Fantastic experience: J V Lee and her assistant were did an incredible job today extracting my tooth that’s been killing me for over 2 weeks. Lee’s skill with anaesthesia is top tier and I felt absolutely no pain during the whole process of numbing and removal. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Performed an emergency extraction of a cracked lower second molar. Had a dental emergency whilst visiting wife at Orange Hospital. Organised voucher that morning, they freed up an appointment for me with dentist Matthew same afternoon. Diagnosed and extracted without problem. I've had dental surgery as a child, braces, molar extractions, and wisdom teeth out. Been to dentists in Young, Cowra, Parkes, Orange, Canberra, Brisbane before. Although I havent had problems before, this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a review. No hesitation in recommending this surgery. Best dental experience I've had. Professional, friendly, competent. Thankyou.

Negative experience: worst experience and service i ever come across, if you not in private fund they do not want to know, after getting voucher for emergency treatment off hand and not interested at all and come up with all sorts of excuses not to work on my daughter who was in extreme pain and nervous not even a one star more like no stars

Fantastic experience: Had a dental clean from Dr Leanne Childs. I’m terrified of dentists so had to psych myself up first. Great experience, friendly and professional. All staff are friendly and made you feel welcome. Even booked in another appointment of my own volition! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I knew I had a tooth that had to come out, my dentist had told me. We hadn't gotten around to it yet. Then this tooth all of a sudden flared up and gave me a bad toothache and turned My own dentist was not available for another month, so I had to find another one. I rang one dentist in Orange and and I could come in the next day at 3 pm. When I asked for a quote, I was told the one tooth extraction would costs $300 to $600. I asked them why and they said it depended on the tooth being able to be pulled out or needing to be removed surgically. They told me that they might be able to be more specific with their quote, if I could show them x-rays. So I sent them my x-rays. The receptionist said that she would show them to the dentist and get back to me. I waited till nearly 5 pm. Finally I called them. I was then advised that they couldn't give me a more specific quote untill they saw me. Oh, I said, I presume I'll then have to pay for the consultation and how much will that costs? $65. I said nothing, kept my appointment for 3 pm and hang up, feeling I was being ripped off. Back to Google. Very happy to see some dentists in Orange were open untill 6 pm. I rang Sale Street after 5pm. I could come in at 8.30 am the next morning and the quote was $350 to 450 depending how long I was with the dentist. They didn't even have to see my x-rays. Done! I cancelled my 3 pm appointment with the other dentist/dental clinic. Next morning. Plenty of parking space right in front of the Sale Street dental. I nice old house, inside brand new, modern and clean. Staff friendly and professional. My dentist Mathew and his assistant Tara were kind professional and quick. My tooth was out in no time. Fortunately all in one piece, even though it started to break apart, yes it sure was a bad tooth. The cost was $350 and includes a quick oral examination. This Dental practice opened in December 2021. I left very happy. The next day and the day after I received a courtesy call from the receptionist, checking how I was feeling etc. I highly recommend this dental practice.
