Fantastic experience: In my opinion the most caring Dentist studio in Aus. Doctor Ben & the staff went beyond to help me with a bad case of dental anxiety to get me through 7 visits to give me a full teeth renewal crowns etc...cannot thank you all enough..DR Ben and staff always smiling and caring... can't say enough to recommend them..if you want a great dental experience go to Dakabin Dental...Doctor Ben is a dentist and a artist I can happily smile again thank you..staff also wonderful

Negative experience: Warning: I would not recommend this practice. My experience with an old lady on reception possibly named Simone was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and made what should have been a simple dental visit stressful and uncomfortable. Communication is poor, appointments are often mismanaged, and patient care clearly isn’t a priority. If you want respect, professionalism, and proper dental care, look elsewhere this is not a place I would trust.

Fantastic experience: Was extremely nervous as I’ve had bad experiences at other dentistry’s but the moment I walked in I felt ok. Great customer service from staff provided me with all the information I needed and the dentist made me calm and relaxed.

From the moment I walked in, they were understanding and supportive, letting me wear my headphones to help me stay calm. Simone and Ben were absolutely amazing! So gentle, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I had 6 extractions done and honestly couldn’t have felt more at ease. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they showed me. Negative experience: Terrible service. I booked an appointment a few weeks in advance for my wife for a Monday. My wife received a text message on 9am on the Friday before to say respond within 3 hours or the appointment would be cancelled and a cancellation fee charged. My wife was working and did not respond to the message in time. When I called Monday morning, the first lady I spoke to hung up on me, or possibly the call disconnected, before she should get up my wife's details. I called again and got a different lady, who said she wasn't in the office, and would take my message to give to the first lady. Fifteen minutes later, still had not heard back. Called again and explained the situation to a third receptionist. She advised that my wife had failed to respond to the text. I said it was unreasonable to only allow a three hour window for response when my wife was working and did not have her phone constantly on here. The receptionist said it was enough time and that's just how it worked. They wouldn't honour our appointment. This is the second ridiculous experience we've had with their reception and booking process. They don't care about keeping your business and seem to make it as difficult and unreasonable as possible. No care or consideration that people have lives outside of going to the dentist and responding to their text messages lol. My wife had moved around work arrangements to make this appointment. Won't be returning.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! Do not recommend at all!

Fantastic experience: About 12 months ago, my husband Corry and I began our dental journey with Dakabin Dental, using our super to help fund much-needed work. From day one, the team was welcoming and professional, and Dr. Mattin has been absolutely incredible. We’ve had a range of treatments over the past year — including bridges, crowns, implants, fillings, and veneers — and the quality of work has been outstanding. Dr. Mattin is not only highly skilled, but also extremely patient, kind, and attentive to detail. What stood out the most was the way he supported us through a very personal and emotional time — when I lost my mum. His compassion and care meant so much and helped ease the process more than he probably knows. Thank you, Dr. Mattin, and the whole team at Dakabin Dental, for restoring not just our smiles, but our confidence. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us.

Negative experience: Doesn’t meet good quality.

Negative experience: Had a not exiting experience at Dakabin Dental. I heard about the first free cleaning appointment and wanted to give it a try. First I had to go on site to book my first appointment as they wanted a $50 deposit (I didn't want to give my credit card details over the phone and they had no other secure payment way). I booked and received a card with the date and time of the booking. When I arrived today (10 min) in advance, they told me I was late and now they were a bit behind as my appointment was at 9.20am, not 9.45am. I felt so confused but didn't argue, only apologise 3 times. Anyway. The dentist told me he would not have time to do the cleaning. But he finally did it, very quickly, and not over all teeth. He told me some teeth had decay and I must add 2 crowns. Oups. Funny thing they charged me for fluoride $31 (that treatment is very good against decay), but didn't apply any. Then I had to wait 10 minutes to get my deposit refund as the manager was on break. When she finally came back, she even didn't have a nice word, nor a smile toward me. Got this very cold & unpleasant attitude from the manager. Finally got home, found the visit card on my desk, and realised the time I went was the time I was booked for (by the manager). Will not go back. I should have not cheat on my dentist

