Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at NDC. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. John Do was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend NDC and Dr. John Do to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a friendly, professional environment.

Negative experience: Went here for a scale and clean as it’s close to where I live and I go to the doctors in the same complex. Reception was friendly but as soon as I got in the chair for my “clean” the dentist (young Asian male) started poking my gums and saying diffrent numbers, I initially stopped him and said I just booked in for a scale and clean. He responded this is part of it! Mind you I was clearly in pain by the process. It was obvious this dentist is recently qualified and inexperienced. Would strongly reconsider coming here

Negative experience: Had extremely poor experience with them. The clinic had missed major works on my teeth after being checked every 6 months over a course of 5 years. Did not trust them to do a reliable job and left the clinic. They continued to cause issues with not sending through my dental history to new clinic too.

Tiffany was so helpful and kind throughout the entire visit! her positive energy and attention to detail made the experience even better. It’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling uplifted, but that’s exactly how I felt. Their teamwork, expertise, and genuine care for their patients made all the difference. My 8yo needed a tooth removed and his gentle and patient approach is the only reason we were able to get the job done with our (understandably) scared daughter. I could not speak more highly of what they did - we’re so thankful.

Fantastic experience: My son saw Dr Kapil this morning, wonderful experience. We had some concerns as this is his first ever dental visit, but Dr Kapil was awesome; made him feel at ease and he was not afraid at all. Going to switch from our regular dentist to see Dr Kapil.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Do, is hands down the most compassionate dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had an irrational fear of dentists for the longest time, and I finally decided to give it a go, after reading the team profiles I felt Dr John Do was best suited to my needs. You will not get shamed, and he is very gentle. He cares first and foremost that you know how to care for your teeth in the long run. My partner was so impressed that she actually booked an appointment with him the next day, and she also has nothing but great things to say. The team overall are super friendly and lovely, a special shout out to Mansi the receptionist for helping us schedule our next check ups, she is such a positive and polite change from the usual dentist receptionists you see at other clinics! Thank you for your care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Tima for my dental treatment for years, and the level of care that I receive from her is beyond anything I have previously experienced. Not only is she extremely friendly, but she does the most thorough job and always makes sure that I am feeling comfortable and informed on what is happening. She is also very kind and patient with my daughter and makes sure that she has no apprehension about her dental visits.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth extracted on Saturday afternoon. It’s healed up nicely and I’ve been given instructions on how to look after the healing process. The dentist put me on antibiotics and encouraged me to take the full course which I’m doing. I’ve had no complications since then.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice today for a regular checkup and saw Karim and his assistant Dani. Karim's warm demeanour, excellent communication skills and very amazing technical skills had me blown away. Not only were both of them exremely friendly and inviting but also ensured that I was well informed of the best treatment options available and gave me lots of education and time so I didn't feel pressured. You can tell Karim is very advanced and confident at what he does which is very comforting knowing you are in safe hands. I needed a filling for my front tooth and was worried this would stand out but his work is so crisp that you cannot tell any work has been done. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to go see Karim if you want a pleasant dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I have always been very anxious to go to the dentist and would always put off going. However I pushed myself and Karim and his assistant Mina made that experience much easier. Couldn’t have gone any better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kapil and Katie were an excellent team. My husband and I travel almost 100 kilometers to attend the Clinic, so that speaks volumes about our experience. Dr. Kapil's 'clean' on my teeth is the best I've had; they are whiter than I ever expected. Good work!

I have to say that Mita (the receptionist) and Mark (the dentist) at Rowville branch makes my whole experience so much better with their friendliness and warmth. Will recommend if anyone is looking for a good dentist and and great overall experience.

Fantastic experience: A review from my child: I’ve always had a terrible experience at the dentist and really dread it. It was my first time seeing Karim and Dani, they made sure to explain everything and accomodate to my sensory issues. They were also friendly and genuine, Karim and I made a promise that if he was a good dentist I had to leave him a Google review and he would know if I didn’t. I’ve held up my end of the bargain, let’s see if he reads it. This is the first time I’ve had a good dentist appointment and I will be going again.

Telling a 55 year old man hes very brave also make me smile and feel very brave :) Great service with the front desk and I also never have to wait long for my appointment. Thanks guys ;)

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Anchali Khera and Mina at the Rowville clinic. I had a consultation about a Tooth Decay/Cavity and though I am an Adult, I was anxious about the appointment, but both Dr. Anchali and Mina were very patient with me and they spent the time trying to calm me down and explained the process of the treatment professionally and were very helpful and kind. I have been to other Dentist's, It's not easy to find a good both a good team and a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Anchali for Dentist consultations and please ask for Mina to be on your side during treatments and consults as she is helpful and kind.

Negative experience: Went in for a clean, was waiting 30 mins to get in. Teeth still need a clean after visit. Charged for an X-ray without being told I would be charged. X-ray was only used to help dentist find cavities that she would of not otherwise found visually. Staff were nice though.

He gives me a worry-free experience when I visited he for removal tooth. He did an amazing job and make sure I was comfortable. Thank you very much. Negative experience: Overcharged a few times, ensure that you know what they are charging before the treatment.

Negative experience: Went for 2 fillings, 1 hour in the chair $897. The treatment didn't cause pain, but the price did. I wouldn't mind being on $900 an hour. OUCH! Avoid like the plague.

Negative experience: I never knew how poorly my teeth were looked after until I got a second opinion when he said my teeth were ok. $3700 repair bill now.

Negative experience: Bad experience, was not informed how much it's going to cost before start filling my teeth. I was told by insurance company that they will assess and based on the item number we can take an informed decision. But that’s not the case for me, I had to pay full amount what they invoiced me... I should have gone to a different provider, my bad :-(
