Fantastic experience: Easy to deal with and good service

Negative experience: I was quoted $500 for a wisdom tooth removal, even though multiple people I know — and other dentists — only charge around $300. When I questioned it, the staff were rude and dismissive instead of explaining the huge price difference. I left feeling overcharged and disrespected. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this dental clinic. Their prices have become extremely high compared to what they used to be. They once had a fantastic dentist with reasonable pricing, but since things have changed, the cost has gone up dramatically. I went in just for a clean, and it was one of the most painful dental experiences I’ve ever had. It felt rough, rushed, and not gentle at all. I left feeling like more damage had been done rather than good. I’ve been in excruciating pain ever since the appointment, which has never happened to me before after a simple clean. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my recent experience.

I have been treated by Dr. Donald, Dr. Andrew and recently seen Dr. Irena they have been providing me with the best care from tooth repair, regular dental cleaning and even whitening my teeth 5 years ago. Always so professional and caring! Have plans to remove my 2 wisdom teeth soon and honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it anywhere else! Thanks for the amazing care:))))

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. I will put it off as long as I can before going. It is my least favourite place in the world. I recently had a cleaning by Dr Shirley, and I can say without a doubt it's probably the best dental appointment I ever have had. I let her know my feelings and she was super understanding and patient with me. She was extremely careful and gentle with me and I couldn't thank her enough! High recommend going here for her services!

He is very thorough and went the extra mile by giving me a free clean before the procedure. I’ve also seen other dentists here for general cleans and wisdom teeth issues. They are consistently thorough and give good dental advice. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: No one likes a negative review but this experience surcame to it. Having called a week in advance to schedule my booking for 12pm - only to find out they had doubled booked and left me waiting an hour in reception without update. It was only until I was about to leave that I was told it would be “another 10 minutes”... At last when I had finally got in, the dentist did not even apologize…honestly the least she could do… speak about absence of manners. The procedure wasn’t great either, lack of quality and left feeling ripped off. The following patient had also expressed their dissatisfaction, complaining about the delay. They’re lucky to still have had our business Reading the earlier reviews, I was already skeptic about the place but decided to give it a chance only to be left in dismay… The clinic should work on their organisation and service if they want to keep people smiling I can certainly say the overall event did not have me smiling by the end of it… poor outcome and extremely disappointed

Negative experience: This is hands down the worst dental practice I have ever been to. I really don’t understand how they are still in business. The dentist is ok.. but the receptionist has really no clue. You will Be waiting a long time for the most mundane tasks such as processing a hicap claim. Stay away from this place unless you have nothing else to do

Thêm nữa lúc đầu nha sĩ không báo giá trước khi khách đồng ý (có lẽ vì thấy bạn tôi đang đau quá nên xong rồi thì bao nhiêu cũng phải trả) đến khi bạn tôi hỏi giá mới nói là nhổ hai cái $800, bạn tôi không chịu bỏ về thì mới giảm giá! Một số nha sĩ ở đây rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp và vô trách nhiệm!

Negative experience: Be careful with the owner here. She is not a nice person. She talked to you very sweetly but she would rip you off hard out. A rip off place. I would have never come back here.

Took X - rays and informed me that I needed to take a very bad /infected tooth out. It was a seamless experience and loved her work on my teeth . Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Tom July of last year, which began with an emergency appointment after I was experiencing severe pain. My teeth are in a horrid condition due to neglect, so I have required many appointments and procedures since then that are still ongoing. Dr. Tom has presented me with a detailed plan for treatment, which will ultimately result in me being able to smile again. He discusses different options with me, so that I can make informed decisions where needed. He is also highly skilled and proficient, so I never need to worry about pain or unexpected discomfort when I am being treated by him. I am never anxious to visit the dentist anymore. When I was seeing a different dentist nearby, (prior to the emergency appointment), I was given a quoteof $25k to complete all the treatments needed for my teeth. So far, despite all the extensive procedures I have undergone over the past 6+ months, I am still no where near that amount which has helped make my treatment possible. The prices are very reasonable and I never felt like I was being ripped off. I know that if i ever moved away, I would still travel to see this dentist. I have also recommended him to anyone that asks. Thank you Dr. Tom and the Always Smiles staff for everything!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at Always Smiles Dental Bankstown. I usually go to the Canley one but they were booked out and my wisdom tooth was giving me so much grief. I made a booking and on the same day got my teeth cleaned and tooth extracted. So quick and painless. Danielle and her dental assistant did a fantastic job. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and were so friendly and professional.

I am very pleased with his work. This last year alone Dr Tom has taken out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, with no issues experienced during the operation, healing, and full recovery phases.
