Fantastic experience: I had a general cleaning done with Dr. Catherine Wu and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and really took the time to guide me on how to floss properly. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Caroline was not only professional but also thoughtful — often offering little gifts like toothpaste, which made the experience feel personal and caring. Fantastic experience: I recently had a teeth cleaning at this clinic and it was the first time I didn't feel uncomfortable. Dr. Kim’s gentle approach was impressive and the staff were all very friendly. I realised teeth cleaning isn't supposed to hurt only after visiting here. There was no blood when I rinsed my mouth afterward I also experienced my first teeth whitening here the results are fantastic. Dr. Kim was exceptionally informative and professional, made me feel relaxed throughout the process. The clinic is clean and lovely, with a quiet atmosphere since it was only my husband and me during our booking. This is the best dental experience I've had. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Catherine Wu when I came to this clinic due to suffering from gum pain. She was very patient in answering my many questions explained the causes of my pain and the treatment plan. My filler procedure for a cavity was also professionally done. My gum pain was resolved efficiently. Definitely will be coming back for more checkups and cleans in the future!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wu exudes professionalism. With my teeth cleaning and, more importantly Invisalign, she gives regular check ups and ensures I am doing the right thing. Dr. Wu explains what she does every step of the way and she gives me confidence that I am in good hands! There isn't another dentist I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim is a friendly and amazing dentist. He took really good care of all 3 of my young (6yo and under) kids and myself. No tears or crying from the kids, they love Dr Kim! Thanks so much again!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Dr Wu looks ok if you only want to do some simple check ups and cleanings because of her nice attitude. But my advice is to find someone else if you want to pull out a teeth or do more complicated operations to your teeth. It took her 2 hours to pull out one wisdom tooth, and Dr. Kim helped to pull it out in the end because she couldn’t finish it. She cut open the corner of my mouth with the stitching thread and left a terrible wound there. I couldn’t open my mouth for the whole week. And of course I got dry socket as she didn’t do anything to prevent it. I don’t even want to recall how I survived the first week after pull the tooth. To be honest, it’s much worse than delivering a baby As the only thing Dr Wu could do is to say sorry, I went to another dentist because I didn’t trust her anymore. The other dentist also thought it’s ridiculous for a dentist to make such a big wound on the corner of my mouth, then she gave me some treatment to help releasing the pain. There were so many details showing how professional the second dentist was and how careless Dr Wu was. I won’t go back to Dr Wu ever again. BTW they actually charge the gap for tooth cleaning. There are so many other dentists who don’t. Don’t let them do anything to your teeth (and mouth). Find some other dentists.

Fantastic experience: First attended this place for routine cleaning and checkup. Then decided to do my wisdom teeth extraction here. Both Dr Bill and Dr Catherine were very gentle and patient. They will explain every procedure and risk to you. The extraction itself was a really smooth experience with minimal pain. The post-operative care plan was also really detailed. Overall a very pleasant experience and cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Finding a new dentist is nerve-racking for someone who is afraid of dentists, but Dr Catherine Wu and all the nurses made me feel so at home the entire time I was there. Fantastic experience: 몇달전 다른 치과에서의 안좋은 기억때문에 트라우마가 심했던 3살 아이와 어제 방문했습니다. 우선 트라우마를 극복해보려 치과에 자주 가보자라는 생각으로 어제 처음 방문했던건데...정말 놀라운 경험을 하고 왔습니다. Dr. Bill 선생님이 아이를 너무 편하게 해주셔서 트라우마가 심했던 아이가 맞나 싶을정도로 너무 너무 치료를 잘 받고 왔습니다. 아이가 치과 기구를 무서워하니까 기구없이 충치를 제거해주셨구요.. 중간중간 무서워하는 아이에 맞춰서 손에 그림까지 그려주시면서 설명해주시고 달래주셔서 아이가 두려움 없이 끝까지 치료 받을수 있었습니다. 더 신기한 일은 아이가 오늘도 치과에 가고싶다고 하는거예요..^^ 이 감사함을 어찌 표현해야할지 모르겠네요. 정말 좋은 선생님 만나 감사한 마음입니다.

My examination was thoroughly checked with a high definition imaging and I could see my teeth on the screen. Fantastic experience: A delicate and empathic service provided with the utmost respect and care for the patient. I’ve always had a phobia of dentistry and the efforts that the staff took to put my mind at rest were highly professional and very re-assuring.

Negative experience: Had a root canal done that failed, went back to have the tooth removed and the dentist that removed it was ruff in doing so and didn’t get the entire tooth out. Was also told it was free of charge then they tried to charge me for the removal of the tooth plus some extra costs from the root canal from months ago ... Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this clinic that I have been going to for years and spent a lot of money at! Won’t be going back to the clinic every again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My wisdom tooth had deep roots in the jaw bone and they removed my wisdom tooth with great patience,skill, and without damaging the jaw bone. Thank you very much for the pain free removal. Fantastic experience: Absolutely good experience with Dr Usman. I had been going to no gap dental. No one told me about cavities on 10 of my teeth! Dr Usman identified the problem and helped me to seal them all in a pain free way. He is very patient, kind and skilled. He also helped my mom with implants. Strongly recommended!!
