Negative experience: I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent appointment. I believe there is room for improvement in the customer service at the reception, as the experience was not very welcoming. I would also like to mention that I was not satisfied with the dental cleaning. The procedure lasted only about ten minutes and did not seem to be done thoroughly. My teeth did not feel properly cleaned, and I have never had a dental cleaning done so quickly at any other clinic I have visited. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I just want to HIGHLY recommend Dr Lakhani for his patience and thoughtfulness throughout my procedure. I have a serious fear of dentist and I was shaking and crying throughout the procedure. He was so compassionate and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. He was extremely gentle during the procedure and had a kind comforting personality. I cannot thank him and recommend him highly enough especially to those who have an anxiety in a dental environment.

Negative experience: The receptionist at this facility are atrocious. Their attitudes and mannerisms. I’ve been here so many times because I absolutely love my dentist- dr pullket , and all the other dentists and dental assistants are so wonderful and friendly. But every time I’ve come in, their receptionist are so rude, and they act like everyone is a burden to them, they treat all their patients so awfully (witnessing their interactions and mannerism when answering the phones) I’ve seen the reviews and all the one star reviews are about the receptionists. They need to do something about the costumer service the receptionist provide because all my life of dentist shopping I’ve found a dental clinic with some amazing dentists and dental assistance it’s a shame their receptionists aren’t so welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited DR RASHMITA KAUR and I had such an amazing experience. I’m new to your clinic after a not so great experience elsewhere and I’m so glad I’ve found my new dentist. Rashmita made my visit so comfortable and pain free. She was so gentle and informative and I can say I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: Terrible service. When I phoned on Monday 25th August regarding my child’s upcoming appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. At the actual appointment, the experience was rushed, rough and the staff came across as rude again. Very disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Rachel is absolutely wonderful! She helped me with all my dental needs and even communicated directly with my orthodontist team so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She always focused on what was best for the long-term health of my teeth, while also helping me find a way to have the smile I wanted for my wedding—without spending a fortune or compromising my dental health. She and her team made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, and I’m recommending her to all my friends. ✨✨✨

I’ve definitely found someone I can trust on the Gold Coast. The front desk staff were nice and efficient. I was able to book a same-day appointment with no hassle. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mila was fantastic with my 5 year old son. He has always been difficult and doctor and dental appointments and Mila was so understanding and patient. She worked with my son to get him comfortable in the chair and able to get his teeth checked out. We couldn’t convince him to get a clean this time but I’m confident with Mila help we will crack him eventually

Fantastic experience: I started going to Maven Dental to help with a few root canals, getting fantastic work from the specialists and the team there. I’ve now since gone back for check ups, cleans and crowns. The ladies out the front and dental assistants are always nice and pleasant. I’ve had Dr David Nestor regularly, he is professional and he has always done an amazing job. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is absolutely amazing. One of my front teeth has been dead for years and really brought my confidence levels down, the worse it's appearance got. Rachel was able to provide me with a solution that covered the appearance of the tooth and, 3 months on, I'm still in awe of her work. The colour matching skills, and how at ease she made me feel throughout the process was amazing. I'd highly recommend her. Thanks to her handiwork I have my confidence to smile again back Thank you Rachel!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists! I had a tooth infection over the weekend and was able to get a root canal done right away. The dentist was extremely informative, there was no pain and my symptoms cleared up immediately after. I highly recommend coming here if you need a good dentist

Negative experience: I made an appointment online but when the day I came，the reception told me the appointment was failed due to technical issues. Totally a waste of time！

Fantastic experience: Definitely wasn't looking foward to my dentist appointment , as i have quite a lot of issues with my teeth and was really nervous about the outcome and whether or not they could be saved. Anuja was great , friendly with a calming nature, which helped me relax and feel a bit more comfortable. She was quick to determine what could be done and set out a plan,which she explained to me ,to remedy these problems. The dental assistants and reception staff were also so helpful and friendly, just felt like a really positive environment.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a clean with Sarah the hygienist and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive experiences I've had at the dentist! She was so thorough and took the time to talk me through all the treatment I was provided with.

