Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. When my daughter was only 16, she lost a tooth here because the dentist broke it during a root canal procedure. Despite this, we were still charged for the root canal, and then had to pay again for another consultation with a different dentist. That dentist was shocked at the condition of the tooth and advised extraction since it was fractured from the inside. We also paid for the extraction. Now my daughter is 19, and the painful memory still affects us. She has not been able to replace the missing tooth with an implant because of the high cost. Today I even received a call from the clinic offering to book an appointment for my son, which brought all the stress and sadness back. I immediately blocked the clinic’s number. I honestly don’t know if the same dentist is still working there, but just hearing the clinic’s name makes me anxious and upset. Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful dental experiences we’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zainab is an amazing dentist! She helped me through a painful root canal and made the whole experience so much easier. What impressed me most was how she caught the issue just in time, preventing it from getting worse. On top of that, she was wonderful and gentle with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Zainab to anyone looking for compassionate and skilled dental care!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Rachel Zheng, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. She was absolutely amazing, calm, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Zheng explained each step as she went, which gave me a strong sense of control and comfort. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for the entire time. The staff were also incredibly friendly and the environment was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Zheng and her team to anyone needing dental care.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences we've had. My mum had an appointment here, and I came along to support her. Out of respect for the doctor-patient relationship, I waited outside while she was being seen. About 10 minutes later, she came out looking upset. She said the dentist examined her teeth and gums with a judgmental and shocked expression. I believe no healthcare professional should ever behave this way — it can really affect patients emotionally, just like it affected my mum. She left feeling like something was seriously wrong, only to find out from another dentist later that it wasn’t the case. I’m not sure what’s worse — being charged a high fee for a 10-minute consult, or the fact that the dentist didn’t prescribe any medication or even a pharmacy product, just casually recommended a toothpaste that’s only available online and not in stores. Even if you don’t have a phobia, you may still walk away feeling unsettled.

Fantastic experience: I visited recently to Primary Dental clinic where I saw Dr Greena for my mother who was in a lot of pain that day and she was scared as she never got treatment from Australian before . But I must appreciate the patience and compassion Dr Greena had, she made my mother very comfortable before starting treatment. And she got best outcome after treatment too. I have visited Dr Greena twice since then . Can’t thank her enough and her incredible team. Highly recommended this place .

Negative experience: I do not advise anyone to visit this clinic, it was one of the worst experiences I have had with dental wisdom, the doctor who saw me on Saturday has no skill in dentistry, she could not extract the tooth and drilled it for more than half an hour and took money from me and did nothing to me except increase the pain many times over, I remained in pain from Saturday to Monday because of her, and today I went to another clinic and the doctor extracted it with ease and professionalism

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, such a great dentist and team. I am not the biggest fan of the dentist but the team made it such a less scary experience and were very gentle and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Took the kids for their dental check ups over the weekend and really happy woth services of the staff at the clinic. Very clean, tidy and a pleasant environment. Kids very comfortable with Dentist as well.

Negative experience: DISGUSTING. I came to my appointment at 9:58 ready for 10am for them to see my daughter a 3 year old. I had called the dentist and initially spoke to a lovely women who made my appointment and I again called 2 days later just letting them know in advance that it may be a little difficult for the dentist as my daughter is young and pre warning that she may give them a hard time. I come to my appointment and some disgustingly rude female” Mariam “ told me she cancelled my appointment because I missed her call. I had already made my appointment I had already called a second time to call and confirm details. Had this disgusting female they have employed showed any kind of courtesy or apologies for the fact that I’d taken my young child out early in the morning for a needed and planned dental appointment I would have found a way to entertain my child for the 30 minutes she expected me to wait. But purely off how rude this female was I left and told her I’ll find somewhere better Disgusting disgusting and I’ll post until the msg gets across to train your disgusting staff to put a smile on there face in a dentist and atleast show there teeth and be professional when talking to the people coming in for services. Oh yuk, I can’t even believe how nice I was the entire time while she was SO rudeeeeeee. That I’m sitting here now filled with anger.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the treatment of my teeth clean. Dentist was professional and caring, and was accommodating of my concerns. I would highly recommend Primary Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had never visited a dentist out of fear. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction with Dr. Nadeem and he was kind and professional with his work. After that I have booked myself regular appointments for caring for my teeth related issues.

Negative experience: I visited with my friend for consultation and some Indian lady Gill gave her a big quote for my friend’s dental work. My friend was new here. We visited another known dental clinic in sydney road and showed them the quote and they rejected all those dental work due to her medical history. I was embarrassed to take my friend here as medical history was not taken into consideration.

Fantastic experience: Dr Greena Rani has been amazing with my 71 year old dad. She was very gentle, she listened and understood my dad very well. My dad had his front tooth taken off since it was half broken. Dr Greena Rani did a amazing job, my dad was not in pain at all the next day. We were amazed! The price was reasonable as well. I can’t thank her enough. I will be taking my kids and myself to her as well. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Staff we exceptionally nice. I just did not fee and empathy from the dentist. Nor did I feel like my questions were answered. If you refer someone to a specialist you should spend time clarifying why and give me t h e choice to who I want to see. Not your recommended person

But when my daughter visited Rachel she encouraged me to visit Rachel once. So i did,Rachel is the best in Melbourne..she is gentle, she will listen to you and understands you. An awesome kiwi. I highly recommend her. Her hands will do the miracle and your phobia will disappear. I cant thank her enough. Negative experience: I had appointment with Dr Gill today. Good Doc however i have bad experience with the practice it self. I was surprised to know they did not have proper spot to spit blood out of your mouth if you need to instead i had to spit in disposable glass everytime i needed to. Secondly for a check up and dental cleaning i was charged $205 (without polishing) elsewhere you pay $99 Going back again - NO

Fantastic experience: For anyone that feels anxious about going to the dentist look no further! I was honestly petrified before meeting the AMAZING dentist Rachelle. On arrival I had a chat with her explaining how scared I was and she took everything I said into consideration 100%. For the first time in 48 yrs I can honestly say I had a wonderful dental experience and look forward to going back for some ongoing dental work required with no hesitation at all. She’s brilliant! and totally gentle she makes sure you’re comfortable and in no pain. From the bottom of my heart thank you Rachelle for your AMAZING work!
