Fantastic experience: I've been a loyal patient at Dentist on Queen for my regular checkups and dental work, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I've received from all of the staff there! My struggles with anxiety have made dental visits a daunting task but the team's compassion and understanding have made all the difference. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with warmth and kindness. All of the staff take the time to acknowledge my anxiety, offering reassurance and support that puts me at ease. Their patience and encouragement give me the strength to push through, even on my most anxious days. I'm particularly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr Danial but also their partner Dr Vellani, who administers IV sedation with skill and gentleness. Their kindness and professionalism have made even the most daunting procedures manageable. The care I receive at Dentist on Queen goes beyond mere professionalism – it's a testament to the practice's commitment to patient-centered care. I'm grateful to have found a dental team that truly cares about my well-being.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dentist on Queen after reading the amazing reviews, never thought I'd be next in line praising Dr. Daniel Lu aka 'The Dental Maestro'. Two previous clinics misdiagnosed my broken molar as 'a fragment of a baby tooth' and completely missed the bone loss around it. Both were ready to perform surgery with the understanding that there's nothing wrong with my 2nd molar and the bone underneath is perfectly fine. As for my impacted wisdom tooth, they suggested we'd have to leave the bottom half in as it's too close to my nerve. Lucky, my friend wasn't convinced and urged me to visit a practice in St. Marys with amazing reviews. From the first appointment, Dr Daniel not only picked up on my fractured molar and the underlying bone loss, he explained everything clearly and gave me his full confidence in the extraction of the whole impacted wisdom tooth. The clinic’s equipment is excellent, and the whole team is professional and kind. The surgery itself was absolutely painless — despite my needle phobia, I didn’t feel a thing during or after. Recovery has been smooth and stress-free, which I never thought possible given how anxious I was going in. Special thanks to Melissa and the other receptionist lady for their warm welcome and support, Dr Vellani (sedationist) for his calm reassurance during sedation, and the wonderful assisting nurse for her comforting presence. Dr Daniel, I can’t thank you enough for your expertise, patience, and kindness. For an extremely anxious patient like me, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. I’m truly grateful to the whole team. To any potential patient reading this; if you're even half as anxious about dentists as me, you can not ask for anyone better than Dr. Daniel and his team!

Fantastic experience: I could give more stars if it allowed it. The ladies were so amazing. There was an opening so they fit me in straight away. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The dentist, well who likes dentists lol. He was amazing as well. However he didn’t tell me how much it was going to cost before doing it. Lucky I could afford it. I had a tooth pulled out so after the exray which the ladies told me the price of that before I even went there. Over all it wasn’t as much as I thought it would be anyways. I got other prices and they all started higher than the total bill was here. Well done ladies and gents. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: My family has been with Dr Lu for more than 10 years. Dr Lu is one dentist whom I trust and will travel the distance for. I’ve seen his team grow through the years but the standard of service and professionalism remains steadfast. Dr Lu and his team is amazing and friendly; treats you as a person, listens and offers recommendations to address any concerns. The team is also very accommodating in cases of emergencies.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a good dentist for a while. I found Dr Daniel Lu but have been hesitant because of the clinic distant from my residence. But eventually I took the plunge to put my trust in him and I’m glad I did. Dr Daniel Lu is a reliable and professional dentist who has put his patient needs first. He has taken the time to explain all procedures with good follow up in his treatment. Now I do not mind the travel as my dental condition is more important than time spend travelling. Could never asked for a better dentist that I am assured the reliability of his advice and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Dentist On Queen enough! The treatment from Dr Daniel has been amazing, and all staff are so friendly and welcoming. Just completed 4 years of having braces and to say I'm happy with the results is an understatement! My teeth were quite a complicated case, requiring multiple teeth being pulled (as told to me by numerous dentist prior to seeing Dr Daniel). Dr Daniel was confident he could straighten them without losing any teeth, and he was right! Generous payment plan made it easy for me to get my dream teeth without being out of pocket each week. I am definitely going to miss seeing the team each month and look forward to my 6 monthly clean!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for the last 3 years or more I believe. I have a braces plan and this was the only dentist that believed they could save my tooth and they have. Fantastic experience: Long story short, my normal dentist couldn't take whole wisdom tooth out as I was feeling so much pain even after LA. Left with half tooth and swallowing hoping it will feel better during the holiday season but no improvement after a 10 days.. I was lucky I found this dentist and Dr Daniel did the job painlessly and calmly. I didn't feel anything at all. I am already in recovery stage. I feel so grateful and thankful. I must say he is a very smart doctor and know his expertise very well. He was so helpful and explained everything his staff is very supportive and helpful too☺️. Fantastic experience: I’m 67 years old. I’ve been going regularly to Dr Lu since 1999. My teeth were not good. I find him competent and I’m confident of his ability. He acts professionally. He can do any procedure: crowns – in house, implants and dentures. He is sensitive to my needs, e.g. pain; giving a needle calmly and effortlessly. The right amount in the right place. I don’t feel it. He has a measured and quick way. Straight to the job. He sees the big picture. I’ve had more than 20 dentists before going to Dr Lu and he is the best. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Lu for many years and I can't sing his praise strongly enough. I met Daniel Lu on the recommendation of a nurse from Nepean Hospital, I have gum disease and wanted to get a few implants. He implanted one perfectly but referred me to an orthodontist as my gum disease was too severe and I had lost too much bone. He's a true professional and will do the best for his patients. I've gone back to him again to get the veneers I always wanted and the result is fabulous. It took a bit of time as I needed to wear braces to correct the gaps between my teeth and get them straight, but the result is spectacular. He's the best dentist I've ever had and without question one of the best in Sydney. His staff is always courteous, friendly, professional and always happy to accommodate me. I strongly recommend Dentist on Queen and Dr. Lu if you are looking for a top quality dentist.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, this team is awesome, I highly recommend them. From somebody that is super nervous in the chair, they make you feel relaxed and at ease from the moment you walk in the door. If you have the same anxiety as I do, they offer a great choice of twilight sedation which I highly recommend if you get a little nervous.

