Negative experience: Dentist Catherine is good — she performed both of my wisdom tooth extractions well and I couldn’t have asked for better care and attention from her. She’s the only reason I didn’t completely dread this experience. The rest of the clinic, however, was a nightmare. The receptionists and manager were rude, incompetent, and unprofessional at every turn: • I was booked for 45 minutes, then told the dentist needed an hour, and threatened with being sent to a completely unnecessary faraway location. • Three days before my appointment, I was suddenly told I needed X-rays. The manager failed to send the email, forcing me to chase them three times. This is basic competence, not something optional. • After my surgery, I was in severe pain and called for help. The manager refused to have the dentist call me, despite me explaining my situation — only after getting my mum involved did I get the care I needed. • On top of that, a receptionist had the audacity to hang up on me mid-sentence while I was calmly explaining my frustration. Absolutely shocking behaviour. On top of that the dentist that I went to that wasn’t Catherine when I was in pain didn’t treat my dry socket and I was in excruciating pain. I had to go back to my regular dentists that I trusted for proper after care. In short: the dentist (Catherine) is excellent, the rest of the staff are a not.

Fantastic experience: I have my check ups done at that clinic and normally it's just a clean. With previous dentists I have found that they will inevitably stray onto your gums and result in some pain. However Catherine is exceptional at this task and I find it a totally pain free experience. She also has a very soothing manner that takes a lot of anxiety out of the visit.

Fantastic experience: The heidelberg Bluespa feels like a family run dentist. Everyone is so friendly and understanding. Dr Catherine has been my dentist for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. She’s so proactive. Always gives me tips on how to maintain my dental hygiene in my day to day. Her focus is on prevention so we can avoid fillings. I receive timely reminders from Bluespa about my appointments and they help me stay on top of my 6 monthly cleanings.

VIP treatment and a big comfy chair to relax in! All my life I've endured worry - too many extremely painful, frightening, unnecessary, expensive dental horror stories. Going to see a dentist always filled me in advance with anxiety, fear, dread, panic, nausea, worry. One of my worst fears in life. Until I found BlueSpa a few years ago, I've never looked back or would never go anywhere else. I always feel confident, at ease, relaxed, have clear honest communication and personal, genuine care, the latest advice. My dentist Catherine is my family's dentist, to me, a wonderful soul, dear friend. (She may get so booked out now I may never see her again?!) I have chronic illness and she is always so very gentle, compassionate, supportive, never judgemental or unkind. I always enjoy my visits and come out with a smile, feel great, at ease. I used to have a closed mouth smile as I felt embarrassed to show my teeth. But now, I am confident to openly smile, show my teeth, feel great. Life changeing. This is a major plus in my life and I'm never going anywhere else. P.S. This is real, I am human, not a robot! At BlueSpa I always feel so safe, heard, clearly informed, respected and never scared. Negative experience: I made a booking, organized my day by taking time off work and having an early lunch so I could be on time at Heidelberg BlueSpa Dental. I waited for over 10 minutes, even though I was the only one in the office, and the dentist wasn't seeing anyone else. I could hear people laughing from the staff room. In the end, I had to leave because it would have been too late for me to get back to work.

Fantastic experience: I was able to an appointment the next day after ringing. The pain wasn't a cracked filling. The teeth were cleaned and it was just an exposed part of the tooth normally covered by the gum. Everything was rectified in under an hour Fantastic and friendly service, as usual

I have had three implants ongoing and no need to be worried as they look after my treatment and watch it closely . All my questions and concerns have been answered clearly and honestly , I have been lucky that one of my friend referred me to them and now have a trustable dentist and team to do treatments. I tried four different teams and dentists before commence the treatment which non of them satisfied me and met my needs also didn't provide me with a clear information or view of the treatment . Highly recommend to see them before any treatment then make your choice .

Negative experience: I was Patient. Of this Dental She don't know nothing.She just charged the people And kill the moneys, and that's it. She have 0 knowledge. She damaged my tooth. She couldn't fix it again. She couldn't and I'm not happy about this. And charge me thousand dollars. Shame on you doctor you're damaged my teeth

Negative experience: I attended some years ago. I got a missing tooth replaced and other work. All up it was 6000$ which was part of a dental treatment plan. I was very excited to be getting my teeth fixed. However the root canal fell off about a year later and I haven't been able to afford to go back to fix it so it remains a missing tooth again.

Positive experience: Reasonably good service, but with dentists only available 1 or 2 days a week, when they decide to move your appointments for their own convenience, you then have to wait an extra week or 2. Very frustrating and considering cost of orthodontics, not ideal.
