Fantastic experience: From the moment you step into this practice to the time you leave, the staff ensure you are well looked after. At our visit, the reception staff was friendly and professional. Dr Peter Synnott was knowledgeable and had a gentle and comforting way of connecting with my nervous 9 year old and myself! We didn't feel rushed and he explained everything clearly and with detail.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Peter Synnott for several years and could not recommend a more professional, experienced and genuine orthodontist than him. Not only is he a top expert in the field, but he exercises such a high degree of care with his patients, leaving everyone with a smile on their face (with or without braces)! The admin and dental assistant team are friendly and exceptional and there is no doubt that I would recommend this place to anyone seeking orthodontics treatment.

Negative experience: Sadly our daughter's experience has not been good. After many years of treatment at the Epping clinic and substantial cost, our daughter has been left with an overbite that was recently discovered by her dentist and not OSW during periodic appointments. Very disappointing.

It was my first consultation and I was taken back by how accomodating and welcoming his entire team was. I felt extremely comfortable and I simply couldn't recommend Dr. Synnott more. Fantastic experience: Dr Omar is a kind, friendly and accomodating practitioner who has made my time with the practice a very good experience. Sapna, who is now usually at reception, is also a friendly and efficient worker who manages to schedule appointments that are responsive to emergencies. I find this practice to be a very professional and human place; something you don't always find.

Fantastic experience: Such a sweet, caring and professional doctor! Highly recommend this clinic if you want a good, detailed and pleasant experience! I went in as a first time patient to fix a retainer wire that has come loose, and Dr Peter spent a good while getting to understand my history and carefully explaining to me what tends to happen with retainer wires as they age throughout the years of wearing them. While examining my wire, he noted I had a wisdom tooth that was coming out and said it would be a good idea to speak to my dentist and have it checked up. Then he spent about a good 20 minutes of his time explaining to me what the pros and cons of keeping wisdom tooth vs having it extracted and went into great details about how the risk of wisdom tooth removal tends to escalate with age and that I should visit my dentist when I can! Despite being a short visit, the experience definitely exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back for any future orthodontic needs, thank you Doctor Peter!
