Fantastic experience: In so pleased I tried this place. Previous dentists were friendly but my daughter ( 4) was too scared to open her mouth. This was an entirely different experience. Steph the owner was dressed up and made my daughter feel so special and confident. As a mum, it put me at ease to see my child getting good care and we discussed some better and less expensive options than I'd been quoted elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Steph is an absolutely incredible dentist and woman. She extracted my son’s tooth when he was only four years old, and thanks to her gentle, caring approach, he was never scared—he was actually excited to go back. Years later, he still adores her and looks forward to every visit. Steph has a natural way with children; she makes them feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find someone with such patience, kindness, and skill. We’re so grateful to have her as our dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly service. The dentist is great! Because I'm a nervous patient he was super kind and repeatedly made sure I was ok during the procedure. The phone call to remind me of my appointment handy, and they even phoned the next day to check how I was going.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been driving almost 25 km to this dental clinic every time for a few years now, and it’s always worth the trip. The place is clean, modern, and super kid-friendly — the themed children’s rooms and all the “tooth fairy / superhero / little astronaut” dress-ups the dentists do are such a cute bonus. But today I especially want to say thank you to Dr Tylen. He spent so much time talking to my daughter, using fun and simple examples to help her really understand her teeth and how to take care of them. He even showed her step by step how to clean and look after her teeth properly. I also really appreciate that he didn’t rush into unnecessary treatment. He took a gentle, conservative approach first, explained everything clearly, and told us what to monitor. And of course, the assistants and front desk ladies were as lovely as always. Highly recommend this clinic for kids!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic concept! Friendly and welcoming staff. Knowledgeable dentists and a large variety of services offered. We really enjoyed visiting the dentist here. The atmosphere that has been created is an experience in itself. It is not your traditional ‘clinical’ dentist environment. The place is full of personality and it makes it a relaxing and positive experience. A+++

Negative experience: Got my 3rd filling with the Tooth Fairy a couple of weeks ago and this is the second one that has fallen out. The whole appointment felt very rushed and the filling wasn’t filed smooth at all. I was still charged a substantial gap… I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Ormiston clinic. I have taken both my young sons here for 3 years now and they look forward to going to the dentist well before their next appointments are even due. The themed rooms lead to a truly magical experience for them, the certificates they receive and being rewarded for good effort to not have any holes! I can tell u that treasure chest of goodies for them must get a flogging. The last time we visited Dr Lauren let my eldest son be her assistant for my youngest son and at 4 years old he thought it was the best thing ever!! The reception staff always engage professionally from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Stumbling across this dentist has to be one of the best things for them. Fantastic experience: I had posted on a local community board asking for dental recommendations specifically for kids as we had not been able to get my 4 year old into the chair elsewhere. Tooth fairy & co was one of the most recommended even being over a 20 min drive from my area. After attending today, I can see why! Steph and Micah had my daughter in the chair and could do an examination within minutes. It’s one thing to know the importance of building a rapport with young kids but it’s another to actually be able to do it, especially when they are very shy. Have already booked our next appointment, cannot praise them enough. In addition to the lovely staff, the practice itself is beautiful.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling done by the lovely Dr Sharleen, she took her time to numb the area with some topical gel and gently numbed the area with a small needle. I didn’t feel it at all! Highly recommend tooth fairy and co Ormiston to everyone especially to those who may be anxious/nervous in the dental chair. Their patient-centred care is unmatched.

Fantastic experience: My son has always had dental check ups at the daycare room and it came time to take him to an actual dentist now. I took him to see Dr Anthony at Tooth Fairy & Co Ormiston, he was so impressed by everything. The lovely, kind reception when you first walk in, the comforting chat with Dr Anthony prior to the check up made my son so comfortable and no where near nervous. My son is 6 and was his first time to an actual dentist clinic. He laughed and giggled the whole time through his clean and was even given a toy at the end. Hubby "was" dental phobic and would avoid going to the dentist if he could, but Dr Aiden made him feel comfortable and explained what treatment he needed and offered the option of Happy Gas.

The themed rooms would make any child want to go to the dentist just so they could meet the fairy’s. If your children are frightened of the dentist I cannot recommend this team more highly.

To my surprise, I was scheduled in the new Space Room. All I can say is that this room was truly out of this world, an exciting experience that left kids walking out with immense joy on their faces. You can genuinely tell that Steph loves her job and her patients. She cares for each individual with heartfelt dedication and compassion.

