Fantastic experience: I am extremely terrified of any dentist experience absolutely nothing to do with this practice just a number of previous experiences. Although I am an ongoing patient of this practice and always been very happy I recently had a nasty fall requiring emergency repair of my front two teeth with significant breakage. From the lonely and prompt response of the front desk staff to Sam and Dr Mayank I was able to have my teeth repaired with minimal panic, which is not easy for me. Having this done so promptly and with such a great team has really aided my recovery from the other facial injuries.

Negative experience: Came to this place about a year ago to get a wire changed at the bottom of my mouth behind my teeth, the wire has clearly not been put on properly and since then my bottom teeth have now moved resulting to now further expenses paid at a new dentist to rectify the mistakes this place made who is the one that confirmed to me that whoever put the last wire on, didn’t do so correctly…. The service process was actually good, I just wish with they did what they were meant to do correctly as not it’s getting very expensive and time consuming to fix what has happened since. Really disappointed and hope I was an outlier case for this place

Fantastic experience: I get so anxious when it comes to booking dental appointments but Dr. Harper is very easing, proactive and very professional in what he does as well as breaking it down in steps in terms of treatment. They also text you reminders and emails no matter how long it’s been since your last appointment. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I came here a week or so ago to get my upper wisdom tooth removed. Having just arrived in Australia I found the pain of it quite stressful. Dr Burke was so calming and really listened to my concerns. He had my concerns at the forefront of his suggestions and made me feel completely at ease. My tooth came out very quickly and overall I had a very positive experience

Negative experience: I rang this dentist 3 times on the same day this week. No answer. I left a message and no call returned. I rang again the next morning, no answer. All messages go to a message bank. I had tried to book my three children in for checkups as we have moved to Richmond. I suggest people go elsewhere. I have never heard of a dentist not answering their phone. Truly poor service.

Fantastic experience: After a lifetime of dental treatment by many dentists around Australia I've finally found a dental clinic that provides gentle treatment delivered at a pace that suits me. My mouth now feels the most comfortable it ever has. I still have my teeth from the 1950's but am totally pain-free. I believe that this is a very professional business with real attention to detail. It's also a business with heart. When Dr Harper heard that we were hosting a Rotary Vocational Visitor from East Timor he generously delivered extensive dental treatment to her pro bono. Through this service provision he contributed to the Rotary aims of promoting the wellbeing of people in less fortunate circumstances than our own. His generosity is humbling and most appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I attended the surgery due to toothache, Dr Burke was very accommodating and quickly diagnosed the problem was with a wisdom tooth that would require extraction. Consequently I was referred to MOFS in exhibition street. Unfortunately they were not very helpful or sympathetic to not only the pain I was in, but also the fact that I was nursing a new baby and was concerned about long term use of painkillers. Therefore I went back to Dr Burke after a few weeks of excruciating pain. He was immediately supportive and within an hour had got me another referral for that afternoon with Dr Timothy Wong at OMFS, Elizabeth st. The team there were just fantastic and even looked after my son during my consultation. I would definitely recommend Richmond fine dentistry and in particular Dr Burke anytime.
