Fantastic experience: I was never a fan of visiting the dentist, consequently my teeth are harder than the usual to work with which even gives me the extra anxiety revisiting. But my visit at Just White has changed my whole perspective with dental visits after Dr. Wyndham had worked on me I have to say, he is a superstar! Absolutely amazing with his hand, I genuinely did not feel anything and was for the first time relaxed while work are being done! He is super friendly, no judgement and works in the most practical and efficient way! Best part is he walks me through the entire process on the go, so i know what to expect in real time! Oh and he has good taste it cars! So definitely a winner in my book! And every staff are super friendly and efficient! 100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to see Dr Ives Chong today. Dr Ives is very gentle, patient, and caring. It's my daughter's firsr time seeing a dentist and she feels so comfortable with Dr Ives. The dental clinic is also very clean and there is even a TV at the ceiling that kids can watch while having their teeth cleaned. Thanks Dr Chong.

Fantastic experience: Update: we went back to Ives for our half yearly check up, and my daughter (5 years old) had a wobbly tooth. Ives helped pull it out very quickly, and even gave us a tooth box to store it in! My daughter did cry for a little, as it hurt a little, but it was all handled very well. Thank you! I've been seeing Ives for quite a few years now, she was recommended by a client of mine, when she worked in a different location. She's very patient, friendly, and careful. I use to see my family dentist who I find quite scary and intimidating, but Ives puts me at ease, and makes sure that I'm doing OK when I need fillings done. They also have the big xray machine to take an xray of the full jaw, which makes things a lot easier than having to go to an imaging clinic to check your wisdom teeth. They also have a TV in the ceiling for you to watch something to distract you.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Wyndham with a severely infected wisdom tooth. They fitted me in on the same day and were extremely kind and helpful. I was very ill for about a week with it and required guidance from their practice multiple times. Their receptionists were very knowledgeable and always provided help promptly. They scheduled me in for an emergency extraction once the infection subsided and remained helpful post op . All of their services are reasonably priced. I can’t thank Dr Wyndham and Dr Ives for their kindness and compassion during a very stressful time for me.

Negative experience: Kept making appointments to get what I needed fixed, 4 times I have gone in and all 4 times they have said they can’t do what I want today. So I traveled an hour and half to go to my appointment, they muck around and then send you off.

Fantastic experience: Just White Dental and Dr Wyndham saves the day yet again! I called Just White Dental last night from Melbourne Airpirt after a disastrous episode with a bread roll in the Airport Lounge. My front tooth veneer had come off completely. Candy called Dr Wyndham immediately (it was 6pm) and they organised for me to come in today. I can now smile again and in less than 24 hours my issue was resolved. I have been a patient of Dr Wyndham for many years and he has been AMAZING! He even identified that I had a serious health issue before I even realised and suggested I have a full medical. I literally would not be here today had Dr Wyndham not told me to investigate further. He is also SUPER GENTLE. I went from being a petrified dental patient to almost falling asleep in the chair. Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Ives Chong, and my husband seeing Dr Wyndham Hui, at their West Ryde practice for over 10 years. They are very professional, caring and patient and provide excellent treatment and advice. Both myself and my daughter have had orthodontic treatment (braces and Invisalign) provided by Ives. All treatment was explained and carried out with gentleness and compassion and the end results have been truly wonderful. The staff assisting Ives and Wyndham are very professional, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to provide a positive dental experience. I would highly recommend Just White Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great orthodontic result that lasts! Dr Ives has been my dentist since I was little and she has always been compassionate, kind and genuine. I couldn’t recommend Just White Dental enough. Besides my general dental care, I had braces done with Dr Ives and even after many years, my orthodontic results are still brilliant and lasting! It’s wonderful to have her checking my retainers every check up! My mum used to greatly fear going to the dentist. After many years of Dr Ives’ empathetic care, she now enjoys going for a clean and proactively looks after her teeth. Did I mention a lot of my extended family come to see Dr Ives at Just White Dental as well? 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Ives Chong fir well over a decade. The quality of dental care is second to none. What truly sets Just White Dental apart, however, is the care for the person, not just the tooth. Ives remembers her patients, personally. She involves them in decision making, educates and explains processes. When there is an urgent need for treatment, as was the case today, Ives forgoes her lunch or rearranges her schedule to “fit me in”. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ives is very friendly and highly skilled with each visit being a painless experience contrasting with common connotations of a dentist. Through my whole braces experience, my discomfort was kept to a minimum or none at all and the results were phenomenal replicating the posters you would see on the walls. In addition to the friendly atmosphere, there is also a tv on the top of the dental chair which can keep you entertained during the cleaning or even distracted during teeth removals. Overall this is not a checkup rather an experience.