It's worth the drive from the Hills district for the care that he and his staff give. Friendly dentist, friendly staff! Even the other dentist Dr Eric is friendly, too.

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time patient of Daniel’s and his associate’s. I would not contemplate going anywhere else, as they are the ultimate professional’s, but most importantly, very comforting and accommodating. This place is not local to me either, but we’ll worth the travel for the service I receive each and every time.

Negative experience: I lost two permanent adult teeth because of this incompetent “dentist”. If you value your teeth DO NOT go to this awful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lu and his staff were all polite, caring and very professional. I’m very happy with my implants and the after care service that they provide.

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked with them on a sat at 9 am. Thursday that week they called me to confirm that the appointment is on. I also replied to their automated confirmation stating that i will be there for the appointment. Saturday came and i was at the clinic before 9. It was closed! Thinking that because i was early, i thought they would open at exactly 9 as per my schedule. But no, i waited till 930 and called them but no answer! They didn't have the courtesy to notify their clients that they were not gonna open. I had to find another dentist to extract my tooth as i have been in pain already and since i was already put on antibiotics. If i didn't leave a comment they wouldn't even have called me. It's very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

Had to take my little girl to the dentist for the first time for a broken front tooth and had doubts when the dentist looked young. What could have been a difficult time turned into a wonderful first session for my girl. The dentist and his assistant not only patiently guide my girl through the session, he even explain every single step along the way. The result was amazing that no one could tell the tooth was broken before. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

Negative experience: I was given a filling without numbing. The dentist informed me he wasn’t going to numb the area before drilling, but that if I was in any pain to simply raise my hand and he will stop. It’s been over a decade since I’ve had a filling so I assumed this was normal. It took a while for the pain to hit, but once it did I quickly put my hand up. He stopped, let me know he was only going to drill a little more, and continued. I put my hand up almost straight away, he hesitated but didn’t stop, so I shook my hand until he took the drill away. At this point he finally numbed the area, but I was in pain for the rest of the day. I will not be going back to this dentist.

Negative experience: Way too much persistent bullying and pressuring to agree to receiving further treatments that are expensive and clearly unnecessary. This gold-digging attitude should not be part of a medical service.

Negative experience: This has got to be the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went there for an extraction and all of a sudden he was telling me my teeth were out of alignment and I would have to go and get my jaw realigned to set them straight ..What the! My brother went there and he gave my brother a root canal it cost over $2000 ,when clearly his tooth was so badly decayed he had to have an extracton ... which he had 1 year later when the root canal did not help the tooth . His extraction from another dentist cost $395. This dentist is only interested in money. Stay away If you must go dress in ripped jeans so he thinks you are poor. Justine and Fabian peters