Negative experience: This organization should be ashamed. I booked an appointment with a dentist and on arriving for said appointment there was only a hygienist who proceeded to charge me for two xrays (only one taken) A head and neck check (who asked for it) and funds do not pay for it and was charged as well for a Hygiene Instruction!! What the hell is that. Only discovered all this going through my claims with my health fund and they said I would have to make another appointment and come back for a dentist. Hygienist milks you dry and you do not see a dentist which is what you booked for. Would never recommend.

Negative experience: I called and booked an emergency appointment on Friday, for Wednesday 6p.m the next week. Two days ago I received a confirmation text for the appointment and I replied with yes. Today I arrived to my appointment the clinic is closed, and no one is answering my calls, even the call center. Not sure how you run a business without a proper management. I been in pain with mouth infection for the past week waiting for this appointment! Won’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great, professional staff! I have multiple medical issues and a certified assistance dog that comes with me to some of the appointments, and I couldn't be happier with this dental practice. They have never made any access issues regarding my assistance dog and were ready to make any accommodations to ensure we feel comfortable. When my dog was working, she was never distracted by staff which showed a high level of professionalism and awarness of working dogs' etique that other places I visit often lack. Appointments were always on time and in a very nice atmosphere. English is my second language but I was always clearly explained anything that was being done and the costs associated with it with no issues. I highly recommend this practice.

My daughter is only young (3 years) and already enjoys her visits to the Dentist thanks to the caring team who take the time to make it a pleasant and fun experience for her. Beautiful practice and very professional team who really take the time to care for their patients.

Negative experience: Excellent clinicians but bad management of the practice. The front desk receptionists are incompetent and constantly put up barriers even as simple as trying to book appointments. No wonder they are loosing business!!

Negative experience: Honestly shocked and disappointed with how they handled everything, I spent over $5000 getting braces and then when I got them off they put a wire on the back of your teeth and told me when it falls off later down the track it's basically time your teeth won't move, but guess what they have started to move already and when I went in to talk to them about it the dentist came out of one of his appointments and just said yeah we don't say that anymore if you want it fixed that's going to be $2000 and charged me for a consultation fee.

Fantastic experience: I don’t understand how there can be negative comments about this dentistry. I called at 805 am to try get an appointment for my broken tooth.... the lovely lady at the front desk answered and immediately took my situation Into consideration and found me an appointment straight away. When I arrived i was kindly greeted and shown to the waiting area and with no delays I was met by the dentist and shown to the room. The amazing dentist was extremely informative and explained the whole procedure ensuring I was comfortable. After the procedure she sat down with me and took the time to show me some other issues I have and came up with a dental plan that was both easy and affordable. I am extremely happy with the service and will be happy to return in the in the future.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with Dr Jeff Lamb with Kylie assisting him. It was my first ever filling so was slightly anxious. I was really impressed with the level of service and care. Jeff removed all of my anxiety and I felt relaxed and at ease, he explained what was happening each step of the way and also showed me on the X-rays where the problem was. Absolutely no pain and I look forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Trying to get my daughter who has Autism to the dentist was an absolute nightmare ! She is extremely sensitive to pain,smells and sensations . Thanks to Dr Jeff lamb and the lovely staff at Mavern dental this is no longer an issue in fact she wants to go back to the dentist ! He is very patient and gentle with children and explains everything before he does it in an easy to understand language . No tears,no running away just some Laughs and a beautiful set of freshly cleaned teeth . I would recommend him to anyone who has fears or phobias of dentist or dental work .

Fantastic experience: I am currently going through my braces treatment with Maven Dental, Jeff Lamb is my dentist and i couldn't be happier with his work. I very rarely write reviews but i have made sure to give them one because of the service they provide. Without a doubt every time i have gone in for an appointment i have been left feeling more and more happy with the service i receive. Would recommend and have been recommending to everyone on the Gold Coast.

Negative experience: 4 full days after a failed tooth extraction and my entire jaw, all my teeth, lips and gums are still in excruciating pain, despite the very strong painkillers they prescribed me to take. dentist concerned should have given up sooner and saved me some pain and trauma.

