy that I tried and in defently I will change over to this practice. Made my day and gave me a smile ! All thumps up !

Negative experience: If I could give less stars I would. In 2011 I was given a $4200 Medicare Grant to pay for a top plate with 2 teeth on it. I had already had $2000 work done previously at another dentist. Not allowed to pick and choose I was sent to All Saints. Michael Sturgeon sent me to Dental Hygienist first to show me how to brush my teeth? All good. Next visit he told me all my top teeth needed to come out. No xrays, no nothing. I had top private extras at the time but he refused to let me use it. So, he pulled 13 teeth out in one sitting (illegal by the way, found that out at the front desk on the way out). He dislocated my jaw whilst doing all this and had to put it back in place before I got out of the chair. At reception on the way out I had blood pouring out of my mouth and just wanted to get out of there I wasn't feeling really well at all. Reception asked me to sign 2 Medicare slips because, in the receptionists own words 'we're not allowed to take that many teeth out at once so you have to sign 2 slips. Talking to many people since who had no option but to go there and it seems a lot of people lost all their teeth!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to All Saints Dental Group for over 35 years and have been extremely happy with all my dental work. Michael and the staff have always been there when I have needed emergency dental procedures.

Negative experience: I was rushed through where they did multiple X-rays with no warning of how much its going to cost or that it would be extra ($400 and above) just insisting that I needed to have it done, and then a shocking filling job, my first one, and since then a specialist has told me i didn't need one in the first place and fixed their botchy mistakes! Would not recommend, absolute rip off

Negative experience: I'm not the kind to give negative but this is for others who might be able to avoid such awful experience like myself with Doctor Richard Hague. He did a terrible filling job on my molar which causes me pain since day one. I have returned to get it fixed many times, also seen specialist but till now after 4 months the pain and infection, inflammation still there. Avoid like a plague.
