Fantastic experience: So nice to be reunited with Dr Duy Ho at his new practice. Although I had to have two extractions, which is never pleasant, the process was quick and painless. Dr Ho’s “chair side” manner is always calm and professional. He has been my dentist for more than twenty years and I would always recommend him for even the most dentist-phobic patient.

I really got the sense that they would rather help people than see dentistry as a cash grab, and the service I received here was great. Fantastic experience: I had an incredibly reassuring experience at The Dentist of Greensborough on both occasions with Dr. Xavier Li. I initially visited due to severe pain in my upper molar, which turned out to be a split tooth down the middle, making a root canal a risky option. Dr. Li took the time to carefully explain all possible solutions, which I truly appreciated. He presented three choices: attempt a root canal despite the risk, proceed with an immediate extraction, or secure a metal band around the split tooth as a temporary solution. At the time, I wasn’t ready for extraction and wasn’t keen on the uncertainty of a root canal, so I opted for the temporary metal band. This solution lasted around three months, but the pain returned intermittently before becoming unbearable and constant. When I finally decided on extraction, I was fortunate to secure an appointment without delay. With expert precision, Dr. Li performed the procedure seamlessly, just two minutes after local anaesthesia, my molar was fully removed without complications. Thanks to Dr. Li’s skill and care, I am finally pain-free. I’m deeply grateful to him and the wonderful reception staff at The Dentist of Greensborough for guiding me through this process with such professionalism, comfort, and financial ease with reasonable costs and NIB health fund rebates.

Fantastic experience: I actually came here for a second opinion on a wisdom tooth that had been causing me pain for the past week. A previous dentist wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon (apparently it was a complex case) but Duy had a look at the x-rays and was confident that he could remove it. He took care it this morning with minimal fuss, no pain, and provided with thorough after-care, which has worked so well that i am now pain free only half a day later. I was also impressed by the clinic (clean, lots of plants - a big plus for me personally) and the front desk staff were lovely to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Xavier Li somehow made my wisdom tooth removal fun and enjoyable! Pain free and very quick. I was very nervous but him and the dental nurse helped calm my nerves. I also had a checkup by Dr. Li a month ago and my teeth had never been cleaned better. Reception are also friendly and the waiting room and offices are brand new and clean. Fantastic experience: Hi have followed my dentist Duy Ho to new practices a couple of times now, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Duy is so gentle and caring both with you and your teeth as well as your wallet. He will not try to talk you into things you don’t need like so many dentists do. If you want unnaturally white, unnaturally even fake looking teeth, Duy is not your guy. If you are looking for a great dentist who is genuine, you can’t go past Duy Ho

Fantastic experience: Leading up to my root canal, I was pretty worried about the pain after hearing about it from friends, but once I was in the chair and being looked after by Dr Duy Ho and the nurse, the procedure flew by with no discomfort or pain.
