Fantastic experience: To Infinite Smiles Victoria Park especially Dr Seema and her team who work on Saturday, I would like to say thank you for the initial consultation to filling and extraction of the teeth, it feel better now. Also, in my first tooth extraction, I think of potatoes because I was nervous and a little bit scared and the second one is so quick and I didn't feel but still I think of potatoes, that's the way to distracted myself:)

Fantastic experience: I went to Infinite Smiles Dental for a regular appointment, and everything about the experience was genuinely great. The clinic is super clean and has a calming atmosphere, which made a big difference as soon as I walked in. The staff was welcoming and professional — not just polite, but actually warm and friendly. The dentist took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Overall, it was one of the most relaxed dental visits I’ve had. The attention to detail, both in care and customer service, really stood out. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place that makes dental care feel easy and stress-free.

Negative experience: Do it at your own risk, these people are careless and heartless. I had the worst experience with them, on the 30th of May 2025, Dr Varsha attempted to remove my wisdom tooth. After about 20-30 minutes of attempting(the experience was bad, she forcefully pulled and shook my tooth) she told me she couldn't remove the tooth and sent me home with a half-broken tooth and a prescription of 800mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours. They booked me for the following week Thursday the 5th of June 2025. On my way home I realised my cheek had a big and deep hole 2-3cm long, I went back to the clinic and told her and she apologised saying she had not realised it had happened ‍♀️ and said the wound would heal within 48hours but since you came back we would put some stitches. I told her there was no need for stitches since it wasn't as bad as she said but still she insisted on putting stitches(took 14 days to completely heal but the mark is still there currently). I spent 5 days not eating or speaking properly because of pain, on the 5th of June I went to the clinic and Dr Manjot said he was sorry for the unfortunate incident and said they would be careful this time. He managed to remove my tooth which took less than 5 minutes and the process was smooth, I told him I wasn't expecting it to be so easy due to my previous experience. I went home and continued with my painkillers, the headaches did go away, and my left side was still swollen. I went back to them 3 times explaining my issues and they told me to go to the GP, they were not responsible for the headaches and as for the jaw pain and facial asymmetric they said they did not touch my upper jaw so they are not responsible(Dr Manjot said that). When I was explaining how I feel, Dr Varsha told me not to exaggerate things about how I feel which made me feel like I was lying. I went to a different dental facility and I was referred to a specialist which am currently seeing October 2025 and am wearing a splint now and I can not open my mouth properly, still can't chew hard food or chew for a long time as my left jaw is painful(the side which the tooth was removed) am living on medication for pain and anti-inflammation since the extraction to date, I experience terrible pain during cold weather which is really stressful. I would give them zero stars if possible because they made my life hell. The manager called(07/10/25)and asked me to meet and sympathise with me and pay me back the $450 I paid them, she also mentioned that I should be grateful because they removed the tooth which was painful, to them it's just a joke and all about justifying their selves and they don't even know what they put me through. They caused me unending suffering and a depressing situation, I don't even know if I will be okay or I will live like this for life.

Negative experience: Bible in the waiting room, kept spraying water all over my face, seemed frustrated and rushed through my cleaning, asked inappropriate questions about being transgender and didn't feel comfortable saying no.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem thru grinding my teeth at night which called for couple of crowns and fillings,Dr Varsha Agrawal was excellent talked me thru what was needed done and the cost which was a pleasant surprise, also Dr Varsha talked me thru each step of the process which turned out to stress free , would recommend her and Infinite Smiles .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Serma Vohra is a great communicator, better than any other dentist I have been to. Shows you where the problems are and is happy to answer questions. She hasn't been my dentist long enough for me to really rate her work but so far I am happy with the work she has done.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental appointment for a broken tooth and the clinic fit me in the very next day first thing in the morning !! Varsha Agrawal was my dentist and she was absolutely fantastic! She calmed me down and spoke to me throughout the whole procedure ensuring that everything will be fine ( I had a root canal).. highly recommend the clinic in vic park !! This Denist was an excellent experience,gentle,informative And did not empty my bank account.You can ask for quotes on any work needed doing.I am sticking to this Denist.

Negative experience: The dentist was very friendly. However, after my return to The Netherlands and a visit to the dentist, my dentist told me that the fillings and stitches are from a really poor quality while I paid 200 dollars for 1 filling. BESIDES, I paid for 3 filings, and according to my current dentist the only did 2. Don't go here....

Fantastic experience: I visited Infinite Smiles along with my 5yr and 13yr old kids for cleaning and dental checkup and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! I actually got my appointments mixed up and showed up on the wrong day. But the team was extremely understanding and accommodated us and got us in with Dr. Rasleen and Dr. Manjot. They were both very gentle and methodical with their work and went the extra mile to take time to educate my kids and also answered their questions. Their knowledge of the trade is far more than I have had with any of my previous dentists. We will definitely be going back!
