Fantastic experience: As a new patient, Dr Aws Sahib, was kind, understanding and professional. Having constant dental issues for 60 years many dentists i have seen are judgemental and have made me feel embarrassed. Today was not one of those times with Dr Sahib and the staff making me feel safe and in control of decisions. Best dentist ever.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionist, nurses and dentists are so professional and kind. I was terribly nervous about going and I wept the whole way through my first root canal appointment. Iv been back twice since and my anxiety is less each time because of the patience and kindness of the whole team. Big shout out to Dr Aws for his reassurance and professionalism. Thank you all very much. Oh, and my tooth is doing great, they’re also brilliant at their job!

Fantastic experience: 5⭐️ Could not recommend enough! My 4 year old daughter had an accident at daycare that we needed to see a dentist for. The team were so accommodating and could see her urgently. When my husband arrived with her, the dentist was already waiting. She wasn’t scared at all and she’s a very anxious girl.

Fantastic experience: I used to have a fear of visiting the dentist but ever since I started attending Knight Street over 4 years ago, I actually look forward to it. Their dedication to ensuring a pain free experience is second to none. I have lower jaw sensitivity which used to make my dentist visits a nightmare but the dentists at Knight Street always make sure I'm pain free and comfortable before doing any work. I have been recommending Knight Street via word of mouth for years and now want to share my positive experiences here, particularly if anyone has had past bad experiences with other dentists. They are truly dedicated to making you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth out today they did an excellent job and talked me through the whole process to calm the nerves as it my was first tooth out. Highly recommend this wonderful dental practice

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience when I go here! The new airflow technique machine was used as well as traditional teeth cleaning methods, there’s no better feeling than walking out with a fresh, plaque free smile! The receptionist was an absolute gem and helped me with setting up my appointments in advance and catered to my full time job. Great Place to go to and an amazing team all around could not recommend them enough, thanks guys!!!

Negative experience: Very disappointing The dentist who attended my son, appeared to be lacking experience with children. When she applied the needle, instead of stopping when the child showed discomfort, she continued to keep pushing and injecting the anaesthetic into the tooth, then proceeded to do the back of the tooth. The whole time this was happening to chi,ld was in excruciating pain and crying. It was without doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve seen of a professional dealing with a child. My wife had to wait in the waiting room and the whole time she heard our son crying in pain. I had previously had my child in the Royal Children’s Hospital for a period of around 12 months during that time he had to undergo an enormous amount of procedures and exposure to needles, Not once did I ever see the disregard for the patient's well-being as what I saw at the dentist. As result of this harsh treatment by the dentist, my child will continue to have a phobia in regards to dental work. Thank you very much for an unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Friendly staff but unfortunately was not happy with my clean. A new pressurized machine was used which sprayed water everywhere, teeth were not polished, the drill tool they usually use at a routine clean to get rid of stubborn plaque was not used & my teeth still had plaque afterwards & so I had to go back the next day but was still left with plaque. It was just one dental hygienist working on the teeth so I think it was difficult to be thorough but after the visit I felt like I could have just brushed my teeth at home. When I go to the dentist I expect all plaque to be removed. It's been 5 months & I went somewhere else where they used the drill tool & polished my teeth with 2 people working on the teeth & my teeth actually feel and look professionally cleaned & have no plaque & stains. So with this comparison, I would not recommend this business.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shah & his assistant Ella are incredibly patient, kind and supportive. I have always had a fear of the dentist but these guys have been very kind & made my visits fun, laughable & most importantly bearable. I absolutely, highly recommend dr shah for not only adults but kids, he is very patient and will talk you through your options, giving you space, advice & time to decide what will be the best treatment option for you. Really reasonable priced too!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has a very low self confidence about the appearance of her teeth. We made an appointment at Knight Street Dental, it was such a wonderful experience. The staff are so welcoming and the dentists and technicians are magical. I have never been to a dentist surgery ever, that has made me feel like they generally care for you as a person. Fantastic experience: The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day to look at my broken tooth. Once it was examined it was treated so that it no longer hurt and an another appointment made to follow on with a repair. I was very pleased to be treated as a priority and when a cancellation came up I was called. I attended the next day for the repair that I needed. I felt that I was treated with respect and kindness by all that I met and dealt with on those two days. I have booked for a routine examination in 2 months time. The Knight Street Dental clinic is a modern facility. It is atttactive and welcoming. There is even a small patient carpark which was very handy. I would recommend this dental clinic to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Nihir Shah. He has been absolutely amazing with my 6 year old daughter. She had been in a lot of pain which after having a consult we found out she required two teeth to be extracted. Dr Shah and his team were so helpful and supportive in organising for my daughter to be put under at hospital urgently. He explained everything in detail and also phoned to see how my daughter was feeling a couple of days before her procedure and also at the end of the day of her procedure. He is a very caring dentist and i felt my daughter was in great hands. Thank you so much Dr Shah.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Nihir Shah enough. I have a phobia of the dentist and I had a broken wisdom tooth out today that was causing me so much pain. Dr Shah was so understanding that I was terrified to be there, he is so gentle and calming and has a great team around him.

