Fantastic experience: My experience and appt with Dr. Pooja was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, caring, calming and informative. I felt super comfortable. I can have slightly sensitive teeth so she made sure to stop and give me breaks when needed. We spoke about braces, extraction of wisdom teeth and bleaching and as they currently have promotions works out to be really affordable.
Fantastic experience: Had a good experience. Very affordable for students also. And Dr Pooja she is just wonderful, friendly and very caring.
Negative experience: I made an appointment for a clean and consult to formulate a treatment plan as I require a huge amount of work on my upper teeth and needed to decide which option would be best for me- crowns, implants, veneers or extraction and dentures. They called back to cancel and reschedule my appointment on two separate occasions. I should have realised then that perhaps this chain-store dentist was not as professional as I expect. Upon arrival at the surgery we were greeted by a general air of confusion and young, distracted staff. Nothing like I expected from reading the glowing reviews for Dr Pooja who wasn’t even there… though in all fairness they did call her once or twice to discuss my situation. The dentist who attended me could not really advise fully as the work I needed done was not her area of expertise. So I had my teeth cleaned during which she was clumsy with the instruments and really hurt me on one occasion- something which I never experienced with my previous dentist. At the end I was advised she would consult with the other dentist and they would call and email by the following Wednesday with a selection of options for a treatment plan which we could consider and come to a consensus upon how to proceed. Unsurprisingly they never got back to me, so that’s several thousand dollars which will be going to another dental practice. I’m quite angry that I wasted the time and money at this place… to be honest I’m not convinced I was even seen by a qualified dentist. I will say that the staff were very friendly however I feel it really is the ‘McDonald’s of dentists’. Dodgy fast-food vibes with service to match.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an excellent experience with Dr. Pooja for my Dental treatment. She is incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the each step of procedure. Fantastic experience: I had a few resin veneers done by Dr Pooja and her team (Sept 2023). The results are amazing! A lot of time, care and patience went into getting it just right! It was also very affordable. (Mind the fluoride between my teeth in the second photo). Highly recommend! Update: Also had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted earlier this month (Sept 2024) by Dr Pooja and they are healing well! She was very patient and made me feel comfortable. I had a tricky one to extract and she made the experience a good one. Really appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removal at Just Dental Group less than a week ago. After putting off getting them removed for years I am shocked at how painless and easy the whole procedure was. Dr Pooja Panwar was so kind and reassuring, giving me clear instructions. The whole thing was fast and painless and most unbelievable of all I had absolutely no swelling and very minimal pain. I was able to go back to my regular diet pretty quickly and honestly I probably could have gone back to work the next day. Negative experience: Terrible experience! Never recommending this place to anyone. I went with a tooth pain and wanted the pain to settle and I've got a quote from fixed price dental for $400 for a tooth extraction. Dr. Pooja suggested that she would do the first stage of root canal anyways and that was included in the $400 even if I wanted to extract the tooth later and she offered to go home and think about it. When I went back to extract the tooth they wanted to charge another $200 for the extraction which is not what she said. When I explained to her, she agreed to do it for free then when I offered to pay $100 for her sake, she is asking for $150 extra. Very disappointed of their service and be careful that they will deceive you into doing something you don't want. Not to mention the first stage of root canal was also not done properly and it they wouldn't even consider the fact. Please don't go here as it is an untrustworthy place.

Negative experience: Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this dentist. I had a 9am appointment and arrived at 8:59am to see the practice hadn’t even opened yet. Waiting till 9:16 before the dentist rocked up. I then proceeded to wait until 9:45am to actually be taken though for my appointment. Being their first patient of the day, this was very frustrating for me and not acceptable in my opinion. The service that followed was rushed and not professional at all. I didn’t feel it was personal and even after the cleaning, I walked out feeling very unsatisfied with the job they did. My teeth still felt the same as when I walked in. It felt they rushed my appointment to make up for their being late. Bad service. Worse experience.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service received from Dr Pooja and Sally. In this new modern clinic. I had my teeth cleaned and zoom whitening. The doctor explained everything really well about what to expect and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. They were professional and caring . Fantastic experience: My experience and appt with Dr. Pooja was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, caring, calming and informative. I felt super comfortable. I can have slightly sensitive teeth so she made sure to stop and give me breaks when needed. We spoke about braces, extraction of wisdom teeth and bleaching and as they currently have promotions works out to be really affordable. Sally on reception was very sweet!
