Fantastic experience: I called the surgery and got a next day appointment to get my 9 week old babies ties looked at. After midwives and paediatricians telling me no my baby didn’t have a tie but I knew he did. He never fed properly. Dr Atkinson saw the lip tie straight away! I wasn’t prepared to have the procedure done then and there as I had my 2 year old with me but the receptionist kept my 2 year old busy so we could get the procedure over and done with and so grateful for that! Saved me another trip into Goulburn as I’m from out of town. Could not recommend them enough! Everyone in the surgery were so welcoming and friendly which made for a much better experience

Fantastic experience: Nicola is my go to person at this practice. Her knowledge and patience is my safe place. Recently I broke a tooth two weeks after a Prolia injection. Not the ideal time. It was not an easy fix but with patience, skill and years of knowledge the tooth was saved. The team within the practice from entry to exit are professional and caring. Thank you for being there.

The dental assistant Summer did a fantastic job, and made me feel at ease (im usually scared to visit the dentist). Highly recommend Ken and his staff.

I knew i was in good hands. Once in the chair I was in control and was not once pressured to make a decision that I was not happy with. Dr Stalker has always been professional, explained dental procedures in a manner that I could easily understand, and Dr Stalker obtained any necessary consent before proceeding with any dental work. Julie on Reception is amazing & will assist you with any questions you have plus attend to your cup of tea on arrival. A visit to Soothe Dental is unlike what you would expect when visiting a Dentist, it is actually quite the opposite as you don’t feel like you are at the Dentist. Fantastic experience: My wonderful care team, including the beautiful Nurse Amanda, and Dr James Tran, did an amazing job looking after the half tooth I had left over after an incident with a Nerds Cluster. I highly recommend the team at Soothe Dental. From the minute you walk in the door, greeted by Julie, you are put at ease. Nurse Amanda is excellent with anxious patients and will even sing you a lullaby. Dr James is confident and an excellent dentist, and I am booked in for a cosmetic consultation next week when I return for the completion of the work. I am sore, but very happy that my team did everything to reduce my distress, and solve an issue where I thought I would surely lose my tooth. Great job everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I needed to visit the dentist for a checkup. I hadn't been for a few years and felt it was time I did. I was treated well, all the procedures were clearly explained to me so that I knew what the dentist was doing and why. Fortunately no major work was required. I was very happy with the service and the treatment I recieved.

Fantastic experience: Going to see a Dentist had always been a horrible thought that made me so anxious and not a good experience at all. Then I met Edwin at Soothe Dental. He is so gentle and makes me feel at ease with him. I wish Drs like Edwin were around when I was growing up and then I wouldn't have had the fear I used to have and probably better teeth too. Both my sons (8 and 9) have their routine check-ups with Dr. Edwin who is thorough, gentle and caring. Recently he discovered my 8 year old needed some fillings, which we had done with Dr. Rachel over a couple of weeks. My son was initially nervous, however not for long as Dr. Rachel was kind, patient and he has been totally at ease with her gentle nature. She remembers personal details and has given my son amazing care. There is certainly no fears of the dentist heading into Soothe Dental!
