Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review, as a huge thank you to Dr. Nicole Wright. My partner brought me to this clinic as she's been a loyal patient here with Dr. Alice Yang. I had a terrible nerve pain and Dr. Nicole identify the issue, took great care of me and give me great treatment that remove the pain and care of my tooth. Today, Dr. Nicole completed my root canal treatment and also repaired my tooth with such amazing result, and what stands out is: Dr. Nicole did it with one thing in mind, that is for her patient to have the best result and not the quick fix that many dentist would've done. Result: Treatment was completed with great care, pain free and tooth looks incredible and natural. It's so wonderful to see your doctor genuinely care about you as a patient. Thank you so much Dr. Nicole , I emphatically highly recommend Middleborough Dental Care . So glad that my partner brought me here, great friendly place all around, starting from entering the door with Amy the receptionist .

I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday which went successfully. I have experienced no pain and swelling since. The whole team is truly GREAT!!!

Negative experience: The reception attitude was very unfriendly and bad. The nurse and the doctor kept chatting during the teeth cleaning, which caused my saliva to flow back into my throat and made me feel nauseated. This experience was very unfriendly and the price fluctuated hugely. I will not come back again.

Fantastic experience: Good reception, prompt revices, A competent friendly dentist.

Negative experience: They only have one dentist available at any given day and if the dentist is unwell, your appointment will be canceled regardless if it’s urgent, important or time critical. The business has no backup plan. During my recent visits, those cancellation/reschedule happened 2/4. The other aspects of the clinic are great, the dentists are professional and friendly, receptionist is proactive in communication. Hence, I would recommend the clinic if your schedule is flexible enough to adapt changes easily. Unfortunately this is not the case to me.

Fantastic experience: On time appointments. Quick diagnosis with appropriate photos and xrays. Good explanation with photos taken of your teeth in front of you. So far, procedure took as much or less than predicted time.

Positive experience: Just completed my most gentle yet thorough scale and polish today. Friendly staff. Dr Alice was very attentive and at no stage was trying to up sell me the rest of her wares like so many other clinics I've been to. Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Dentist was lovely :) I found out I had a bit of enamel wear on my back teeth from my check up, and she showed to me on a screen using a high tech camera - very impressed! Also gave me some pro-enamel toothpaste to reduce enamel wear. Loved the dentist chair which was very soft and comfy.
