However, I can confirm that you first came to us around five years ago, and together we developed and agreed on a treatment plan based on your needs and the natural limitations we discussed. We provided you with the best, most affordable solution within those constraints.
After your treatment, you raised some concerns, and we organised a meeting with our technician to review everything. You agreed that the outcome achieved was the best possible given the circumstances, and I assured you that if you ever changed your mind, we would be happy to revisit it.
Earlier this year, instead of reaching out directly, you expressed your concerns through a one-star review. We responded promptly, invited you back, and started the process again from scratch — at no additional cost to you. After multiple adjustments and follow-ups, you confirmed you were very happy with the result and kindly updated your review to five stars, which we greatly appreciated.
Now, a few months later, you’ve expressed dissatisfaction again through another review. While that is, of course, your right, we truly believe we’ve gone above and beyond to support you and address every concern raised along the way.

Negative experience: My daughter had her braces done here.After they were removed a retainer was put in place top and bottom . Within a month the retainer loosened, had to be reglued and has continually been coming out of position. The retainer has loosened 6 times now and has even broken. I would not recommend going here.My eldest daughter has a retainer( from another Orthodontist) and it has never moved.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to have your fixed retainers repaired or replaced frequently.
Fixed retainers are attached using a specialised dental cement, which essentially acts like a glue. As with anything that is glued, there is always a possibility that it may come loose. Many of our patients who have had orthodontic treatment and return for regular check-ups have never required their retainers to be repaired, while others may need occasional adjustments or replacements. We use the same high-quality cement for all patients, but the outcome can vary depending on individual factors.
It’s important to be cautious with hard or sticky foods, as biting into them can place extra pressure on the wire, increasing the risk of loosening or breakage. Proper care and maintenance play a key role in the longevity of retainers.
We would also like to kindly remind you that we have provided you with several discounts for repairs in the past, and on one occasion we carried out the repair at no charge. This has always been done with your best interests in mind, as we value you as our patient.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a large molar removed. Jeff explained that as the tooth was decayed and did not have straight roots it may break during the removal. He, however, did a fabulous job the maneuver the tooth out in one piece. It was a difficult removal and he showed great skill and was very kind. I am now pain free. Thank you Jeff and team.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dental suite to offer a subtitled movie to watch on the ceiling while my tooth was being fixed. Annie Zhang was my dentist, professional, and very good at sharing all information, which was reassuring. Fantastic experience: The clinic is clean and modern, the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. Was recommended by a neighborhood mum, I took my 4 years old for the first ever dental check up, no problem at all. My daughter loves this place. Dr Patricia is friendly and very experienced with children. She is professional and very efficient, also very thorough. Not only deal with the current issues, also remind you of ongoing care. Fantastic experience: The team at Castle Hill Dental Care are brilliant, I only wish I'd found this dentist sooner than I did. The dentist offered me a number of options for my plate to be modified which no one else had done previous. Going to the dentist is something no one really likes to do, but we all have to do it. Why go to a practice that treats you second best - go to Castle Hill Dental Care and get treated like you deserve - with proper professionalism and care.
