Fantastic experience: I walked into the dental clinic at 4pm on Saturday without a booking because my tooth suddenly became extremely painful around lunchtime. I honestly didn’t expect the dentist to see me, given it was already Saturday afternoon and I didn’t have an appointment, but the lady at reception and the dentist took me in straight away. They provided immediate treatment and removed the tooth — the whole process was professional and seamless. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I have always been very nervous about seeing a dentist. Today i went to Cloud Nine and saw Leith. What an experience. We had a peaceful talk about what my worries are. Then he explained what options i could have. Watching tv on the ceiling with headphones on with some classical music. I was much more relaxed. He stopped a couple of times to make sure everything was fine. This would have to be one of the best experiences I have had. I think this may have fixed my dentist phobia.

Fantastic experience: Such a positive dentist experience - Laith was professional and kind and ensured I was well looked after. Very thorough with dental photos and x-rays, teeth cleaning and then an in depth consult afterwards with detailed insights and breakdown of costs. Fantastic experience: Dr Shayan Eighani was very communicative and explanatory. Out of all Dentists I have been too, I have not felt more comfortable in the chair(that’s saying something due to dental anxiety). My 4 year old was also seen to for the first time in her young life, and we can say she is happy to come again, Dr Eighani was amazing to watch how he handled her. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my Wife visted Cloud Nine a few weeks back. We have recently moved from WA to NSW and were excited to see Cloud Nine join Glenmore Village shops. We were both booked in with Dr Laith. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. My wife suffers from Dental anxiety and felt very comfortable with Dr Laith. He made sure at all points of the appointment that my wife was ok. The building itself has been designed beautifully and is very aesthetic. Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I had filling fall out 2pm Saturday afternoon and Dr Shayan Eighani was able to book me in to replace it by Sunday 3pm the next day. He all so noticed another tooth that needed to be repaired eliminating another issue. Dr Shayan Eighani and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and he explained exactly every step of the process when working on my teeth. I am so clad I found a dentist practice that I can trust to do a great job. I have recommended him to my family and all my friends.

Fantastic experience: My son had an abscess on his tooth so required immediate attention. Dr Laith was able to see him promptly to ensure he wasn’t in pain. From the moment we walked in to the practice we were well looked after and everything was clearly explained to my son so he remained calm. Fantastic experience: There are two dentists and a dental assistant. My wife had all 3 today. She had X-rays done, clean and polished, plus 2 two large fillings. There for 2 3/4 hours on a Sunday. Open 6 days till 6 pm and Sundays by appointment. They did an excellent job on my wife's teeth, considering she hasn't been near a dentist for 5 years. Very caring and gentle. Booked next appointment for when it suits my wife. Great calming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My 10 yrs old daughter recently had a check up with Dr Shayan and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and genuinely taken care of. The reception was warm and welcoming. My daughter has been to a dentist few times before, but even she mentioned how much she preferred this visit because you listened to us and also made her feel like her opinion mattered. She said she could watch her favorite Netflix show rather than just whatever was on the ceiling TV. It's such a relief to find a place that truly knows how to put kids at ease during their check-ups.
