Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both been attending Nathan Louis Dental for a while now. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more comfortable or cared for at a dentist’s office! From the moment I walk in, the whole team makes me feel right at home, and Dr. Chris’ warm, friendly demeanour always puts me at ease. I was a bit nervous about dental appointments in the past, but with Dr. Chris, I’ve never felt any pain. He really knows how to make the experience smooth and stress-free. His expertise and attention to detail are top-notch, and I always leave feeling like my teeth have received the best care possible. Fantastic experience: Nathan Louis Dental have been our preferred dentist since moving to the coast 4 years ago. I was very fortunate to find the Dentists there - Dr Chris, Dr Tiarne and Dr Rob. They have all treated our family and they each have a calm and caring nature with an additional sense of humour which makes going to the dentist less of a daunting experience. The suite is professionally equipped and makes you feel like you're not actually at the dentist at all with the added benefit of TV screens on the ceiling with Netflix and a monitor at patient level where your dentist can show you what they did in the procedure. I Highly recommend the team at Nathan Louis Dental if you are looking for a new dentist or looking to change dentists!

Negative experience: I have been a patient here for years. After Nathan Louis sold the practice I have had to delete my 5 star review and create this in its place. I feel the new owners lack the same expertise and attention to detail. I have noticed a huge staff turnover and do not know anyone that works there now. Nothing was communicated to me that who my family always books in with, was no longer working there. Relationships are vital in this industry and this practice now seems to be about getting as many new patients as possible without considering existing patients. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: A very positive experience. Dr Tiarne offered some very sound advice and was extremely patient and happy to answer all of my very many questions. A lovely confident dentist. Also,Jennie the practice manager was most welcoming and thoroughly organised.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this dentist highly enough. I’ve been to two others on the Central Coast - one tried to remove the wrong tooth and another gave me a filling which dissolved in an hour. Nathan is a friendly, efficient, and very competent dentist who is transparent about pricing and will provide a plan to get your teeth and gums back to their best. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve recommended him to friends who all sing his praises

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience at Nathan Louis dental. I had some anxiety from previous dental experiences with rough or pushy dentists, but Nathan was really friendly, gentle & honest, he explained everything he was doing & made the experience really comfortable. I also booked my 5 year old daughter in for her first appointment and she had a wonderful experience here too. She’s since been excited to brush her teeth using the sand timer & ticking off each morning & night on the little calendar. I’ve recommended to friends and family and highly recommend anyone local to go here too!

Negative experience: I visited Nathan Louis today and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life by Nathan himself. I and will never go back.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Nathan Louis last Thursday for a check up and clean. I can not recommend his practice enough. Nathan and his staff are remarkable! Being my first visit there and also 20 weeks pregnant, I was very nervous, but as soon as I laid on the dentist chair, those nerves were quickly put to ease.They were so friendly and kind, easy to have a laugh with but still very professional. Fantastic experience: Gentle person-centred care with a kind human approach. My whole family has been coming here since it opened and have always had good experiences. They make it as pain free and comfortable as possible, and are very comforting to nervous patients. Nathan is a brilliant dentist who gives great info and just the right amount of anaesthesia, and Ebony the hygienist does excellent cleaning and periodontal treatments. All the staff are fun, warm, engaging and friendly and their patience with my special needs son is admirable.

Fantastic experience: I had another great experience with Nathan Louis Dental. I have been going for years and Nathan is very cheerful, makes sure you are comfortable and is gentle on the teeth. They have invested in a new teeth cleaning machine which is very soft on the teeth (makes a huge difference as I have sensitive teeth). Ebony is really good too, she has a calm demeanour and is very knowledgeable and also gentle. Highly recommend this service.

Fantastic experience: I took my two young boys for their 6 monthly checkup with Nathan and Ebony. They both made them feel very comfortable and made it a fun experience for them. I highly recommend this practice for your whole family.
