Fantastic experience: Really nice and friendly place. Appointments are pretty well on time which i appreciate. Parking is a bit of a nightmare (all the professional suits along thatvsextion are) allow 10 minutes if you need to park remote from the surgery and watch out for the limited 1 hour spots

Negative experience: I had bad experience I went here just for do scaling and clean my teeth the doctor was tell me how much gonna cost me it was almost $2,000 so l was shocking and refused for the treatment.. seriously!how could I afford it? but unfortunately I had to paid $240 for the x-ray and dental examination l feel like paid for nothing I'm very disappointed and feel so bad

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation with a tooth and I was given an appointment within 24 hours. Dr Adrian was fantastic as were the reception staff who organised the appointment. Things didn’t go well and I had to go back - they got me in within 15 minutes and further repairs were done. I can thoroughly recommend this surgery for their professionalism, customer service and excellent dental work. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Danish after I had lost a filling in a back tooth and I needed an extraction as the tooth had cracked. He was able to remove it comfortably and quickly and I had minimal pain and bruising afterwards. Fantastic experience: I visited Mt Eliza Dental Care for two deep fillings and couldn’t be happier with the care, I received from Dr Danish . He completed both fillings in one visit, He was calm, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Danish has been amazing with my mum. he did her extractions pain-free. He has excellent patient management skills. My mother was really scared to get her treatment done, but they way Dr. Hasssan approached and performed her extractions was excellent. He has a very gentle and caring attitude towards elderly. I must say 5 star reviews for him. Dr. Danish has great work ethics. Although I was not in town during her second and third appointments, still I was kept updated about her treatment planning and everything related to my mum's treatment. I must say he has outstanding work ethics. I wanted best for my mother, and one of the dentists in NSW recommended him to us as my parents live in Victoria. Although, we had to travel like 1.5 hours, but when we met Dr. Danish Hassan, I was like, that's it. The way he approached my mother's complex dental issues, I decided we are not going anywhere at all. Now, although the clinic is 1.5 hours drive away, still my parents still travel just to get treatment from Dr Danish Hassan because he has built that trust and relationship as well as his excellent patient management skills. Additionally, the front desk staff all and DA - all three girls were amazing and very proactive. Moreover, there is a beautiful and advanced clinic setup as well. Very positive experience with Dr Hassan and his lovely staff....☺️ Highly Recommended .

Negative experience: Have absolutely loved coming here for years and the dentist's have been fabulous. One receptionist has brought down this rating as she was quite rude when I was asking if they were on time today as I had to get to the airport by a certain time. I wasn't impressed with her tone and was only asking a question. This has ruined my experience here.

Negative experience: Worst clean I have ever had! Have the hygienists at Dental Care Mt Eliza been properly trained? My experience says no. Approximately 80% of the work completed I could have done at home myself and the rest was of very poor quality. There was still plaque remaining on most of my teeth! This was not the standard anyone would expect from a professional hygienist. To add insult to injury, the clinic did not respond to my letter of complaint. I do not recommend Dental Care Mt Eliza.

Fantastic experience: I have never come across a dentistry that is quite like this! I moved over from NSW to mordialloc this year. I had a lot of issue regarding my oral health, which meant that I needed a lot of dental work. I went dentist shopping, where most dentists turned me away. I was directed to Dental Care Mt Eliza, and Dr Robertson welcomed me with open arms, fixing everything and anything. I have never has such a pleasurable experience in a dental chair! Thank you so much DR Robertson for giving me confidence in my smile again! You are literally one of the most genuine and brilliant practitioners I have ever come across!

Like many people visiting the dentist is something I have had anxiety about in the past but Kate really made me feel comfortable, talking me through the process and distracting me when needed! Fantastic experience: Have been seeing the team at dental care Mt Eliza since I was in high school, they are always super professional and super friendly. I had to get braces twice 1) @15 due to teeth issues 2) @21 due to jaw issues and both times they were very compassionate towards me, with many of the dental techs going through the same process I was. Will happily be returning for any future dental needs

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Robertson when I moved to Mt Eliza 2 years ago. Since then Scott has taken care of my oral hygiene and also done a tooth implant that I am thrilled with. Scott now also takes care of my daughter and two grandchildren. Scot is a caring and compassionate person and an extremely skilled dentist who has surrounded himself with a great team.

Negative experience: Gum chewing receptionist does not give a good look at any reception even less at a medical practice!
Negative experience: Dismal!!! Move on safe yourself the time. Sooooooo many great dentists within a 3 km radius of this one. Drop a pin... it can't get worse.

Negative experience: I am not sure how they got 5 stars? I wouldn't even consider 2 stars. I had to go back 4 times to adjust the implant and I am now looking for someone else to correct the damage caused. Firstly the implant did not even touch the tooth above it now it's far too high and had an effect on the rest of my tooth. Good luck if you choose Dental Care Mt Eliza, you will need lots of luck and heaps of money to correct the damage.
