Hi Saki, sorry you had this experience. We saw you 1 year and 4 months ago (September 2021). If you had contacted us earlier it would have been easier to resolve this problem. A lot of things may have changed in your mouth during that time. We did a few fillings for you on teeth that were sensitive and gave you a discount as well. The tooth that you were worried about was not sensitive on the day, so we offered for you to come back for a review if the tooth was sensitive. If you choose to go to another dentist, after a few days, then we cannot help you. We can provide all the notes and X-rays to you stating that the tooth was not sensitive on the day. We also recorded that your lips were stretched and we can provide you with the notes as well. We apologise for stretching your lips. We do recommend a check up every 6-12 months. We are happy to see you for a complimentary/free check up and discuss how we can make you a happy patient. If you feel that you have been charged/treated unfairly we are happy to go over your X-rays and notes and discuss the options going forward. We may have to contact any other dentists you have seen since seeing us, as well. We will have to see your mouth and determine whether a refund is suitable. We want all our patients to have a good experience. A refund is not guaranteed, but we will happily refund if it is fair. We can try and make you happy. We cannot give a refund without looking in your mouth, as it has been 1 year and 4 months since you saw us. Thank you for understanding.
