Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that had cracked and after getting an appt with Dr Jeremy. I felt so at home and welcomed by Dr Jeremy and the team, he was so good at explaining in detail what was happening with the tooth, explained options thoroughly and had such a great manner, I was reassured. Needless to say I got the tooth extracted and during that whole process, he checked in with me every step of the way - I didnt feel scared or overwhelmed. The process was so smooth and efficient, when he said it was out I was so surprised how quick and painless it was. 100/10. My new dentists now.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concern following a recent phone call I received from your practice. The call was in relation to the fact that I had not attended the clinic in several years, and while I understand and appreciate reminders about regular dental check-ups, the nature of this call left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. The tone of the conversation was very pushy, and I felt a strong sense of pressure to make an appointment immediately. Despite my efforts to explain my reasons for not booking at this time, the caller continued to insist, even going so far as to suggest booking an appointment “just in case for health reasons,” rather than respecting my decision. It was only after I explicitly stated that I felt pressured and bullied that the caller stopped, at which point I chose to end the conversation. I want to make it clear that I did not appreciate the approach taken during this call. A gentle reminder is one thing, but this felt intrusive and inappropriate. Everyone has different relationships with dental care—some of us feel anxious or hesitant for various personal reasons—and I believe it is important that your staff respect patient autonomy and boundaries during such interactions. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is intended—as an opportunity to reflect on communication practices and ensure that future calls are handled with more empathy and respect

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at HD Dental today! The service was incredible and the staff were so friendly. As someone with sensitive teeth, I usually dread dental visits. Even with the gentlest settings at my old dentist, my teeth would still feel the zing. Today at HD Dental, dr Daniel managed to get my teeth squeaky clean with zero pain or sensitivity. Fantastic experience: The staff here were so kind, professional and helpful! During cyclone Alfred they were the only available dentist open around my area and had taken an emergency appointment for me as I was in severe pain. They diagnosed my issue, and gave me options to help treat the pain until I could see my regular dentist again. Fantastic experience: I recently went for a dental check up, clean and teeth whitening with Dr Daniel. Parking around the back of the clinic was easy to find with clear signs of where to park. From the moment I walked into the clinic, staff were friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait long for the team to be ready for my appointment. Dr Daniel was friendly and I liked that he explained every step of the process with me (e.g. what happens during the check up and clean, overall health of my teeth and gums and the Zoom technology used for teeth whitening). After my appointment, the team provided me with a small goodies bag. The post-op Zoom whitening email was also very informative. It was an overall great experience at HD Dental Studio!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! I needed a temporary crown removed and the permanent crown added. Daniel carefully explained that the process would only require one visit instead of two and showed me the hi-tech machinery he uses to create and harden the new crown. The process and Daniel’s attention to patient needs and to detail was exemplary. I was able to watch the crown making process and was in and out in 2hrs 15mins. Brilliant!
