Fantastic experience: Dr Ted is such a great dentist. Highly recommend. He's caring, funny and knows what he's doing. Gives you all options available and gives genuine advice on whether certain work is urgent or is fine if left for awhile. This kind of honesty is refreshing in a world where everyone wants to make as much money as possible!

I was terrified of having further bad experiences but Dr Ted was patient and took every measure to make sure I was ok. CRD are the absolute best at what they do, I’ve spent a lot of time in dentist’s chairs over the years and never looked forward to it like I did getting to see Esther, Casi, Ted and the gang at CRD. Their help with all the red tape of using superannuation for dental work was amazing. so you’re looked after from first enquiry to final product and beyond. Negative experience: A complete liar, Dr Ted said I needed $15,000 dollars of dental work done when I challenged this he said I could get $7000 of work done fillings and two crowns, paid for by my super because I had no money I went to my local dentist and I didn’t need any work done my teeth were fine except for a missing molar. Do NOT TRUST him he exploits the poorest people when they don’t have the money. I warn you be VERY careful of DR TED

Negative experience: Initial visit at this clinic was fine and friendly enough but after this no care or thought to follow up after I signed up to $58k worth of implants. Both receptionist and clinic manager rude on the phone whenever I tried to get answers, manager even told me that she couldn’t call me later as she finishes at 3pm so bad luck. Would not recommend because of this lack of service as I felt they just palmed me off to another clinic. I have decided not to go ahead with any treatment from this clinic or any clinic they supposedly referred me to

I know that every time I’ll be taken a good care of and my last visit wasn’t an exception - my wisdom tooth removal went very smooth thanks to the excellent staff. Fantastic experience: Has to be the best experience I've ever had with a dentist! I've had some judgment in the past due to my unfortunate lack of self care but never once did I feel that here. We made a good clear plan of how we're going to get my teeth right and I came away so happy. I also had a clean (and my teeth have never had a clean and I'm 31) so there was A LOT to come off, so we expected that it may be painful... but it almost wasn't at all! Just a little pinch once or twice where there was a bad build up. Easily bearable and my teeth looked and felt so much better after! The nurse and dentist are both really lovely and professional. Really excited for my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Ted and his team went out of their way to fit me in for an emergency appointment on the eve of a long weekend. They were already halfway out the door when I called but didn't hesitate to accommodate me. Not only that, but they still took time to explain my treatment options, were up front about costs and generally made me feel welcome. I was in extreme pain on a public holiday and Dr Ted opened up the surgery for me (very rare for a surgery to open up so easily) and extracted my tooth for me.