Fantastic experience: Just white dental is a beautiful place with very good, friendly staff lead by a funny, friendly easy going Dr. Wyndham Chong in Eastwood. His professional approach in understanding and explaining the job he has to do to his clints that includes me, amazes me. I always look forward to meet him as we not only discuss the work he is about to do but even have small talks discussing my work I used to do and families. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ives Chong and Dr. Wyndham Hui are top dentists in Sydney. What sets them different from other dentists are their genuine caring and attention given to me which I am most impressed with. I received very reasonable cost from both dentists. I was Dr Hui's patient since 2006 when he was practicing at Chatswood and later moved to West Ryde. He was recommended by a friend who has been Dr Hui's patient for over 20 years. This friend recommendation to me was: "If you are looking for a dentist who provides sincere and genuine treatment and who treats you like a human not just a patient, go see Wyndham!" I am now seeing Dr Chong as she is specialising in Dental Smile Treatment. I had Invisalign and dental smile treatments done by her and her team. I couldn't be happier with the result! Ives' genuine care and her attention to my case is very impressive. I received step by step plans which come with options along the way as we came to finalising the treatment. I have completed Invisalign, whitening and teeth treatments with Ives and we are planning to do more with my dental case. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

As a person in my 70s with problem teeth, I have experienced many excellent dentists, both in Australia and overseas. In my view, Ives and Wyndham are my stand out dentists. They are totally professional, caring, patient and incredibly skilled, providing outstanding treatment and advice: all delivered with their trademark gentleness, compassion and friendliness. Ives’ support has been especially important to me over the last year, when I had to have double knee replacement surgery, requiring meticulous teeth and gum health to prevent potentially serious infection. Ives has continued her superb care of my teeth, throughout this difficult period and beyond, helping to ensure all has gone extremely well. In my view, Ives and Wyndham are not only outstanding professionals, but also superb leaders of their practice. Every staff member exhibits the same qualities of professionalism, kindness, friendliness, helpfulness, a positive outlook and willingness to help and support. I certainly could not ask for more. Fantastic experience: I am usually not the type of person to ever write a google review so given the fact that i'm writing one up is definitely saying something. I cannot recommend this clinic enough to anyone and everyone. I have a HUGE phobia of dentists, like i am absolutely PETRIFIED, but Dr Wyndham Hui has been an absolutely INCREDIBLE dentist who has really helped me overcome my dental phobia. He is extremely kind, friendly, knowledgable, professional, amazing at what he does and more importantly, he is extremely patient and empathetic and really took the time to address my fears and really helped me by explaining every single step and process throughout each visit. I have had 2 wisdom teeth taken out by him and he has been absolutely amazing, my recovery has been extremely quick (less then 24 hours) and no facial swelling or pain. I absolutely love him and cannot recommend him enough. The only downside to this clinic is the fact that the dentists here are so popular that they are booked out a month in advanced usually, but will also put you on a priority list for any cancellations. I do believe it is well worth the wait to see Dr Hui though and will continue to see him for all my dental concerns!

Fantastic experience: Haven't had my teeth cleaned for so many years, as past experiences had put me off seeing a dentist. Decided that I had to get it done. I had my teeth cleaned by Lisa who is amazing at what she does. She is so lovely and didn't hurt at all. Found out that I had to take my wisdom tooth out. I was so nervous coming up to the day of the procedure as I had decided to have local anaesthetic. Dr Ives was caring and patient with me - walking me through the whole process and thoroughly going through the aftercare/post-op instructions. Cannot recommend a better dental clinic! Service here is just amazing! Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: The practice was recommended to me by a friend that received Invisalign treatment by Dr Ives. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of Doctor-patient communication. Dr Ives made sure to explain in detail every procedure I was to undergo, as well as giving me a fair price. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking into Invisalign or orthodontic treatment.
