Fantastic experience: OMG! soo grateful to Emma for the great care that she had for my teeth , when so many other dentists today turned us away and had nothing for emergency care. Fantastic experience: I have a really bad phobia of going to the dentist but Dr Peter and Nurse Sam from Trinity dentist were absolutely wonderful and so understanding. They didn’t make me feel stupid for being scared which made me feel so much more at ease. I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Just had a great experience at Trinity Dental, from reception, dental nurse through to Pete (dentist) all very professional. I had major work completed on two teeth while the team worked round me in a friendly relaxing manner, no pain whatsoever. Pete rebuilding them to look like new , I even got to watch the cricket as he worked. Highly recommend Trinity dental to anyone looking for dental care within the Alkimos/Yanchep area.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Dr Alderman was fantastic. I was an absolute sook and she and her staff could not have been more patient and compassionate. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was worried to go to the dentist because I haven't seen one in like 8 years. Honestly, these people at Trinity Dental was great since the beggining - from the lovelly and happy receptionist to the professional dentist and assistant. They explained what was priority, and made the process easy and very affordable. I'll now keep doing my check ups with them and next year I'll bring the rest of the family as well! Great work guys!

However I recently visited Trinity Dental for a routine cleaning and check-up and had a truly excellent experience. ​From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptionally polite and efficient, making the process quick and easy. The entire practice is noticeably clean and well-kept, creating a comfortable and professional environment. ​My cleaning with Dr Peter and Sam was thorough yet gentle, and informative. Both took the time to ensure I understood everything about my oral health. ​I highly recommend Trinity Dental. The entire team—including the front desk, Sam, and Dr. Peter—provides top-notch care. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental office enough!! The atmosphere, friendliness, compassion, and professionalism is beyond comparison. I feel so lucky to have found Dr Kate, Nurse Lynn and the team. I'm someone who had a lot of dental work done in my life and in their hands everything was pain-free and I was completely comfortable. If you're looking for a team that really cares about your concerns then I wish I could give more than 5 stars in this review.

Fantastic experience: Have always been afraid of going to the dentist for many years following the old dentist system back in the day. After plucking up the courage due to tooth pain. The Dentist Kevin renewed my faith in the dental system. If your like me and refer to the dentist as the murder house (NZ) go see Dentist Kevin trust me it was painless and fast. Clear explanation and options given. Affordable too. Don't suffer anymore. Really don't know why it took me so.long. Booked my self immediately to have other teeth sorted. Murder house to FUN HOUSE. Negative experience: was told such inaccurate advice, went to a different dentist for a second opinion (and even a dentist surgeon) and i saved thousands of dollars thanks to both the dentist and dentist surgeon.. also was informed i infact was ripped off abit here.. do not recommend if you want to save your money.. the service by the receptionist was absolutely lovely though. i will definitely not be returning here..