Fantastic experience: I spent many many years avoiding the dentist ... and to be honest ... from fear of pain inflicted by any treatments... but Dr Nihir Shah was the best thing that happened to my teeth. I have had root canal... fillings ... and not once have I felt any pain. These guys numb the gums before using any needles ... so if that is what is keeping you away from dentist - go to Knight Street ! And on top of their caring way - all the staff there are truly nice and beautiful humans !

Fantastic experience: I have an insane fear of the Dentist but the staff here go above and beyond to calm your fears and they make you feel as if they are waiting just for you. But Dr Nihir Shah well what can i say he is fantastic. I had to have a huge procedure done and he calmed my fears and made me feel that i was the most important thing in the room. Thank you Nihir i could not have got through that without you.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for approximately 15 years until suddenly a few days ago I started experiencing excruciating pain in my mouth. By sheer luck my partner found Knight Street Dentists via google. And thank goodness he did. I was fortunate enough to secure an appointment with Dr Shah the very next morning. I cannot thank he and the wonderful team at the clinic enough. The care and treatment I received was outstanding, from my very first contact through to the completion of my treatment. I am very pleased to have found such a terrific dentist. The team are not only very professional and caring, but very, very reasonably priced as well. I can’t recommend the team enough. It actually made going to the dentist a pleasure

Negative experience: Booked in with Dr shah but i cancelled my appointment 22hrs beforehand due to a medical emergency in the family ( not the 24hrs required) so he requests i pay $800 up front for root therapy i ask if its not needed would some of my money be refunded so he refused to see me. I find this to be a resonable question and his actiions to be a little overboard. Gentle dentist but his mood swings are somewhat concerning i also did not need root therapy. I have found alot nicer dentists in this region

Fantastic experience: There is no one more scared of dentists than me (yes, even more than YOU!) I had moved up to this area from Gippsland and after just a few months needed some dental treatment. I was too far to go back every few months, to a dentist who had worked with me for a long time to earn my confidence. Where could I go? I emailed a few Dentists in Shepparton explaining my situation. Knight St Dentists replied suggesting I came in for a consultation and if I wasn't comfortable I would be free to try elsewhere. Since then I have had both Hygienist Sarah and dentist Dr Nahir take care of my needs. They have been caring, considerate and understanding of my irrational fears! They are happy for me to "stop and take a break" when they are doing necessary work. The patient and his/her needs are their number one concern. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone who finds "going to the dentist" is terrifying experience. That will not be your experience at Knight Street Dentists!

I have been using Nihir at Knight Street Dentist over the last 18 months whilst I had major dental work completed, this included bone grafts, implants and porcelain crowns.
