Fantastic experience: I have been going to Oracare for over 15 years and aways receive excellent dental care. Dr Thao is extremely patient, kind, skilled and knowledgeable. She takes the time to help me understand issues i've had with my teeth/gums (e.g. bruxism, impact of IVF/pregnancy changes) while providing the best long-term solutions at affordable prices. I started coming here after I was having pain from a crown that had been done at another practice and Dr Thao identified the infection had not been treated effectively and didn't just do a "quick, expensive fix" like my previous dentists tended to do. Since this positive experience, my whole family has been coming here. I also recommend Dr Thao for being excellent with children as well - my 8 year-old is positive about visiting Oracare, even when she's recently had to get a filling done which she was very nervous about!

Fantastic experience: I phoned last minute for an appointment and they fit me in the same day, so my issue with my tooth could be sorted. The level of care from Dr Thao and her team is next level. They are great at their trade, very friendly and approachable, and solution focused when it comes to any barriers (including cost) of reparative work. Fantastic experience: I've been with Oracare Dental for years and always have an amazing experience at Dr Thao's office. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. The office is spotless and has a calming atmosphere, which really helps with my nerves. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Thao. I am openly anxious when it comes to dental due to some bad experiences from previous dentists. From the moment I walked in to walking me through the whole process, I felt listened to and put at ease. The late appointments work so well for people who work late too. Very excellent facilities and pricing is very reasonable and great if you are in a health fund!

Fantastic experience: Dr Thao Doan and her team at Oracare are amazing! It is always nerve wracking going to a new dentist, but turns out I had nothing to be nervous about. Not only is Dr Thao and her team efficient and skilled but they genuinely care about their patients. Dr Thao made me feel comfortable and and at ease- not always a feeling you have at the dentist. I was also impressed by the technology they used, they ran a bacterial scan and did a 3D model of my teeth. Dr Thao explained everything to me in so much detail and gave me the knowledge and tools to manage my teeth between appointments.

Fantastic experience: Thao & the gang are very mindful & watch over my kids when I have to bring them along to my check ups. I've had adult braces & a few teeth shortened, regular check ups for adjustments & cleaning. Fantastic experience: I decided to get my new smile with Oracare after my friend got a set of absolutely beautiful teeth. Mine were grinded flat and started chipping so it was time to make a change. I got 8 crowns on the top and my bottom teeth whitened, and they look so beautiful! I am so happy with Dr Thao. What was great is she fit the design to suit what I liked and my face. She gives you a temporary set before you get the final crowns to make sure you are happy with the design. I am so glad this happened because what I thought I wanted wasn't right, so we played around until I was happy and then the final outcome was beyond my expectation. I have attached a photo of my before and after teeth so you can see the full transformation. Definitely recommend Dr Thao!!!! She will make you feel like a new person.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to OraCare Dental for years now! My whole family LOVE the friendly staff here, they’re all so lovely. I feel like more than just a patient here, as the staff love having jokes with us and I’ve noticed that they remember little things about every patient that comes in. Sam and Lynn are so welcoming and always answer any questions I have Dr Thao is so nice and explains what she’s going to do and how she’s going to do it, so I feel much less scared! I’ve had my braces done here, my root canal done, cavities filled and wire fixed, and I’ve only had positive experiences with them all. I’m TERRIFIED of needles and Dr Thao made sure to help me through it, offering me alternatives if available and reassuring me that it will be okay. Now, I’m fine with the needles & coming to the dentist is much less scary :) Thank you guys, you’re so wonderful ✨

Fantastic experience: I have always gone to a large chain Dental practice to have my regular check ups but decided to give Oracare a try as I had been noticing some wearing on a few of my teeth which was always brushed over when mentioning to my previous dentist. I was amazed and the level of service I received compared to what I had experienced at other clinics. The dentist was very thorough with the examination and took the time to explain what was causing the wearing. The technology they used was very impressive, they undertook a 3D scan of my teeth which was used to create a mould for the night guard I require to stop me from grinding my teeth. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I’m not usually one to leave a google review especially a bad one but the service was so terrible i felt it was compulsory to warn others, the staff are extremely rude even going as far to make fatphobic comments to my partner, specifically the receptionist with ugly bleached hair, I think i heard him say his name was Arthur or Archie or something. DO NOT GO HERE !

Regarding weight questions, Due to 120kg weight limitations on equipment, only when staff is uncertain, we will ask the question. It is required to keep patient, clinician and nurse safe during procedure. We will conduct a thorough review to investigate what happened to make sure these types of questions are not being interpreted the wrong way.
Fantastic experience: I can’t fault the service I have received. First time ever I’ve experienced painless dentistry. Great staff, never have to wait, everything up front, including the price. Definitely solved many problems for me and I would highly recommend this Dentist to anyone who wants quality work done (and without the pain).
