Fantastic experience: A very friendly welcome from Bree, definitely the right young lady to welcome and provide service as the “front of house”. A delightful and friendly welcome from Dr Mark Williams, as well as his dental assistant. This was my first visit to the practice and it was most encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mark and the team at Newcastle City Dental were kind, helpful and thorough. Dr Mark put my 3 year old son at ease, and connected with him before inviting him into the room. This made our visit easier, but was also really positive for my son who now isn’t afraid to go back to the dentist. I am SO happy we went here and I’ll be bringing myself and the rest of the family back for our regular checks ups and cleans.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with Dr. Williams service, as well as his staff members. I attended this dental practice two weeks ago due to broken crowns. Dr. Williams is an exceptional dentist and nursing staff are amazing. They are empathetic and willing to help me resolve my tooth issues efficiently. The new crown looks absolutely amazing and I can hardly tell it is a crown apart from my other teeth. Fantastic experience: I moved to Newcastle 2 years ago and I have struggled to find a good dentist in town. I had a bad tooth ache and early one morning googled and found Newcastle City Dental with online booking and an available emergency appointment. Mark and his team were so lovely and helpful and got me back out of pain. I won’t go anywhere else now. I have found my local dentist!

Fantastic experience: I took my son and daughter to see Dr Mark Williams recently. He would take the time and care to engage with the kids to make them feel less anxious about the check up. Throughout the examination, he would explain what he had found to me in details so I can get an understanding of my kids' oral health and what I can do to help them to look after their teeth. I have also booked myself in for a visit after that. Mark and his team are very professional not only do they look after their patients' oral health, and educate them, but making the experience a very relaxed and enjoyable one. At the end of the check up, my kids have requested that they would like to come back here to check their teeth. Thank you Mark and Cathy. I'd highly recommend this practice.

The practice is so welcoming with its modern, clean decor and most importantly super friendly staff. Mark Williams is an extremely professional, caring and gentle dentist. I have regular checkups and have also had some cosmetic dentistry, all which have been very successful and reasonably priced. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Fantastic experience: i have difficulty expressing my gratitude to mark williams and his lovely , attentive staff at newcastle city dental . i a rrived in the hunter region from sydney 3 years ago , and at the age of 67 , have suffered long term accute anxiety when i needed dental attention . i was fearful . well , my partner googled dentists in newcastle , and she came across mark williams . she went to mark for a check up and veneer repair , and returned thrilled with his professionalism and the attention to detail of the staff. i was next , and reluctantly went in for a tooth extraction , absolutely terrified mark was kind ,gentle and talked me through what he was doing as he peformed his magic …time was not an issue for him ; he just wanted to get the job done with the minimum discomfort to me . i cannot recommend this man enough and recommend him to people like me who need dental work but are blocked by fear as the news spread in our family , my grandson is now a patient . mark has young children of his own and relates to youngings easily luckily , mark is young man , so i now have found a dentist for life !!!

I am terrified of going to the dentist because of sensitivity but Mark always makes me feel calm and talks me through the whole process. Customer service and quality are amazing! Fantastic experience: Mark and the team here have always been absolutely lovely to deal with and very kind. I went in here to deal with some dental trauma and Mark did an amazing job of talking me through everything. He helped me to not feel distressed about the situation and did a great job making me feel comfortable, even whilst having to have a split tooth pulled out of my head. He'll always talk you through the process and explain things to you and is always happy to take questions. The rest of the staff are also incredibly helpful and supportive through the experience. Couldn't recommend this place more!

I've switched to them for my adult grinders... Scaling has been a nightmare for me through the years... but for the first time in my life...
