Negative experience: This Business was more interested in His REPUTATION than customer ServiceTheres definately no aesthetics as the business name suggests The work i have seen out of this practise is not aesthetically pleasing So not sure why this practise is preaching that I was left with bone ridge deficiency,only one side was built up more than the other,making it very dificult for other professionals to do a good job in the aesthetic zone I made my intentions clear from day dot what i wanted But was left feeling very underwhelmed by the whole experience Then this practise tryed to convince me to have exactly what i didnt want in my mouth, Had to consistently chase practise to get anything done or answers to treatment Horrible experience,not professional would not recommend Look around for better dentists,there was a report written on my treatment from another dental practise,who was horrified with the outcome i received from this practise Terrible bonework done for implants,i had better bone structure before this dentist did any work on my mouth Dodgy dentistry at its best, Please choose wisely before investing in some dental practises

Fantastic experience: What can I say ! from the very first phone call at reception ( ? gaynor ) sorry if I got the name wrong xx until I walked out yesterday (17/03/2021) with my preparation for my implant all done it was exceptional The love and care from Dr Dean ( funny sense of humour puts you at ease ) and Mariana his technician was OUTSTANDING!! I was completely pain free to the point that I don't even know I was having a tooth removed :( mainly because I didn't listen properly to the meeting before the appointment due to nerves !!) Without Dr Melissa Licenblat and sedation I would not have been able to complete multiple dental procedures over the past five years. Being a nervous patient she has always made me feel comfortable by her friendly approach and genuine kindness. Dr Dean Licenblat was also outstanding. He is friendly, professional and competent. He was very thorough and had explained every step of the procedure for a sinus lift and bone graft. I was expecting the worse but had minimal swelling and pain afterwards. I was encouraged not to hesitate in contacting them anytime after the procedure if I had any questions or concerns. It was comforting to know they genuinely care. This was evident with a follow up call from the practice to ensure I was doing well. I highly recommend this dental practice.

After becoming painful, i had no choice but to face my fear of dental work and this practice was recommended by a family member who had multiple implants placed by Dr Dean Licenblat and was very happy with their overall experience. I needed a tooth removed under Mel's twighlight sleep care and Dean did the rest. The implant has been the easy part. Negative experience: Went to Dean with a very, very specific problem - TMJ!!! explained my 18 year of bad dental work and practice. Living with tension headaches since turning 25 years old, isn't a great way to be trying to life live. What makes it worst, is when "professionals" say they can HELP and then fail. In Dean's case, he took $3,000.00 hard earnt dollars from me, did some basic tests and made a plastic implant with the instructions to wear them 24/7 for several months. I did that, but the pain didn't improve. I told that the Dean in my last visit to never hear from him again, nor from Kim, even though I was desperate for a solution to the constant pain I have been suffering from, and continue to suffer from. If I could, I would punch out the dentist who pulled two teeth when I was 14 years old, and then every other dentist who are lazy and haven't bothered to get up to speed with this epidemic.
