Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Fayyad. Dr Fayyad was incredibly professional and a true gentleman. He communicated everything in a concise and clear manner. I was anticipating some swelling and pain, but the procedure went incredibly smoothly. The pain was minimal and easily manageable, and I didn’t have any swelling. I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. I also had a follow up question which was promptly answered! Extremely happy with the outcome, thank you to Dr. Fayyad and the team!

Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe how amazing a dentist Dr Fayyad El Wazni is. Not only does he have great dentristy skills but more importantly for me, it is his patience, understanding and empathy, the likes of which I have never seen in a healthcare professional. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and did have one of my "episodes" part way through the appointment. He came up with an amazing solution which helped me through the treatment and he was so great at checking in with me while he continued. Dr El Wazni is an absolute gem. Patient for life here. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my 95-year-old Mum, who has always been terrified of going to the dentist. However, her fear has lessened significantly since meeting Dr. Fay at Glad Smiles Dental. Dr. Fay's professional yet warm and friendly manner immediately put my Mum at ease. He created a comprehensive plan to address her dental issues, explaining each step in detail. Over time, he executed this plan with great competence and attention to detail and Mum is not only satisfied with her dental work but has also become a fan of Dr. Fay! Fantastic experience: Our first experience at Glad smiles was a very pleasant and positive one. My two children were in for their first ever dental checkup and my daughter also needed a teeth extraction. I was gobsmacked at how fast and well Dr. Fay handled it. He is so good with the children making sure they are well eased in and comforted all the way through. Very child friendly. Also when you walk in there is an array of colourful children's colourings all hung on the wall which is inviting for the children. Nice clean kept aswell. Highly recommend. Negative experience: Had a filling done at this clinic which fell out twice, the dentist did replace it free of charge but today it broke off for the third time and personally I’d rather have a filling done once rather than making multiple appointments. Other than that, good patient care.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing tremendous pain one morning from my lower jaw I called up Glad smiles Dental as my local dentist and explained over the phone my concern. Dr Fay was quick to find me a booking the next day at 12:00pm. Few hours later I received a call and he mentioned he had a spot to squeeze me in on the same day concerned about my pain. When I visited I was welcomed with compassion and care and my wisdom teeth were removed swiftly and comfortably! Wow . Dr Fay really was ontop of his game. Definitely my go to Dentist from now on. Fantastic experience: My kids and I have been to Glad Smiles and Dr fayad has made my kids and I feel very welcome. As it was my sons first time at the dentist, he eased his worries by talking and joking with him. He explained to my son what he was going to be doing before doing it so he wouldnt be surprised. Dr fayad also knows how worried I have been because of my severe grinding issue. After finding out it would take 3 weeks for my mouth guard to come if ordered, dr fayad took the initiative to do my mouth guard himself and called the next day letting me know it was ready. Definitely appreciate the thought and the speedy order of my mouth guard as he took time from his busy schedule and did it after hours.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to Glad Smiles for the first time to get our teeth cleaned and we were very impressed with the professionalism and the affordability. Upon entry, we noticed that the clinic was very clean and even had a kid’s colouring corner! Dr. Fayad’s friendly and calm nature was also really reassuring. I rang them on Friday afternoon as I had a cracked tooth which I was very concerned about, Dr Fay made time for me at 6pm that night and put a temporary filling in and arranged me to return on Saturday morning to organise my crown and to put a temporary crown on . Fantastic experience: I walked in with a severe toothache after being recommended by a friend. Not knowing what it was, and very concerned, the wonderful staff at Glad Dental put me at ease. Dr Fayyad was calm, communicates my issue thoroughly and spared nothing. I walked out with a swollen mouth but my tooth was fixed and to this day no problems.
