Six Twelve Family Dental

Negative experience: One of my teeth cracked on Friday night, and since my usual dentist wasn’t open on Saturday, I looked up a nearby clinic and found this one with lots of available slots and good reviews. My regular dentist usually charges around $150–$250 for a filling, but this place charged $405 just for one filling, which I found really EXPENSIVE. The dentist could already see from the camera that my tooth had a root canal done, but he still insisted on taking an X-ray and then charged me extra for it, only to tell me that my tooth had no nerve. Felt pretty disappointed overall.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Chitty and her wonderful team when I had a dental emergency, this was 8+ years ago. Since then, the 612 team has looked after my entire family's dental health. Chitty was the only dentist that pointed out my eldest son's huge tonsils, resulting in a tonsillectomy at aged 10 that significantly improved his breathing. I have trusted Chitty's advice through the years and so grateful to have a dentist that genuinely cares about my family. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

I spoke to Dr Gong about my fears and my experience and she assured me I would be handled with gentleness and care. That reflected in her work and she has definitely shown me I was able to trust her and have a safe and educative appointment. She is always ultra professional, patient, and meticulous. It is nervous to go for dental treatment, but her gentle hands and caring manner can always make me feel relieved. I had two visits with Dr Tim, and he is also highly skilled, super kind, and patient-focused. All staffs in this practice are well-trained and extremely friendly. They have been doing a great job of taking proper measures during the pandemic, so it makes me feel safe for every single visit. Definitely a very professional and compassionate team!

Fantastic experience: After a root canal and a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Chitty and Dr. Tim I no longer have any reason to put off dentist appointments like I have for years. They and their staff are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I cannot stress enough how relieved I am to have found them. The team at Six Twelve Dental took such great care of me despite me being a stranger and new patient that I’ve decided they are now going to be my regular dentist. So kind, so friendly, and I found the pricing to be competitive. Dr Chitty was great. They were so lovely I basically want to be their friend! That means I was treated so well. Fantastic experience: Found these guys thru Med Clinic App as a dentist open on short notice. Booked on the Saturday to go in and see them on the following day (a Sunday) half of the issues i have had with my teeth have come from my own fear of dentists and starting things that I haven't had finished. Dr Chitty appreciated where I was coming from and was very gentle and made sure that she explained exactly what she had to do so i knew what to expect and did so being aware of my financial situation as well. Negative experience: I saw good reviews at google and went there for my wisdom teeth pain.i agree they have good service and thats why i agree to extract my teeth when they recommend to extract my wisdom teeth.In the end,i totally regret with my decision now.I dont mind they charged me high price but its so terrible worked they done to me that i felt its fraud.They are not good enough to do extraction especially wisdom teeth.And the pain is still on even after afew day till i need to see with another doctor.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chitty is the most amazing, gentle family dentist I've ever had! I've always wanted to my teeth whitened as they have always been a bit yellow, but have been scared of the side effects and how long the procedure may take. Dr Chitty explained the procedure very thoroughly and took her time to go through with me the benefits and risks of the procedure. The procedure took more than an hour, but it didn't feel long at all as I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. I am very glad that I made the visit, as the result was beyond my imagination. I never thought I could have teeth this white! I've never smiled showing my teeth until now. Fantastic experience: Dr Lam has attended to my dental issues for quite a few years now. From simple cleaning and fillings, he has done root canal treatments and crowns too. When my old bridge cracked after many years, Dr Lam fitted a new one that is not only stronger but aesthetically pleasing so I can smile and laugh with confidence. I have no hesitation to ask for an injection of local anesthetic because his skill in this area is very good, you can hardly feel the needle prick! Like your hair specialist, you find a good one, you follow him/her anywhere whenever possible. I congratulate Drs Lam and Gong in opening their new state of the art family dental practice in Hurlstone. This is where I will having my next dental checkup. For anyone, young and old, if you have any dental problems or looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend you give Six Twelve Family dental a call.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a good dentist and tried a few in the area and in this clinic I have finally found what I’m after. It was a very pleasant visit. Dr Gong was amazing and so was her assistant. The dentist was professional and calming, think the dentist has great technique as well since the whole process and experience felt much smoother than my experiences with other dentists. The clinic looks very nice and well-furnished, actually felt nice sitting inside unlike the typical dental clinics. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend SixTwelve Family dental enough! A lovely husband and wife team who were great with our 4 and 2 year children. They have gone above and beyond for my family and I. They explain everything clearly and has a tv on the ceiling to distract you. My daughter even gets to watch Frozen in the waiting room. They are excellent!
