Fantastic experience: Just completed my year long Invisalign journey with Pierre. From the beginning the communication and expectations from both our ends was clear and he delivered on those expectations on all fronts. Regular and consistent follow ups to ensure my teeth were tracking correctly. Could message him any time even after hours if I had any questions. Then after a year the Invisalign was removed and my teeth have never looked better. Highly recommend him if you’re thinking about getting Invisalign or any other dental work.

Negative experience: This dentist would do anything to convince you to get veneers - even if it means showing you the teeth of every other patient he’s treated. Make sure your ex doesn’t attend this dentistry while you’re his patient - he might learn all your dental imperfections… I find this very unprofessional and manipulative.

Fantastic experience: My journey with Dr. Pierre has been a great experience for what was a complex case. Dr Pierre thoroughly investigated my situation and as it was far more complicated than I realised, explained everything in clear and compassionate terms. He spent over two hours doing this on the first visit. From this point forward we developed a plan. At each step of the multiple treatments, he explained what he was doing and what was to happen. His manner was always friendly, sensitive and professional. After 7 months of treatment I am so very impressed with the outcome. It has far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: Yesterday at 3.30pm I called for an emergency appointment. They fit me in at 4.30pm. After a quick x-ray I was told I had a gum infection. Dr. Pierre advised what needed to be done and gave me a quote (which was an excellent price) he was able to fix me on the spot! I was out of there in one hour and there is no follow-up appointment needed. This kind of service and price is unheard of in Australia. I couldn't be happier and am telling EVERYONE in the area to go here.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in Edgecliff and Sydney overall! I’ve had multiple dentists in the past, including specialists, but I’ve never felt so confident that I am in good hands as with Dr Pierre. It is quite daunting to find someone you can trust to perform complex procedures as dental implants combination with veneers. After seeing his work online, I decided to book a consultation, and he went in such detail about what approach to take, and described the procedures in such a way that I could understand everything, which made me very relaxed and confident in his abilities. Needless to say, the treatment was as expected, and also pain free! Recovery was so easy and I’m so happy it’s behind me now. The office is equipped with CT scanners and other new technologies so you don’t have to get referred anywhere else. Overall 10/10 experience and I am extremely happy with my results! Special thanks to Jenny as well for putting me at ease!

Fantastic experience: I recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney. After much intensive internet searching I made an appointment to visit Dr. Pierre at his impressive premises in Edgecliff this morning. I simply wanted to replace a discoloured lower front temporary with a new temporary...just until I am ready to replace all veneers, top and bottom. Dr.Pierre spent an entire hour with me kindly and clearly explaining several options for veneers, etc, pertaining directly to my personal dental needs. Very unexpected and very impressive. In a lifetime of Dentist visits for check ups, implants, etc, I have never met a Dentist who would willingly spend so much time explaining everything to me. The result was I am now 100% confident in Dr.Pierre's expertise, experience and knowledge. I will definitely be proceeding to have crowns, veneers, etc, done by him in the very near future. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an implant done with Dr Pierre. I was dreading it because I knew it was a long process and I had been expecting it to be painful. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dr Pierre for about 7 years now and I'm so happy he's opened his own clinic! From the start he's been a great dentist, never any nicks or cuts, zero pain, he's really attentive to detail and reassuring. His staff are lovely as well, and the clinic itself is beautiful and clean. With any procedures I've found him to be very transparent, honest and professional. Following an accident years ago I had one composite veneer done and it is flawless, all the fillings have lasted ages, and I plan to come in for teeth straightening and potentially veneers as well because he's very reasonably priced and super talented at what he does. Fantastic experience: I recently had an issue with my tooth and visited few dentist but no one could help me with diagnosis. After seeing Dr Pierre, not only I got my diagnosis right but also was given full information on how it will be sorted and cost. The whole process was very smooth. I felt comfortable and I can say I felt the injection was also very gentle. He is knowledgeable and a very good dentist. I would highly recommend him. Negative experience: I didn't like the cleaning of my teeth that he did, he cleaned them badly and took 20 minutes for 200 dollars, then I asked him to send me the ultrasound of my teeth via email, and he told me to take the photo at computer and that it was the same, a disrespectful gesture. 03/03/2024 response First of all, the first appointment I made was as a new client and it was for teeth cleaning, the cost is 199 dollars (and he took 20 minutes so it's not true that for new clients it takes 60 minutes, but if I arrived late and he didn't have time he could just tell me to come another day), I paid 200 dollars in cash and he didn't even give me the change but for a dollar I didn't complain, then I made the second appointment as a customer existing (because it was the second appointment) and I asked to get the fillings done. And then yes, I admit that I was late but not by 30 minutes but by 15 minutes at most, and in any case if he hadn't had time, he could have told me to come another day instead of receiving me for a low-quality visit given the limited time remaining. furthermore I did not communicate with him in Spanish but in Italian.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for Pierre going out of his way to respond to my (rather desperate) Instagram message as my partner had a broken tooth on a Sunday night and I was trying to find a place to book my partner in. Not only did he respond on a Sunday night but also managed to book my partner in the first thing in the morning. On examining the severity of his tooth, he temporarily “fixed” the issue as we have a wedding in 2 months to ensure he wouldnt be missing a front tooth for it! Afterwards he sent us a very detailed dental plan/proposal for his suggestion after the wedding for a dental implant. Just wanted to express my many thanks for going above and beyond
