Negative experience: Already during my first treatment my healthy tooth was slightly grinded, I couldn't prove it as the doctor denied everything and said it had always been like that. Later, when I came for my teeth cleaning, another dentist had treated me and she had cut my front tooth quite deeply while cleaning. I had noticed that the space between my teeth got bigger, but I had left the discussion as the first time the doctor had been annoyed when I brought the whole thing up and had refused to acknowledge it as mistake. Months later, cavities formed in that space and I went to another dentist and had to spend even more money to get a filling for my front tooth. This is incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry for that bad review, but you really should treat your patients better. A mistake can happen to anyone, but damaging healthy teeth every time? Sorry, that can't be normal. P.S. Also, on my first visit I was given a quote for the treatment of my teeth, supposedly I needed 4 or even more repairs. When I went to the other dentist, he said that my teeth are fine and nothing needed to be done.

Fantastic experience: I just want to give a massive shout out to Your Smile Dental and their amazing hygienists Tiffany & Carmen ⚕️⚕️ I took my non-speaking ASD son there for a checkup, clean and filling and he did amazing but wouldn’t have been so successful if these ladies didn’t do a wonderful job at making him feel comfortable, speaking to him about all the tools and exactly what they would be doing. A lot of people in services assume that non-speaking means non-understanding but they treated him with respect and kindness and made sure they were listening to him. This was an awesome experience not only for him, but for a very protective mumma that appreciates great humans in the world. Thank you ladies

Fantastic experience: As a dental anxious person, Dr Robertson was very professional and friendly. He is such a good asset to Your Smile Dental. He explained everything clearly from the procedure, to costs, and future appointments. He gave me options and did not come off pushy. I had dental filling and root canal (will be going for 2nd and 3rd visits) and did it without any pain! I live 20 minutes away from Rosebery but would gladly travel for their service. I would gladly bring my kid in their service as well. Very well done!

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist for over 12 years. I am extremely anxious about going to the dentist due to a very bad experience many years ago. However due to an infection, swelling and pain I knew I had to go. What can I say? Dr M Benaga (and the whole team in fact) is absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise her enough. She was so professional, explained what treatment was needed and what we were going to do. Explained the costs involved (worth every cent and honestly surprisingly alot less than I had imagined). Of course I will have to go back for a fuller examination in a few weeks (as I said 12 years of not going to the dentist) but you know what? I will be nowhere near as anxious next time. Thank you to the whole team but especially to Dr Benaga who I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists at the desk and Dentist himself are really warm and accommodating through the whole appointment. For someone who’s had bad experiences in the past with dental clinics, this was such a better place. I’m not a well person and struggle with feeling Claustrophobic from being bedridden in the past. So when sitting in one place for too long it really sets off my anxiety. But the Dentist was really understanding and even checked in asking if I was good or needed a break. Fantastic experience: Our family of six has made YSD our first port of call for dentist and orthodontic care since soon after they opened. Their excellent standard of professionalism + care is unbeatable, every team member has a calm and caring manner and they are brilliant with kids! We know how much word of mouth means to small family business-owners, wouldn't go anywhere else - hands-down, 5 stars!
Negative experience: One of my teeth were chipped during the procedure, and they didn't even tell me. I asked them to fix it and compensate me for the inconvenience and damaged they caused, but they told me they would only work on the tooth that they damaged. All I wanted was a complimentary clean and scale, but evidently that's too much to ask for their malpractice. - In response to the reply: no, I don't care to make an appointment, I would rather pay a different dentist than entertain the idea of coming back.

Fantastic experience: Had my first checkup and clean today for the first time in about 3 years. All staff were super friendly and constantly making sure i was comfortable. Really impressed as well that i was given a print out of everything i need going forward with a list of item numbers for my health insurance, along with prices and things. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have taken my boys to this clinic for a couple of years now. We have never had a bad experience. We have seen a number of different staff and all have been friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms have always been clean and tidy. Highly recommend this Surgery
Negative experience: Taken to the cleaners. My wife and I went for a check up and all they wanted was to find ways to charge us. They took xrays and quoted $6500 to do future work, plus we needed 3 teeth cleans each. Our teeth were in bad need of fixing they reckon and yet Wife has never had a filling. Complete ripoff, especially when you tell them your from out of town. Over $800 we were charged and we had our teeth cleaned each. Took 30 min each.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Your Smile Dental when I moved to Herbert. I was in such bad pain when I turned up I wasn't sure they would even do anything as I wasn't a regular patient. Not only did they welcome me without question but sorted out my dental pain straight away. Following that I asked for a pallet tooth to be done replacing the one I had for 5 years and was terrible. They I'd this and for it right first time. I cannot speak more highly of the team at Your Smile Dental from the very first time I entered the practice. I honesty I have refrained from smiling for nearly 5 years and with their help I can smile with confidence.
