Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr Phil for awhile. He is kind, patient, explains work as he is doing it and regularly checks in to see if I am doing okay. I had a dentist phobia but Phil has calmed my nerves. He is A+. My grandchildren now see Dr Phil too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, clinic and all round vibe. Going to the dentist for most isn’t something you look forward to - and I too felt this way until my appointment here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted personally, kept up to date with my appointment time as the patient prior to me needed some additional work completed and they wanted to keep me across the time and check that it was okay with me. Small things but make a huge difference. Then the actual appointment with the densit was beyond throughout. Great communication and awesome “bedside” manner from both dentist and dental assistant. Not once did I feel nervous or uncomfortable with what was happening or what to expect as it was all calmly and clearly communicated and every moment. Plus they communicated the expected price and cost before the work began so there was no “walk to the counter hoping it’s not too expensive” moment. I’ll now look forward to going to the dentist and might even do 6 monthly check ups!

Phil was initially my dentist and in recent times I have seen Tina. I have nothing but glowing reports for this practice and Tina has been great. Fantastic experience: Being a person of a ‘certain age’ I was terrified of going to the dentist and you certainly never had any discussion about what needed to be done to your teeth. Seeing Dr Phil is just the opposite! He is kind, gentle and walks you through every step of your dental requirements. I thoroughly recommend Dr Phil and his team at Vital Dental Care!

Negative experience: The first few times we saw Dr Phil we had a great experience however this proved to be a facade. However, the last time my youngest son was there we were made to feel incredibly small humans. I have never in my life been spoken to in such a horrible manner by both dentists and reception staff. I feel this surgery has failed to understand that parents do the best they can for their children. Will absolutely not be recommending this surgery.

I was talked through the next steps and given a detailed plan of future appointments and procedures. Dr Tina was beautifully empathetic.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Phil at Vital Dental for many years and 100% recommend him and his team; they are absolutely amazing! They are so warm and welcoming with our neurodivergent kids that the kids are happy (bordering on excited) to attend their 6 monthly check ups. The goodie bags after appointments are an extra special touch that the kids appreciate. It's apparent that Phil, Jenna and Elisa all have young children and know how to put them at ease. Phil is also wonderful at accommodating those who are anxious about dental visits. There is a genuine happiness in the practice that is really rare in the medical/dental field.

Fantastic experience: This is a really lovely place, all the receptionists and dentists are all very personable. The experience was very relaxing especially with the addition of being able to pick a netflix show to put on to help pass the time during your appointment.

Fantastic experience: After being so desperate to find a solution to my tooth pain, I found the Vital team, and I’m blown away by their compassion and empathy to my situation. They were Amazing, Professional and their customer service was by far the best I’ve experienced to date.

Fantastic experience: I was sitting in the chair today and I had a horrific thought - had I actually taken the time to give Vital Dental a Google review? When I got home, imagine my terror when I realised I had made that very mistake. So here I am, making amends for my transgression. Unfortunately, I can only give Vital Dental a 5/5 - in my opinion, they're off the charts. Dr Philip and the team are a professional and friendly group and while I wouldn't say I look forward to getting my teeth scrubbed, the entire process is a pleasure. They have a real old-school approach as a local dentist office, and I'd say they're an integral part of my local. But on top of that, they have a wide collection of dental gadgets and instruments that seem pretty futuristic. Best of both worlds. I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone in the area and if I move, I'd say it's worth the effort to come and check them out.

I usually go to a different dentist but I will be going here from now on as everyone is so friendly and approachable. The practice manager there, Jenna is so lovely and helpful! As I walked in through the door, I was greeted by a friendly smile! As well as the dentist, Amanda that did my teeth whitening was so approachable and wonderful! She made sure that my visit was as comfortable as it could possibly be by offering blankets, neck pillow and even the specific genre I wanted to watch on TV. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chu is amazing and knowledgeable. We drove from forest lake for our 3 yes old. He immediately diagnosed her grinding and snoring issue and referred us to ENT specialist right away. ENT confirmed the diagnosis made by dr.chu. we had been to another dentist before but she was not able to diagnose and didnt pay much attention to the problem. So I would say dr.chu really knows his work. The clinic is very clean. My daughter enjoyed in the waiting area as there were many clean toys and books for her to play with. Last but not the least, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, specially Amenda(PM) who makes sure you have a comfortable visit.

Fantastic experience: My first experience in a Dentist facility in Australia and… wow!! I went for a check and a cleaning teeth, Amanda was absolutely lovely and she took really good care of me. She explained very well everything is happening in my mouth (no one never done before!) The cleaning was absolutely not painful (I did in Italy and it really was ) I was almost sleeping watching at my favourite show on Netflix (yes there is a tv on the ceiling so while you re laying down you can watch it and get distracted!) Really satisfied and super recommended!!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for around 10 months now. Dr. Philip is a wonderful doctor and Jenna and Elisa have always been welcoming. I have got two of my wisdom teeth removed but did not realise the pain at all. Amanda has done a full clean for me and she was really good. Fantastic experience: Dr Philip is so lovely, as well as all the people working there. I've (unfortunately) had to spend a lot of time lately in the dental chair, but this practice makes it so comfortable and puts you right at ease. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family. Oh and it's such a bonus having affordable pricing, as well as different payment methods available - often a dentist visit is most painful on the wallet, but these guys are very reasonable!

It is very rare that you feel welcomed before you even walk in the door but this was definitely my experience. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout the whole check up and cleaning experience. I felt involved in the decisions that were being made about how to progress with my dental treatment and felt comfortable and valued as a client throughout my entire appointment. I don’t think I have ever had a more positive dental experience than I have had today with Vital Dental. Fantastic experience: We have had an excellent experience at Vital. Dr Phil did a magnificent job of fixing our son’s teeth following an accident. He kindly made an emergency appointment the same day and the results were wonderful. On the back of this experience, our whole family visited for check up and clean. The staff, including reception and support staff are very caring and warm. The equipment they use is very modern and state of the art. The prices are more reasonable than our previous dentist. Vital is our new family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent skills and calm, relaxing atmosphere. My first visit, I had a badly rotten pre-molar and had been in pain for over a month. Dr Chou was friendly and reassuring throughout. He performed the injection flawlessly. My jaw went numb immediately, and the extraction went without a hitch. The relief was immense, I felt I went home as if walking on a cloud. ^_^ I used to be always nervous about dental needles, until I went to Dr Chou. Now they're still, well, needles. But I am not nervous at all any more. Since then, I've had several fillings and a crown done here. Every bit of work was done right the first time, and still holds to this day. My teeth are always in better shape after a visit here.
