Fantastic experience: My daughter (6) has had a great experience with teeth on wheels on both visits. They made her feel at ease and she loved the stickers and new toothbrush! It is such a great service and I love the detailed report.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen by TOW at her school, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. I filled out a form, then received a confirmation call, and shortly after, my daughter had her appointment. We were later provided with a detailed report outlining their observations and recommendations for aftercare.

Fantastic experience: My child was seen by Teeth On Wheels at MSS and it was his first time in the Dentist chair. He has autism and they made him very comfortable throughout the whole process to the point, he talked about his visit when he got home about how he rode in the chair for hours. So i can safely say it was a positive experience for him ,And we look forward to our next six month checkup! Thank you teeth on wheels!

Negative experience: 2023: 2 star review for lack of treatment. This service doesn't offer on-site treatment. They will see your child for a check up, provide no further treatment. They generate a report. That's it. They then can book you in for a treatment at their dentist 45mins away. This whole set up makes no sense to me. Its probably great in terms of parents having the report to take to a local dentist for further treatment. But then, parents could just be smart and utilise their $1k rebate to go to their own local dentist and begin treatment there instead of wasting $ on this.

Fantastic experience: Such a clever set up and the staff made our 5yo feel so welcomed and calm. They spoke to her throughout and encouraged her through positive praise and check-ins. They even gifted her a goodie bag with child themed toothbrush and toothpaste. Excellent service.

As the visits occur at school, we can’t accompany him so we’re able to list any areas of concern on his registration form. These concerns are always covered in the comprehensive report received after the visit, along with information about any dental health conditions and an action plan where necessary. Fantastic experience: My Son has been part of the Teeth on Wheels program through Fyans Park Primary School since attending the school, he is now in grade six. We have always found the team to be completly thorough and professional and his dental care just as good as a stand alone dental practice. My son is relaxed during his appointment and the Teeth on Wheels crew alway send a detailed parents report after the consultation. I have nothing but praise for the program and the team at Teeth on Wheels.

Fantastic experience: Teeth on wheels visits my daughter’s school every 6 months which is amazing as less stress having their check ups during school hours rather than trying to get them into a dentist elsewhere. Both my daughters enjoy each visit and the report sent after the visit is easily read with any concerns regarding their teeth.

Negative experience: The attention to detail is terrible - firstly I received a phone call telling me I was not eligible for the Medicare rebate, then I was called back and told I was eligible for the rebate and finally they couldn't spell my child's name correctly! The visit to the school went ok despite this although that is based on my child's feedback.

Fantastic experience: I have a 7 year old son and he had a blast today with the teeth on wheels staff. They have been so pleasant to work with my son was off school due to being sick on his classroom check up day so I rung them and they were very accommodating and so polite. He went to school the next day and had his check up and I also got the results on the same day. Very easy and clear instructions and my son had the best experience. They also said he was very well behaved and polite which is always nice to know. Great response and great all around will definitely be using them again and he can't wait for his next check up.

Negative experience: My child got routine check ups by Teeth On Wheels through her school and here I was thinking her teeth were amazing until finally an email was sent from teeth on wheels saying there was a hole on ONE tooth and to either go into their clinic or my local. I choose my local dentist who was horrified upon seeing my child’s teeth who had to get A TOOTH REMOVED FROM BEING COMPLETELY DEAD and TWO FILLINGS!!!! My dentist couldn’t understand why you guys did not tell me sooner or see this?! It’s lucky it was a baby tooth BUT IT WONT GROW TIL YEARS TO COME. I am extremely disappointed with your services. Yes great, it’s fun for the kids but do your job and fix the teeth when needed don’t just leave them to decay and rot!!!! If I could I’d leave you 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Teeth on Wheels attend my son's school for appointments a couple of times a year. Very convenient for full time working parents who find it hard to take time out during business hours for appointments. They proved a thorough report after the treatment so we know exactly where any issues are, or what to focus on. I was nervous about his first appointment, as being young during covid lock downs etc, his first dental appointment was without me there, but they were very friendly and made him confident about dentist visits. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Super simple dental service. Organised by my daughters childcare - easy to book in, super convenient as I don’t have to attend the appointment with her (one of the childcare teachers attend), and get sent a report (with fact sheets if applicable to any issues) and invoice within a few days. Can highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: A great service. So convenient to not have to miss school for dental appointments. After the checkup and cleaning they sent me a thorough appraisal of my daughter's dental health. I rang them up to clarify a couple of issues and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely going back next time they visit the school.

Negative experience: My daughter had her teeth with Teeth on Wheels at school. The clean was not done properly left her plague and decay after cleaning! The sealants to her back 4 teeth were claimed but not done! We ended up have to go to our private dentist for another clean and the dentist found all 4 sealants were not done! I contacted them and they said will get the manager to contact me but never happened! Extremely dissatisfied with the service and would definitely not recommend any parents to do it through them at school again! They have a time pressure to finish all the kids on the day and definitely rushed though on the kid. Things missed were not being corrected! The back 4 teeth are adult teeth and the sealants will help for a life time. However, this was found out when we went for a proper dental clean and imaging if it was not found, it will significantly impact on her oral health in the long run and we would end up spending much more on fixing the problems they caused!

Fantastic experience: Teeth on Wheels was organised by my kids school. They were great and took care of my child whom felt very comfortable getting her teeth examination. Completely checked all of her teeth. What I as a parent liked the most overall was the informative easy to understand review report your team prepared and sent via email to help both myself and daughter understand in detail where her teeth were at and the follow up required to ensure her teeth were given the best available care. This I’ve never received at our local dentist previously. It was just a few verbal words which basically were forgotten about the next day. Your report enables me to at least be able to follow up on when in need. Many thanks and look forward to your second check up of my daughter later on in the year. Take care always and God bless

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an excellent experience with the Teeth On Wheels team. She was nervous at first, but she then felt comfortable and confident with the team. She is a kid that will listen to experts (not to parents) so having the after-care information to read with her was great as it pointed out things that we've been unsuccessfully trying to correct. For the parents, there is a report that explains the findings and if any additional care is required, which is very helpful. I think the only thing that was missed was a comprehensive demonstration on how to properly brush your own teeth, but maybe it was because she is still meant to have adult supervision when brushing her teeth.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Teeth on Wheels enough for the great experience my son had! This was his first dental check-up as previous attempts with dental clinics failed miserably - my son has anxiety. He spoke fondly of his experience afterwards. Very happy mum here! My kids were not happy that this time they were not given Toothpaste along with the brush. Please include toothpaste as well because Children do brush both morning n evening because of it and it will lead to a habit of it. Many thanks.

He has special needs and sensory issues and they both took the time to explain what they would be doing and to encourage him to get through the whole process as easily as possible. Fantastic experience: Quick and easy first dental check up for our 3 yo. Very friendly team, she was able to sit on my lap as I sat on the dental chair. Was excited about the special dentist-only pink toothpaste they used on her which tasted like bubblegum. Even gave a little paper gift bag with an environmentally friendly bamboo toothbrush (with bright pink bristles!) and brushing chart to take home. I was really worried about the first check up but all in all, very impressed by these guys!

Negative experience: Terrible company and staff, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
