Fantastic experience: Attended Bendigo Family Dental Care at short notice. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Hughes was great. Very thorough and explained his findings and recommendations very clearly. I would not hesitate attending again and can recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this dental clinic is so caring and compassionate. They are understanding and are able to recognise that the dentist can be a scary place - they always to above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and happy - whether that be noise cancelling headphones that connect to the tv on the roof or fidget toys to keep you occupied throughout your appointment. I would highly reccomend coming to this clinic

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bendigo Family Dental for a few years now and have had extensive works on my teeth over that period. Having been to other dentists previously who didn't seem to care about much except the money at the end, it has been a pleasure to work through the issues I have had with someone who wants to do right by you, is interested in your input and will work with you to find the right path forward. I have recently had my two front teeth cleared back and then full crowns placed on what remained. These teeth are front and centre every day. Not a single person has noticed that they aren't my real teeth. The job was done so well that they blend in perfectly to the point that they are unnoticeable. I would recommend Kav and the team to anyone looking for a new dentist. The work is impeccable.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dental place in Bendigo and I have been to a few since my previous dentist retired several years ago and my experiences weren't good until Bendigo Family Dental was recommended to me and I was introduced to Marcus, he was so caring after I explained to him that my fear of the dentist had returned, I was so anxious during my first few visits to Marcus and again he was so understanding, I am happy to say my fear of the dentist is no longer and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend BFDC, especially Marcus. UPDATE: Marcus has now left and I am now seeing Emily. I highly recommend Emily, I had to have an old filling replaced, to my surprise I didn’t feel the injection and Emily was amazing. If you have a fear of dentists, make an appointment with Emily.

Fantastic experience: Couldnt thank the dentists and assistants enough, had a problem tooth that needed to be pulled, first appointment anesthesia couldnt numb the tooth due to it being infected. Sent me home with antibiotics and got me in the next day which then went smoothly, didn't feel a thing and rang the next day to make sure I was going ok and didn't have any problems.

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 year old here for a 2nd opinion after being told he needed a filling from another dentist. From the moment we stepped foot in the building, all of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Dr Emily explained everything thoroughly to me and included my son in the conversation which I appreciate. She took me through our options and explained the process in great detail for each option. I am so happy that I decided to go here and not just listen to the first dentist we had previously been to. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaveri has been my dentist for a long time now and she is a very friendly, caring, gentle and professional dentist. I used to stress and get anxious about going to the dentist for many decades, but that has not been the case for quite some time since Dr Kaveri became my dentist. When I had a bad bike accident a decade ago, Dr Kaveri was able to fix my tooth extremely quickly and am still so thankful for that. She is brilliant!

Fantastic experience: On December 11, 2023, I visited Bendigo Family Dental Care with my 4-year-old granddaughter for a follow-up checkup after a dental trauma she experienced six months ago. All the staff members I interacted with were delightful and hospitable. They created a welcoming environment, ensuring my granddaughter felt secure, and displayed patience when she was initially hesitant to recline on the chair. Dr. Kav exhibited warmth, engagement, friendliness, kindness, and patience throughout the visit. To make my granddaughter more at ease, Dr. Kav suggested she sit on my lap during the examination, allowing for a thorough checkup. The team thoughtfully accommodated her preferences, playing her favorite Paw Patrol, letting her choose her own 'sunglasses,' and genuinely prioritising her sense of safety. My positive experience led me to schedule an appointment for myself with Dr. Kav, and I wholeheartedly recommend Bendigo Family Dental Care to anyone seeking a dentist who is caring, professional, and patient.

The denist I see is Dr Kaveri she is always been very gentle, friendly and careful as I have sensitive teeth. They also have TV's on ceilings and headsets to listen with this helps keep your mind off what's happening.

Fantastic experience: We have a 5 year old that has seen Dr Kav forever, and now our 2.5 year old sees Dr Kav as well. Couldn’t recommend Kav or the team more - calm, accommodating and there’s no pressure for the kids to do more than what they are comfortable with. Dr Kav also gives practical advice and is understanding about how challenging children can be with their dental hygiene. We love going!