The staff are friendly, helpful and explain everything. I am so happy to have found a dentist that I can go to without feeling anxious.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I’ve come to this clinic I’ve had such a great experience and have recommended to friends and family. Both Dr Georgio and Dr Janine are incredibly informative, friendly, approachable and without judgement ☺️ I previously went to a different clinic in Mango Hill and the dentist I had there often had me in pain, and neglected to inform me about any dental issues I was having, the complete opposite to what I’ve experienced since coming to Dakabin Dental.

Negative experience: Would never recommend this dentist to anyone. My husband needed teeth removed and a bottom partial plate. Was quoted a reasonable price and he dentist he saw seemed professional. From the start he had issues with the bottom plate. They atempted to adjust it so it would fit well and they failed . On complaining husband was then charged to fix it again. When he went back to collect the plate, it was handed back to him on the mold and in a plastic bag. No one checked to see if it fitted correctly after much pain and ulcers he went to a denture specialist that is now making him a new set as they have said that the the ones from dakabin were never going to be comfortable. We are now around $1000 dollars out of pocket for a useless set of dentures. Don't go to this dentist unless you want to throw away your money

Fantastic experience: Most professional and transparent dentist I’ve been to. I came as a new client with the $99 offer, and the male dentist did a great job. I’m returning very soon after my baby to do a lot of work so I can keep my teeth nice and healthy. I can’t wait actually. Nothing better than having good teeth.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely professional and patient staff. I took my autistic boy for a check and clean here today and I was moved by the patience and understanding of the staff. They made it effortless by their kindness. So far, the best kids dentist around!!

Negative experience: Would love to have given this service 5 stars but the management let it down. It's a shame your website doesn't mention that you charge a $50 fee for multiple rescheduling. My mum had to reschedule a few times due to COVID, schedule clash and now upper respiratory, COVID like symptoms. Your website reads "We understand it is not always possible to keep your agreed appointment time and appreciate as much notice as possible should you need to reschedule. Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation may incur a small fee." She gave 48 hours notice and was told that as this is her 3rd request to reschedule she will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (even though she hasn't cancelled a single appointment, only moved them to new dates). She discussed the reasons for the moves and has consistently provided more than the requested 24 hours notice. The receptionist on this occasion also went on to make unnecessary and unions statements such as "you will have a black mark against your name". I suggest strongly that you disclose the $50 rescheduling fee on your website and prior to accepting bookings and remove any signage asking people not to attend the clinic with COVID or COVID -like symptoms if this is not an acceptable reason to reschedule an appointment and those who do will be punished for moving the appointment. Unfortunately several family members went to this practice but as two of us have disabilities and need flexibility it's become clear this isn't the clinic for us.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a dreaded root canal, I am blown away at how painfree it was! Apart from the usual needle sting the entire treatment I could have fallen asleep! I felt so looked after. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: All you need is Love - and a good Dentist! Best price ever $99 for a full assessment and professional cleaning. I received that many additional tips and hints, worth another $99! Dr. Matin is highly professional, blessed with unlimited Talents. He puts his patients at ease so much though that I expected to be offered English tea ☕️ in a Royal Dalton cup any minute! Just check him out yourself!

