Fantastic experience: I am a backpacker and this is my first time to see a dentist in Australia. Honestly my English is not very well, but the staffs who receptionist、doctors and assistants, are all very friendly to me. During the communication process, they are also very patient and use the translator and pictures to try explaining the content to let me know. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency with a crown , I was a new patient but was treated so lovely from reception to dentist and nurse. I have a rear bad fear of dentists but was treated with such compassion made it so much easier.for me. The price was a pleasant surprise too. I defiantly would recommend the practice
Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years, and my teeth definitely weren’t in the best shape. I went to Barolin Dental and spoke with Jason. He put together a clear plan to fix all my teeth, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jason is an absolute legend hes friendly, funny, and really easy to talk too. The whole team at Barolin Dental are fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the ladies at the front desk are very polite and lovely to deal with. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want quality care, this is the place to go!

Negative experience: Terrible service
Thank you for selecting Barolin Dental. We received your call in the morning and we offered you an emergency dental appointment that same morning. We thank you for arriving very early to that appointment and we apologised when your appointment time arrived and we let you know the dentist would be another 15 minutes. At that time you decided you were going to leave to go to another location and not wait for the Dentist to see you. We sincerely hope you got the treatment you needed. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and efficient staff. Quite a few years ago, I had seen Dr Julian Morris at another surgery. When I heard that he was now at Barolin Dental, I rang to see if he was taking on patients. As I had been his patient previously he was happy for me to return. I like that there is no pressure to have additional/sometimes cosmetic treatments. Very professional and great service. I saw an alternate Dentist last year and he was also very competent, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery.

Negative experience: Called this place, wanting a clean that’s all, was told it was going to be $128 for just a clean no X-rays and no check up. Was happy with that booked appointment. On the day I was told. I need to wait 30 mins so wait to come in, then went in at time I was told and then still waited an extra 30 mins in the waiting room…. Then when he had my mouth wide open cleaning the dentist told me it would be around $190. Went to desk and was told $188 ( roughly) make sure if they give you a quote over the phone to ask them again in person… (I didn’t mention the price I got over the phone as it would have been my word against theres I had nobody name that gave it to me) the clean was a 3/10 and my teeth just aren’t that clean. definitely had better cleans (I have 0 holes or fillings) so I wouldn’t recommend this place for a clean

Fantastic experience: OMG This is the dentist in town to go to. I was in severe tooth pain over the Xmas and New Years break and Dr Adrian Frick and his wife went out of their way to open up and do a extraction that was painless and felt absolutely cared for. Lovely people they are. Will be going back there in the future.

It was soo wonderful to visit a dentist that understood my problems and was able to offer a solution to correct my complicated case.
