Negative experience: Staff are friendly and professional. However I was very frustrated with how the clinic handled the Smile Fund process. Conflicting deposit amounts, multiple requests for documents I had already sent, poor communication between the clinic, Smile Fund, and myself made it too stressful to continue treatment. I ended up withdrawing as a patient to get treatment elsewhere, and do not recommend using Smile Fund here. I would recommend that the clinic improves their communication between them and finance providers.

Fantastic experience: Shruti my doc is just amazing, she knows my tooth so better and how it is going to be with pain. I did not face any issue except for the surgery day. Next day she called to ask how was I going.The way she deals with her patients is at par and amazing. But this time I also like the other nurse who was with Shruti Very nice and helpful. The reception lady Cy was so good and very much approachable. Week the following day she called me to ask how was I doing, that’s so impeccable. Beautiful people hats off You girls rock

John is my regular dentist and I find him very thorough. I also find their charges very fair, not like some other dentists that I have been using.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I called this dentist because it was the only one that was suggested by my health fund. But the receptionist was absolutely wonderful ( very bubbly, patient and extremely knowledgeable) which took me by surprise. She managed to book me in for an emergency and it was seam free. Today I had my visit .. the receptionist was so welcoming it actually surprised me. I went in.. and the dentist is so warm and the assistant is cute as a button. The dentist did more for me than any other dentist has done in my life. He was kind, patient, empathetic and more talented than my previous dentists. I say that because he has given me an alternative to an implant which is far less invasive and far less costly. I happily accepted his need to leave the room to advise as I would have wanted that too if I was the other patient. Whilst in the chair the dental hygienist was naturally communicative and very sweet. I know it’s a long winded review but there’s more. I leave and go to pay… the receptionist could see I was overwhelmed and took it along herself to not only guide me through my health fund ap but produce a plan that utilises my benefits and spells out to me any gap payments( if any) I have never in my 53 years experienced not only customer service, but dental work like this. Whoever owns this business should be so proud of their staff. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I first went to NDC Buddina, 11years ago when I moved to Caloundra. From the office staff to the dentists, there is a quiet assured ambience, that makes you feel at ease. I can really only speak about my dentist, who worked with me on my huge Dental Phobia, and now I walk in lay back in the chair and do not have any fear now. I think it is such a great practice that the other dentists would be similar to mine. Quiet, efficient and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: I have told at least 10 people about my experience with John at National Dental Care already and it's only been a few days. John was my dentist and he was amazing. You could tell that not only was he extremely skillful but he made a conscious and ongoing effort during my entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable and that the numbing was working...and when there was a twinge of pain, he would stop and then carefully and delicately work in that area to make sure it didn't hurt. I was so impressed and I never write reviews but I had to say something because lots of dentists are average and for people who are looking for a great Dentist I would confidently recommend John at National Dental Care, Buddina.

Fantastic experience: I recently went and saw Dr Mutaz Farjian. I took my brother and my son. Dr Farjian was so lovely, I was especially impressed with how great he was with my toddler who was not very settled. He did a great job on all of our teeth and also gave me some very useful advice that I haven’t heard from other dentists. I really liked how he explained everything to me. Overall really impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend Dr Farjian!
