Fantastic experience: I have seen some reviews mentioning the price of the service these ladies provide. Dr Linbei has been looking after my teeth for a short while. In my defence, I hadn’t stepped foot into a dental clinic for longer than I could willingly admit. I have met a lot of the team, Moni and Jen were the first two. Both ladies had me feeling welcome from the first interaction! Honey assisted with an extraction and was so calming and gentle. Nicole supported the next appointment and was so hands on. Sharon was very vigilant to communicate with me about unexpected appointment changes and was also very informative about the practices. Each team member combined provided such a positive experience for me and even had my support person considering to make an appointment. God bless these ladies and give them a try! I would rather spend more with them. Knowing the care and quality of care provided is worth the cost.

Negative experience: I am left feeling really disappointed after my recent visit to Eve Dental. I visited with pain in my right back tooth and had mentioned I noticed one of my fillings on the other side was changing colour but my main priority was the pain on the right. After 3 xrays on my painful tooth nothing was done and instead the filling on the left was refilled. I was told there was a small infection and that I should book in to have a root canal when I get time. I left thinking well i’m in a lot of pain but trusted in Dr.Lam that the issue wasnt as big as I anticipated. The pain did not subside instead getting worse. Last night I had severe dizziness to the point that I blacked out (Which I have since been told is because the infection spread to my inner ear) . I visited a different dentist this morning who was shocked at how big the infection was and that I was left to walk out with it untreated. She said it was a huge infection. I am sorry to leave such a bad review as the good reviews are how I chose this dental practice in the first place but I feel obligated to share my experience. I believe there is a duty of care to patients that was not given instead I forked out $750 on 3 xrays that were not used and a filling and then left in pain.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful, love to chat and makes us feel welcomed. I’ve had two emergencies and both times they made time for me to come and receive treatment which relieved me from unbearable pain and sleepless nights. There were times when I could not figure out the source of pain (neither did my previous dentist), and Dr Christina made the right diagnoses to apply the right treatments. I was treated by Dr Denise Lu who is very professional and meticulously thorough in her examination and treatment. She has gentle hands and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Christina is working on my braces and so far I have had a very good experience - my teeth are coming along well and she works her hardest to do the best job while minimising pain. My experience with the staff at the front desk has also been fantastic overall very kind and very professional.

Negative experience: I won’t recommend them for kids. My 7yr old waited 15mins with a hole in his tooth - open mouth, whilst they were preparing the filling...to be told at the end that 1-it's a temporary filling (again) and 2- that he has a few other spots that looked troublesome but they were unable to conduct a thorough examination due to too much saliva. really??

Fantastic experience: Dr Christina recently put my new braces on. The treatment plan was very thorough and she spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. She made me feel at ease from the very start and has been incredibly kind and accommodating toward me and my family. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy to have Dr Christina as my orthodontist. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for better part of a decade due to anxiety from previous experiences elsewhere so I needed a few visits. Dr Kerri, her dental assistant (who’s name I’ve forgotten, sorry!) and everyone I spoke to at the practice we’re super welcoming and made me felt very at ease. I won’t have any issues going back for regular visits.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my family to Eve Dental the dentists and staff are amazing, both of my children have special needs and can get very restless the staff are wonderful and understanding. The dentists use top quality equipment and materials as well as being truthful. The dentists are very professional and take the time to explain procedures and answer any questions. I would not go anywhere else or take my family anywhere else, the staff have multiple skills from basic check ups and cleans to orthodontics and full mouth restorations. Every time i go with my family for check- up and cleans i always feel welcomed and assured that i will receive top quality service.

Negative experience: Very overpriced for a checkup/clean. Additional x-rays were done without it being made clear this was not part of the regular consultation. The service was okay, however if all you need is a basic checkup and clean you can find somewhere just as professional and experienced at a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Eve Dental! A few years ago I saw a dentist on the Northern Beaches, after seeing an NIB clinic for years (that did the bare minimum), and they suggested I get thousands of dollars of work done (including Invisalign), and a family friend recommended that I get a second opinion from Dr Christina Kim at Eve Dental, so I did. It is an hour from home, and you do need to book quite far in advance to get a late afternoon appointment, but it's well worth the wait. Dr Christina examined my teeth and gave her honest opinion on what immediate work needed doing, and instead of thousands of dollars ($7K+!!) I spent a couple of hundred dollars, and saw her every 6 months since then. I grew up in a country town without fluoride in the water, so I did have several decays, and have had a lot of fillings in the past, so she monitored them closely, and treated when necessary. I never once felt like she was "money hungry' like the other dentist, but more that she truly cared about the future of my teeth, and the best cost effective way to manage them. In the past year my decays were getting a little worse, and she put it down to 'mouth breathing' at night, then on the next visit she wasn't pleased with how it was affecting my teeth, so she proceeded to look up my nose and BAM!!! that's when she found I had Rhinitis, that was restricting my breathing through my nose, and causing me to breath through my mouth at night, and cause extra issues to my teeth and jaw... BUT not only this, I had been struggling with fatigue for at least 2 years, and had seen many doctors and specialists to work out what was wrong, and not one thought to examine my nose, and incidentally never found out what was wrong. She then referred me to an Allergy, Respiratory & Sleep Medicine Specialist in the city, that diagnosed me with an allergy to dust mites, that had restricted my oxygen intake to only 10% through my nose, and heavily affected my sleep quality, causing me to always be extremely fatigued and unfocused. I have been re-assured that I will be a different person next year, and this is all thanks to Dr Christina! Thank you again Dr Christina, and all your lovely team at Eve Dental xox

When I travel world wide and get my teeth checked the dentist always say “ who ever did your teeth is an artist” so thank you dr. Christina for making my smile a masterpiece. The clinic has a great atmosphere or energy. I feel very comfortable just by walking in, they but a cool jazz music in the background, you can watch movies while they do “scary” thing inside your mouth. Highly highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: We cannot stop singing praises for Eve Dental! Prior Eve Dental we hardly go to Dentist and like to avoid it if possible but now we go there regularly. The receptionist is so friendly, they know you by name! It makes you feel like family not a customer. Dr Christina is so kind, friendly and professional. Our kids loves going to dentist now, as a matter of fact, my so-scared-to-see-doctor/dentist 6 yo asked when is her next appointment. She is so gentle with the kids. We didn't even know he has this problem (his infected sinus was so bad when we checked it out) until she mentioned it and recommend us to pursue further test. Oh another thing I like the most is Christina has a great philosophy, she will go above and beyond to save your teeth. We had bad experience with other dentist where they just like pulling the teeth. Fantastic experience: Had a crown come off while eating. They were not my regular dentist (who was both far away and when I called, unable to see me) so I called Eve Dental who found a spot for me (despite being booked out) and put the crown back on. They will now be my regular dentists. Friendly people, pain free, clean surgery. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing! Normally I avoid the dentist like the plague because of the cost and general uncomfortable nature of dentistry but these guys really go above and beyond. The price is very reasonable (and they are flexible with bill payment times which is a godsend for someone like me on a budget) the staff are pleasant to deal with and the whole place feels like you e stepped into a spa.
