Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr Mahima for 13 years and each visit has always been extremely professional and pleasant. She has cared for me and my family for so long, treating us as equals and providing exceptional care every time we come in. Dr Mahana is patient, kind and caring in more ways than just being a dentist. She not only focuses on oral health, but also try’s to build connections with her patients, which seems rare these days. Her clinic is tidy, procedures hygienic and staff are wonderful and helpful.

Her gentle and caring nature has my children who are now young adults travelling over an hour to still go see her, she made them comfortable from day one and they trust no other dentist! Negative experience: This Dentist is a total scam. They charge extra fees. They claim unnecessary money from your health insurance And they scam you with endless calls. Mahi or whatever her name is total nonsense with her Recommendations. Do not trust this clinic. And they just called me to harass And threaten me. Stay away from this place…

Fantastic experience: I had a veneer replacement and teeth whitening done recently and Dr. Krongold was very professional and caring throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the outcome after a few visits, throughout the process Dr. Krongold gave me a lot of care and advice and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process and even made sure that the lab who was making up the veneer did the right thing by thoroughly explaining to them what I was after - and it all paid off in the end! I would highly recommend Dr. Krongold to anyone and definitely will return to her for her expertise in future!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend going here! Dr mahima isn’t professional at all. I went for a clean up and she did in such a hurry! Throughout the procedure, she kept saying negative things and adding in more procedures which wasn’t needed. It bumped up the original clean up cost significantly. I don’t even think the clean up is done properly. Didn’t even explain the procedure. You’re better off finding another dentist! Her attitude isn’t professional at all.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for years and always trusted the care provided. However, my recent experience with Dr. Mahima was extremely disappointing and will be my last visit. During my final root canal sitting, I was charged $725. When I questioned the charge, the receptionist had to ask Dr. Mahima multiple times but couldn’t provide a clear explanation. Eventually, Dr. Mahima said out loud that she wouldn’t charge me for anything wrong and I could claim it. This lack of clarity and professionalism was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, Dr. Mahima seemed rushed and distracted during the procedure, even discussing stock supplies instead of focusing on my care. This left me feeling undervalued and like my treatment wasn’t a priority. After this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback encourages Dr. Mahima and the clinic to improve their communication and patient care moving forward.

Negative experience: Did root canal at this clinic last year, unfortunately it was done badly still had infection, so had to go to do root canal again to specialist. All started with simple filling in tooth at start. Cost me now double! I wouldn't recommend to do any root canals at this clinic, would advise to see root canal specialist

Negative experience: I have no words for the treatment I received from DR. MAHIMA KRONGOLD. I actually really liked her when I first met her. How wrong I was. I am still suffering and paying fire the 2 failed root canals years later.She kept on saying she would refund and this was not forthcoming. This went to Aphra, I was not awarded compensation, but they have a warning against her name.

Also my husband hasn't been to a dentist for 7 years, he had a sore tooth, Dr. Mahima took good care of him and was compassionate and made him feel so comfortable, he was so happy, he said I will definitely come back for a check up every 6 months to see Dr Mahima.Thank you Dr Mahima for the great work, and your patience.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever seen! I get really bad jaw pain when I have to hold my mouth open, and the dentist was really kind and made sure I got lots of rest. First time I came away from an appointment without being sore!

Negative experience: I had a my jaw anesthezied for the dentalcare in the afternoon . nothing more was mentioned . At night, when it was not numb anymore, I saw that my lip was actually really damaged where the dentist worked. The morning after , I went to the office, and asked some help as this became awful, infected etc .. I have been told that they could do nothing, I actually chewed my lip .. ( yes , I did not know that you are not supposed to eat after that sort of procedure because I have not been told ..) . An apology and just some antibiotics cream would have been enough for me to forget this . No follow up .. really deceived .

Negative experience: I am using my daughters gmail acc to leave this review. My name is Tatiana. I had a terrible experience. Dr Mahima could not do a simple job to place a tooth in the right position. She did not listen, was in a hurry and placed the tooth without asking for my approval. She put it much higher than normal , twisted it to the left, and left it as it is. I asked the clinic and the doctor to fix it, to reposition it in the right place. They refused to do it. Or if I pay extra $300 they will do it. I already paid $300 the first time and she did a horrific cosmetic job. I would not use them ever again! Be careful, research your dentist before you do anything.

She was able to perform three fillings without an injection without pain. I could not believe her patience and understanding of my fear.