Fantastic experience: What can I say this amazing group of people have changed my life. I had a whole top set of crowns and bridges recently put in by your amazing dentist and have not stopped smiling since. Everyone has commented on how amazing my teeth look. I would recommend them for any dental work you need as it is affordable and the service is amazing and the staff are friendly and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Called after our daughter had a mouth accident at school care. They made a slot that night to have her checked out. Have been seeing Matin ever since. He is fantastic with the kids and making them relaxed. He explains everything he is doing and what needs to be done before the next visit. Even made me feel relaxed with my wisdom tooth removal. The assistants and receptionists are friendly and offer great customer service

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at Dakabin Dental, I was a bit nervous as my 5yo had never been to the dentist before and he needed 2 fillings. Dr Lingaiah did a wonderful job explaining things and keeping my son feeling positive, he didn't flinch the whole time. My son came home and told his little sister how much fun going to the dentist is so we will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dakabin Dental about 2 weeks ago and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the surgery, the staff and most importantly the man who has become my new dentist! Dr Lingaiah. What a legend! Not only was he gentle, a great listener (and believe me I had heaps to say about all my dental fears...lol), but he is extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. I had full mouth and select teeth x-rays done which he sat down with me to discuss in the minute detail I asked for. Some anxious patients probably don't want to know all the nitty gritty details but I do and he understood that. He was also so reassuring about my fears and was caring and concerned when I absolutely lost it, blubbering and crying about my regrets about not looking after my teeth when I was younger. Thanks for your caring, understanding and reassuring presence Doc! You will never know how much it means. I'll be back! :)

I left Dakabin Dental with near perfect front teeth! The staff are so lovely and friendly. A great experience (for a dental visit!) Highly recommend.

Not only is the clinic on my way home from work the hours suited my busy work schedule. Dr Matin looked after me tonight he was kind and very thorough with his explanations and work he had completed. Fantastic experience: I booked for checkup and cleaning. Doctor(Dentist) was very friendly and kind. He took oral photos of my 28 teeth, also 2 X-rays without extra charge. He showed them and explained very clearly. While he was cleaning my teeth, I was watching the ceiling TV, very relaxing movies. Fantastic experience: I walked into this surgery expecting a typical dentist with boring decor, ratty chairs with year old magazines with daytime shows on the tv; absolutely not what I got! I opened the door to a fresh and welcoming waiting area with a lovely aroma in the air, clean and tidy reception with the most kind and warm Receptionist/dental assistant guiding me through everything. Dr Matin was wonderful and really assured me that I would be well looked after, he spoke to me on my level and made sure I understood everything clearly. I will definitely be returning, what a wonderful experience, and after not being to a dentist in 10 years because of fear, that’s saying a lot! I recommend Dakabin Dental 100%! Cheers, Halle

Fantastic experience: They were very welcoming. Made me feel super comfortable and owned my trust as I was very stressed and my anxiety were at the Super pick level. I alway get scared with the word dentist and I hardly went to see one in past. Got my 2 wisdom teeth out and trust me I did not felt a single pain. There pain management skills were on point. Definitely going back to do more as I still got more things to fix. So thankful to find them.

The team here were welcoming, polite, friendly and extremely professional from the moment I arrived. Normally I’m very anxious so I was rather amazed at how quickly I relaxed and was made to feel comfortable and at easy by the Dentist and his staff. Fantastic experience: These guys were wonderful, I had an emergency and they did everything they could to fit me in that day and create a plan with me that I could afford. The Dentist was very gental, I honesltly could have fallen asleep and he was performing a root canal of all things. He also took the time to explain things in an easy to understand way, and didn't push any expensive treatments on me. So glad a quality dentist has opened up locally, they are going to be my regular practice from now on thats for sure.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely have a massive fear of dentists but could put this off no longer and dare I say it...I actually enjoyed this experience. Not only was Simone (the main lady) thoughtful, friendly and very caring but Lingaiah, the Dentist, was so knowledgeable, gentle and supportive. With the big TV on the ceiling, the soundless drill and super comfy chair...going to the dentist is certainly not like it used to be. To tell the truth Dr Lingaiah is so fantastic I didn't feel any pain and he guided me through everything, taking the time to discuss my issues and circumstances. The technology was very advanced and within minutes the dentist knew what would be the best treatment and we discussed an affordable option to suit my current circumstances. I felt like part of the family. The lady who went before me said she will definitely be back and I am inclined to agree. Thank you Dakabin Dental.