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Trinity Dental today. I am happy to say that I finally, after trying two previous dental surgeries, found the one. Dr Amanda was the kindest, most passionate dentist I ever came across here in WA. I will even let her replace two of my fillings. Also, the assistant Lauren and the receptionist were so nice and friendly, I could not believe my luck. I actually walked out happy, and it wasn't the gas. This dentist is worth every cent I spent there. I will surely be back. Update: I have no words. I thought I had found the perfect dentist, but this one was even better. It was Emma, the boss lady. Firstly , she was very nice and chatty, which already distracted me. When the treatment started, I was constantly waiting for the "jump" to come. However, she was finished before I even could think of jumping. The few little twitches weren't worth a fuss at all. Now I really found my perfect dentist. I am actually looking forward to going back in 6 months' time to try out if it was just pure luck or whether it was real. Thanks Emma, you restored my faith in dentists again. See you in 6 month' time. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Trinity Dental. Compassionate and genuine care. I love it that much I travel all the way from Ellenbrook. From the wonderful ladies at reception to awesome Dr Emma Penny you feel welcome...when it says "no judgement " it's a true statement. If like me you have anxiety seeing a dentist please go here, you won't go wrong. Dr Penny also doesn't over charge she is honest in the work you NEED overstating work that isn't needed. Can't say enough how amazing it is.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Laura and all I can say is that she is phenomenal making sure you are comfortable during your time with her providing all information as well as very handy recommendations. I couldn't be happier as her patient highly recommend her. From the beautiful receptionist Jackie, to the dentists Dr. Emma and Dr. Ane-Marie, the service was second to none. All the ladies within their team are professional, compassionate, kind and extremely accomodating. Not only do they provide quality dentistry, they approached me and my personal circumstances with such an authentic, empathetic view. I can’t thank the team enough for helping me finally address my wisdom extraction and fixing my front tooth chip, completing it with such finesse. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The anxiety that I get from going to the dentist is excruciating. As soon as I sit in the chair I start shaking and panicking. But the ladies at Trinity village dental are absolutely amazing. They were so comforting and reassuring. My first appointment was with Dr Laura and she was so sweet and lovely. She made me feel welcomed and explained what was going on with my teeth and what the next step would be. I then went in for two teeth removals with Dr Emma and I was absolutely dreading it. I didn’t know how I was going to do it. Dr Emma and the assistant were so reassuring and even gave me a stress ball to help with distracting myself and it worked great! They explained the recovery and were so gentle with me. Thankyou so much. I’ve definitely found a dentist that I won’t dread going to anymore!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, professional service and everyone was very caring! My 9 year old has now had 2 baby canines removed with the gas and it was all covered by Medicare too- so relieved my kids are able to have dental work without the anxiety myself and my husband have. Amanda takes her time and provides an excellent level of reassurance and compassion, highly recommend.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. I understand I said I had somewhere to be by 9:15 but if I’ve booked an appointment for 8:30 and the dentist doesn’t even WALK THROUGH THE DOOR BY 8:40, I don’t understand how that’s my fault that she would be running behind. I had the single most heavy handed and quickest routine clean I’ve ever had. I walked out of there just after 9am and I’m writing this now at 2pm and my gums are still throbbing and aching. Yes I had another appointment and the dentist had another patient waiting but that’s not my fault if she walked in late in the first place. Surely I still deserve a decent, gentle clean like everyone else instead of having my gums feel like they’ve been torn apart by a dentist that made me feel like I was a nuisance to even have there. It’s nothing to do with the amount of build up because I’ve had plenty worse build up before but obviously I’ve just had more caring dentists. I’ve never had such a horrible clean, and I could’ve said something but at that point, I’d rather just push through the pain so I can get out of there as quick as I can. Receptionist and the dental assistant were lovely but I will 100% be sticking to DB dental. Also I didn’t realise you said my name wrong the first time until afterwards and then you said it wrong when I left and walked off before I could correct you, it’s Ali-SHA, NOT ALISA! Not that it matters because I won’t be back anyway.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a traumatic event related to dental surgery when I was 5 years of age, I have been absolutely terrified of dentists. I have not been to a dentist in 19 years. The lovely team at Trinity Dental Alkimoss reassuring and lovely nature put my mind at rest and were able to perform there outstanding work with the highest professionalism. The staff at this establishment really do care about their patients. I cannot thankyou enough for changing my health for the better and finally erasing my fear of the dental world. See you for my check up in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people who work very hard here. Felt very appreciated and cared for after having a horrible experience at HBF Dental. Cannot rate this place any higher, my teeth were in a bad way not going for two years and I was turned into a new person after the clean and thorough examination. Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this practice, paid all invoices promptly on day of treatment and 5 months later told we had to pay extra $393 due to their mistake, which was wrong in the end, only partially refunded after several phone calls.

Haven't seen a dentist since 2016 and was so scared and the staff, especially Dr Laura Galindo put me at ease, checked with me the whole time if I was uncomfortable or needed a break If you're scared I highly recommend seeing Dr Laura, because she's changed my opinion on dentists. Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist! Was there for about 30 minutes for an exam and clean and bill was $513 due to extra charges that I was not made aware of including an extra X-ray (not the standard ones I was expecting) costing $137. Definitely feel like I was taken advantage of as I have health insurance and am young. Save your money and go to another local dentist like Alkimos Beach.

Fantastic experience: Took my little boy here for a check up the staff was amazing my little boy was terrified as he had a bad experience somewhere else in the past. The lady on reception was so nice she really settled him and made sure he was ok. The dentist was so good too and really got on the same level as my little boy so he wasn’t scared. I needed a referral and that was sorted straight away all the staff took the time to speak with me an my son an made us feel welcome definitely recommend trinity dental.

Negative experience: I was there for not longer than 20 mins , the bill was $300 + for a clean and check not happy and will not be back.