Negative experience: Horrid service. Expensive and charge you when you don't want to waste your money on another appointment even if you don't book another and they see it fit to book you in without your knowledge. Dentists are mediocre at best and its not worth the time. Even if the appointment was free, it wouldn't out weigh the cost of the fuel to get there. Please don't come here

Fantastic experience: My son had to have a tooth removed, he saw Dr Tiffany and I have to say she was amazing with him. Gave my son happy gas for any pain and spoke to him clearly and reassuring him all the time. Even after the tooth was removed my son acted just like normal, had no pain at all. The reception staff were very well Organised and friendly also. Great job all around. would 100% recommend the Tooth fairy dental clinic. Thank you all for your great work :)

Fantastic experience: I nearly spent $7k with another dentist for crowns and a general anaesthetic for my 6 year old daughter. Decided to try happy gas and we went with fillings as recommended by the Tooth Fairy and my daughter had a wonderful experience with Dr Tiffany. $6k lighter and my daughter was reassured and was able to go through with it without being put under. Fantastic experience: If it wasn’t for the fairies our 3 year old daughter wouldn’t have overcome her medical trauma! She now happily runs into the ormiston fairies, sits in the chair and has her teeth cleaned. It all started with not even being able to enter the door! Thank you fairies! No pain for the work that I needed, talked me through everything and I'm actually looking forward to seeing her again!! Fantastic experience: Being a 29 year old male I tend to neglect my teeth and not visit the dentist until something bad happens and that’s what exactly happened to me this morning I was eating breakfast no different to other morning but this time my tooth cracked I got recommended the tooth fairy and co from a friend so I called them up worried nervous about my tooth and they managed to fit me in Shout out to Cherise the amazing dentist and their other staff working there Steph, Erin Monique who were able to help calm my nerves down and offer very professional and welcoming service. The staff were all friendly and understanding and explained what was happening to my son so he can understand better. So amazing and caring. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aiden did an incredible job of removing my last 2 wisdom teeth last month. I was very worried about getting them removed, as I had a terrible experience many years ago at another dentist, who had difficulty removing one, and I had a very prolonged healing time due to the damage that was done to my gums during removal, because of the shape of my roots. The dental nurse and Dr Aiden made me totally relaxed and calm before and during the procedure, and the results are perfect. Healing time was very fast. I cannot recommend Tooth Fairy Dentists highly enough, they are amazing in every way.

Fantastic experience: Great service from the all the staff at Tooth Fairy. Lauren is a fabulous dentist. She is very gentle and keeps you informed on what she is doing the whole way through. Lauren is my primary dentist but I have had to see other dentists on occasion due to breaking a tooth and needing emergency temporary fillings. All the dentists I have consulted there have been amazing. I cannot recommend The Tooth Fairy Ormiston highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here today and was super impressed. The facility itself is immaculate and the reception staff are great. I had Dr Lauren and she was amazing! I had a tricky procedure and she explained it all really well. Her technique was flawless and I basically felt zero discomfort at any stage, even from the needle and drill. She provided a running commentary the whole time so I knew exactly what was happening, why it was happening and what would happen next - she was very engaging and I felt totally at ease. Fantastic experience: The best visit to a dentist in my entire 56 years! I chipped a tooth, and rang here because my daughter, and husband both recommended it highly. I was given a same day appointment, and cannot speak more highly of the staff. The ladies at reception are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. A big thanks to Donna for her app expertise! My dentist was Danni, and she is wonderful. I felt no pain, and her handiwork looks fabulous. If you are really lucky, she may even sing along to the music for you while she works. She has a lovely voice too...in key! Thank you all. I am coming back for my clean next week. Excellent service and work.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful and calming experience! My daughter has severe anxiety and autism and struggles with dental appointments. We had the fairy room which had dimmed lights (perfect as bright lights can overwhelm my daughter). My daughter loved the dentist, Steph, who was patient, caring and accommodating to my daughters needs. I can’t wait to bring her back for her next appointment. An extra bonus is the fairy toothpaste and the access reach flosser (which my daughter is comfortable with using).

Fantastic experience: I have seen Lauren twice and she's the sweetest, gentlest dentist I have ever seen. Couldn't recommend her more highly. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Tooth Fairy Steph. We had an appointment for my eldest son on Saturday and decided to bring along his little brother (2 years old) so that he could have look and see what happens at the dentist, with the idea that he would be comfortable and happy when he came for the first time. After my eldest sons checkup and clean, Steph invited my 2 year old to sit on the chair and have a ride and he happily obliged making it a fun exciting experience for him, he happily opened his mouth for Steph and sat so nicely while she chatted with him. Fantastic experience: Dr Lauren has been my dentist for several years and I am so relieved I was able to track her down to The Tooth Fairy at Ormiston, she is highly skilled and professional as well as friendly with an immediate calming effect on patients, the staff at the Ormiston practice where amazing and I was lucky enough to have a lovey fairy dental nurse, what a treat for the younger patients.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful with a shy 4 year old, very welcoming and friendly. Explained what was happening and chatted away to her. She didn't say much but I could see she felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: We have been visiting the “Tooth Fairy” for my kids dental health since my now ten year old was 3. Their new practise at Ormiston is beautiful with large child friendly rooms and things to keep them distracted (hello Frozen playing on the ceiling). Would highly recommend!
