Negative experience: Dentists there are perfect, but the admin staff can be careless. We rescheduled an appointment 2 months ago. We thought that would be secured. No, whoever picking up that call didn't book in for us. Lucky we called when we didn't get the confirmation txt. They tried offering other times but people don't sit there fitting in their time slots.... Now have to wait for another 3 weeks!

Negative experience: Due to a potentially urgent problem, I left msg with receptionist to have dentist call me back. This was April 23. I rang back many hours later only to be told that dentists are busy, and they will call me back. It is now May 1 & im still waiting.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic. Like many reviewers I have a bit of dental anxiety. I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and the staff were fantastic. They walked me through the whole process, were extremely reassuring and kind and everything went very well. Having been to a few clinics in the inner west I strongly recommend Seddon Dental. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: It's not often someone feels comfortable going to the dentist, but Ara makes the entire experience almost enjoyable! She puts me at ease and is very upfront with what I can expect with the work that I need. Also being able to share a laugh makes things all that bit more comfortable. Not only Ara, but the dental assistant and the receptionist are all so warm and welcoming. From the moment you enter, the fear *almost* all melts away. Thank you for your work. I'll be a permanent customer!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found this dental practice. Dr Filomena is excellent. Her work is outstanding and she's so gentle - never felt any pain and that was without getting a needle. She informs you what she's doing every step of the way which is great. Being on the Disability Pension I found their prices work well for me and I will be able to go back to 6 monthly check-ups. So highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Like many, I had a fear of going to the dentist. So much so there was a period where I had not visited a dentist for many years. Thankfully upon going to Seddon Dental to see Dr Aida, she took away all my fears by her kind and warming nature. She assured me and made me feel comfortable to the point the fear of going to the dentist had disappeared. More recently, I've been seeing Dr Ara who has an incredible reputation in tooth extraction. I was definitely anxious from the start, but I didn't feel any pain and the process was so effortless and efficient. I saved approx $2k by opting to remove my wisdom under the chair. Dr Ara called me the following day to check on me and for that small act of kindness, this is where I'll be going for my dental needs. I can't recommend this clinic anymore as the staff are kind, attentive and caring, as well the dentists here are next level amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I have spent a years trying to find a good and trustworthy dentist and have finally found it with Seddon Dental. Dr. Hemal Sanghvi is so friendly so nice you do forget that you are at dentists highly recommend her she is a true professional who takes the time to re-assure and educate you, while also doing an amazing job on your teeth. The reception team is also extremely warm and welcoming. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Negative experience: Their phone answering is appalling. When you leave multiple messages they never get back to you. Goodluck making an appointment, you would think they would have a permanent receptionist... Such a let down.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. They were polite and efficient, treated carefully my sensitive teeth, and my visit took exactly the amount of time they predicted. Also their fees are clearly stated on their website, so no surprises. I'm very pleased overall.

Negative experience: Had heard good things about this place, and booked in for a checkup. When I arrived I was told the previous appointment had run overlong, and I could wait or reschedule. which, doctor/dentist, I understand. Since it took 5 weeks to book in the first place, I decided to wait. However, After waiting over 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and there being no receptionist to provide a update, I had to give up. I hope their services are good, because their organisation and scheduling are appalling. If they knew the delay is that substantial, and decent practice would notify me in advance. AVOID

Fantastic experience: Warm, professional service and clean, bright clinic - Victoria St and Charles St both. I have always had a fear of the dentist, and get quite anxious before treatment but Dr Hemal and Dr Aida are truly excellent, and so gentle. They also encourage good preventative care by waiving the check-up fee if you go 6-monthly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes I think the easiest way to make someone wince with phantom pain is to mention that you have to go to the Dentist... Images of ancient Egyptian dental practices flash through their minds like war flashbacks... BUT... contrary to popular belief... going to the dentist is no longer scary or painful! I was one of those terrible patients that held off going to the dentist till I had a reason to.. pain.. which landed me with 5 new fillings. I felt zero pain. during and afterward. My dentist and her assistant were kind and gentle. Everything is clean and all the staff are cheery. Going to the dentist is no longer scary! who'd have thought!

They took my finances into consideration and we spaced out all my appointments to make it affordable for me. She also referred me to an excellent oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction. Came here for the first time a few months ago and i can highly recommend these guys. The Clinic - CLEAN, and lovely to be in, a perfect environment for a dental practice The Staff - Sharee and Tracey were just lovely to chat to, could of spent all day talking to them. Very friendly and professional. 5 stars! The Nurse: Veronica was lovely, she knew exactly how to support the dentist, offering suction and other things just where it was needed. The Dentist: Could not ask for a more professional, lovely and caring dentist in the world! She is a Genius and a magician with her hands. Soft, caring, she offers transparent and honest treatment - explaining everything as she goes along. I think she might be my dentist for a lifetime :) Highly recommend Dr Aida and the Seddon Dental Practice. You bloody Beauty. I look forward to going to the dentist! I used to find the entire experience very stressful, but I have been to the Seddon dental team twice in the last 6 months and now will not go anywhere else. No pain - I didn't think it was possible. And my dentist Dr Ada knows about my past experience, so works at my pace. I recommend them to everyone!!
