Fantastic experience: Reception team were friendly and efficient. Dr Scrivener was kind and informative and got through the extensive work in good time. I loved how she talked me through the photos and X-rays so I had a good understanding of what was going on.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to a dentist in Gungahlin who was a complete butcher. I was literally bleeding at times when I left. Plus they always gave me some nonsense about their EFTPOS not working so I had to pay with cash. Butchers and dodgy brothers! It’s not like that at YVD in Muzz. They are really nice and gentle. And they give a very good impression that they actually care. Actually that’s unfair, it’s not an impression they give they actually do care. It’s still a trip to the dentist, so it’s horrible, but it’s horrible in a nice way. And when it comes time to pay you can just wave your card or phone at a machine like it’s 2025 and not run to the nearest ATM for cash. They have free WIFI (another 2025like feature). But it’s unclear on their sign if one of the characters in the password is a zero or the fifteenth letter of the alphabet. This ambiguity meant I had to make two attempts at entering the password which cost me several seconds. This is very bad. If they fix this then they would be a very good place to go for dental work. Overall I think they are excellent. I don’t even live in Muzz any more but I still go there.

I have had dental problems for majority of my 35 years, which in turn has made me quite nervous and self conscious going to the dentist, it's a double edged sword really. Since going to Dr Komal shah that has all changed. I have had the pleasure of getting the best dentist I've ever dealt with in my life. Dr Komal is caring, with a gentle approach, understanding of what my goals are, and what needs to be done to achieve those said goals. I would give 10 starts if I could. I also can't fault the dental hygienist Kristin, both Dr Komal and Kristin have been absolutely amazing, thank you ladies so so much!

Fantastic experience: We have been attending the murrumbateman practice since 2016 now it’s 2022, initially we sought Daniels expertise on orthodontic treatment regarding our son, and we have never looked back nor regretted, only appreciation on our end towards Daniel and his team at Yass Valley Dental (in murrumbateman). Our son required extensive orthodontic treatment due to overcrowding. Daniel recommended Jaw expander’s for both the top and lower whilst avoiding extractions, then ortho as it’s progression. The cost from recollection was very reasonable considering the expanders, ortho treatment, retainers and all the appointments in between throughout the 2 and half years. Fast forward to 2022 for our now 12 yr old daughter, who coincidentally also requires ortho work we yet again sought Daniel and his team, she is now only in the initial process of acquiring her much anticipated braces but already we are super excited we trust Daniel and his team wholeheartedly with our daughters forever smile. Ps I’ve never met a man so particular in achieving and creating the perfect smile , he truly is an artist who is completely passionate about his career and creation, if only he knew the positive changes he lays within young peoples confidence, it truly is remarkable.
