Fantastic experience: The Team at House of Smiles are so so Friendly and welcoming, came in with a chipped tooth, was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Jenny) who couldn’t be more helpful. They fitted me in on the day and I was treated by Dr Prashansy (Hope the spelling is correct) I have a genuine fear of the dentist but she made me feel very calm and relaxed and explained everything she was doing as she went along always checking on how I was doing. I now have a dental plan and didn’t hesitate when this was offered. Couldn’t rate the whole experience higher. Thank you all for the care you gave me.

All appointments were kept and on time with friendly phone reminders..I never felt pressured to commit to costly treatments. I had some tricky fillings in hard to get at places and a deep root canal ..every step of the way was explained to me in a gentle caring manner. Fantastic experience: I took my VERY scared 13yo daughter to Dr Kritika to extract 5 teeth. Dr Kritika was exceptionally kind, patient and reassuring through the whole appointment. All teeth successfully extracted and a very happy daughter even hugged Dr Kritika afterwards. She is an amazing dentist. Highly recommend.

My dentist Jodi put me at ease with her warm personality and communication regarding future dental procedures. This visit was a general checkup but now looking forward to future treatments that have been booked. This practice is a game changer for all the right reasons.

Fantastic experience: My wife had 3 visits to the surgery and on each occasion she found all of the staff to be super friendly and helpful explaining what was happening and reassuring her all the way. The surgery was ultra modern with good facilities. The surgery is located in a great location in the shopping centre area with plenty of parking. In all a great experience by equally great people. The dentist and her nurse treated me with respect. I was well informed prior and during my proceedure. Even the follow-up after my treatment to ensure I was doing well post my initial appointment. 10 out of 5 stars to you all, I will definitely attend again. Highly recommended .

Suppled a suggested list and quote for future dental procedures and happy to discuss the options. After a seven year absence of dental care it was a welcoming and pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new surgery but most important state of the art equipment. Had best scale and clean ever using water technology. I would request injections normally because it hurts so much. Not this time and my teeth were actually noticeable cleaner and brighter

Fantastic experience: I thought Bill(the dentist) was very good and polite along with his staff. Have to return next Tuesday to have the tooth extracted. New to Echuca and premises very good. I like the TV on the ceiling so can look at it whilst the dentist does his work. I guess would be good for kids.Have since had the extraction done without problems.