Negative experience: Broke my front tooth last night practicality toothless i rang as soon as opened to say they were fully booked today Saturday 2nd dec and Monday 4th dec i asked do you have appointments for emergency she said one on monday but i have to ring in monday my husband and i have been going to this dentist for several years - the receptionist was very rude and did not care that i had no front tooth feeling very emotional and just want to cry

Negative experience: The worst dental practice I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The team seemed pleasant at first, until everything rapidly went down hill. Everything was rushed and rushed, and the dentist was out the door before I was, and was charged for a 3rd veneer I didn't even receive or request. The first round of dental veneers I received looked absolutely awful, completely discoloured, and nothing like I had asked for (didn't even cover the whole tooth but I asked and paid for whole tooth coverage). I went back for a discussion on getting them fixed again, on which the dentist tried to charge me the full amount to fix his dodgy work. He said he would be able to do it no problem and wasn't sure why it wasn't done how I requested the first time...He must have forgot that he did the work himself. I told him that he did the work and then he "lowered" the cost by $100 ("to cover cost and materials") to get them repaired again, even though I paid for two full coverage of tooth veneers and only got one partial and barely another partial on the other tooth. I left and told the receptionist on the way out that that was unacceptable and that I would just go somewhere else instead of being ripped off. She agreed that my teeth looked bad, and that she would get the manager to call me. The manager called, and she had all the wrong information and was pretty rude. Was booked in to get them fixed and not even an hour after leaving the chair where I wasn't shown the repair, or allowed to rinse my mouth out and again, the dentist out of the door before I was, it snapped off on my first sip of water. Water. I was booked in for another repair where I was blamed for the damaged tooth, citing that I "grind my teeth too much"...Couldn't have been the rushed, dodgy job that the dentist did? Honestly, less than an hour after having them repaired and even I know it was the bonding process failing. I had them fixed at yet another appointment where he finally did some actual measurements, grinded my other teeth down so they didn't touch my veneers, and was treated horribly. He was treating me like a child and that it was all my fault his botched work wasn't holding up. He ruined my teeth and polished down the veneers so much that the discolouration is all over the place and I'm back at square one. Fast forward another week after the last repair and low and behold-my veneer has cracked again. I get berated from the Manager, and again made to feel like it's all my fault and not a single sorry for the experience I was having, or the lost time and wages I've spent going back countless times for a repair. They told me they were just going to refund all my money for the veneers because there was "nothing more they can do as I'm a difficult patient". How about take the time to do the job properly the first time and not rush everyone out the door so you can go home early. After speaking with 3 different dental practices, they all concluded it was the process of the bonding and the lack of care and attention of the dentist that resulted in my constant repairs, and that it had nothing to do with me "ruining his work". Thankfully I got my money back but I would never, ever, EVER recommend this practice to ANYONE!! They're a rip off through and through.

Fantastic experience: I extracated a tooth here last Aug. The factors I chose Maven Dental Robina are the kindest receptionists and professional doctors. Actually I called several others clinics before, some of receptionists are impatient and answered questions perfunctorily. However, a receptionists at Maven Dental Robina is so patient , even she spoke to me slower and answered questions in plain English when she realized I'm not proficient in English. Certainly, a doctor is extremely professional. He removed my tooth less than 5 mins and I didn't suffer any pain.

Fantastic experience: I just came on line to make a booking and read a couple of negative reviews. I had the pleasure of being treated by both Drs Lamb from UK. They are extremely professional. Jeff did a root canal and totally explained the process, let me look at the XRays, explained the implements, explained the potential outcomes and at no time was I left guessing what was going to happen next. I have never had this from any dentist. I highly recommend him and his wife. And as for the front office staff and nurses, I found them all to be very polite and chatty. No sour puss complaints here.

Negative experience: Had wisdom tooth extracted and the service was basic,Way too overpriced though and not good in communicating with patient, it seemed like dentist didn't wanted to spend much time.The Worse franchise is at Burleigh heads, never go there lol the receptionist was clueless and vague about everything. All they want to do is keep you visiting so they can make money off you regardless the the condition of your teeth.

Positive experience: Capable dentist team, pity about the rest of the service which lets them down. Being on hold for 5 minutes just to make an appointment, kind of makes you want to call someone else that will answer your call - so I did just that. Also no 12 monthly reminder was sent, in the day of mobile phones, sms and email, surely it must be easy to send out a reminder to your clients. Anyway no complaints about the dentist, but the service needs a lot of improvement.
